Okay, for those of you who don't know, chapter 20, The Junior Prom, was the END of the story. There will be no epilogue, no sequel; it is a stand-alone. However, just because I think you shall find this interesting, this last little A/N will act as a 'behind the scenes' treat. Here are a few things that I call the 'originally' s, because that's what most of these fun facts begin with. So, here goes. Below are some cut ideas that were almost used in the story; enjoy!
•Originally, Tetsu was going to be a sort of mentor to Hiro. She would've been patient enough to deal with him, and he would've come to regard her as someone he would respect.
•Originally, Tetsu had a ring that marked her as one of Kaori's 'girls'.
•Originally, Ayame was going to be more of a father figure to Tetsu.
•Originally, Tetsu, walking home, saved Kisa, who was caught in a gang crossfire.
•Originally, Tetsu was going to wear her specially made dress to the prom and performed in it.
•Originally, there was going to be a fight scene between Tetsu and the Yuki fan club, but I thought that that might be overkill.
•I almost had Yuki and Tetsu's first kiss be on the walk where Yuki asks Tetsu to the prom, but I thought that that would be a bit too fast.
•Originally, Tetsu had Kaori sign the disowning form after the prom.
•Originally, this would've been a shorter story, because I almost had Tetsu die at the hands of Kaori, and Yuki would contemplate her death and reflect on it.
•Originally, there would've been a scene where Uo and Hana got Tohru and Tetsu lingerie dresses, had them try them on, take their normal clothes, and force them to appear before Kyo and Yuki in the dresses. This was one scene that I had really wanted to keep, but it would seem a bit redundant after the Ayame's Shop scene.
•Originally, I would've put myself through even more H-E- double hockey sticks than I did, but I felt like doing a story that didn't total over 200 pages when finished (92 is enough).
•That's the end of the fun facts; thanks for reading!
