Note: This was one of my stranger ideas about Cloud, and the rumours regarding Advent Children (though I'm avoiding information about it like the plague - I looking forward to be surprised!); and Cloud's lack of social skills taken to the extreme.

TOMORROW

a Final Fantasy VII poem by JetNoir

I heard them saying,

Tomorrow's just another day,

But I don't dare believe them.

All the friendships I have wrecked,

All the lovers I have crumbled,

And tomorrow I leave our world,

And my passage has been booked.

With no going back,

With no reprieve,

I shoulder my burden,

And wipe my blood-stained blade.

I heard them saying,

Tomorrow's just another day,

And although they might be right,

I don't dare believe them.
