O.o Er...moving on…
The storm outside reflected upon the moods of all who watched it. Alexis, within the confines of her Obelisk Dorm room with her good friends in an almost excitement. Zane and Chazz from their seats beside the window in the older ones room in dull but content silence. Chumley within the warm and safe atmosphere of the lunchroom as always. And then there was Syrus….
His timid silver eyes stared blankly through the window, devoid of the spark of life they once held. The joy and the nervous tension he always felt slipped away, replaced with nought but pain, anguish and betrayal.
Though his eyes refused to leave the abused window, his hand shook within the possessive grasp of the other male that lay beside him, a handsome brunet that lay within a piece slumber.
A particularly loud thunder bolt drew a small, almost insignificant shiver from the blunet causing a ripple effect as the other man beside him let out a small sigh and pulled Syrus closer to his body.
Tightening his grip, almost painfully, on Syrus' hand, he wrapped his other arm around the silver-eyed ones waist securely and buried his face within the dark, damp cyan locks.
Syrus could no longer look out the window. The only sense of comfort he had in relation to the pummelled ground was gone. Leaving him trapped within his black world of nothingness. No, it couldn't be called nothingness for the pain he felt couldn't be blanked out like that.
He didn't need to take in a deep breath to smell the pungent smell that clung to the room, to the sheets, to their bodies to know it was there, yet he kept doing it. Perhaps it was to prove to himself that this wasn't real, that he was imagining that this had happened. But he only needed to glance around the room at the shredded scarlet uniform that lay beside the ruffled larger duplicate of it to know that this had happened. He only needed to pay attention to the uncomforted and painful wails of his body to know this had happened.
Had Jaden really meant for this to happen? Had he planned this? Had he just been angry with him? Was it a twisted sort of… love? Was it anything pleasantly understanding that he could hold onto?
Syrus wished. What had made his secret crush leap out of his position on his bed and hover over his gently waking form and suddenly tear upon it in such a way? Jaden had said something to him but he couldn't hear it. The terror deafened him, the tears smothered him, the others breath strangled his senses.
Marks fell roughly along his arms now in the aftermath from when he had wrapped his arms around himself and clawed his nails savagely down his arms to ignore the painful blows he had been delivered.
He was aware of the tinge of his blood that continued to taint the air, not just from the wounds on his arms and not just from the wounds that he inflicted upon himself…
Syrus raised his head weakly, his long hair brushing against the black and red skin on his soldiers harshly as he turned around slightly and raised his aching, but free arm to the small set of cards that lay scattered around the floor and table.
He brushed his tingling digits past the slender and beautiful form of the card of Burstinatrix, then past the daring and pleasant form of Avian and towards the always-playful Winged Kuriboh.
Unaware of the pained and sympathetic frowns the two Elemental Heroes bore from the simple touch, the short teen picked up the confused card that held the chestnut coloured creature only a few millimetres, and with a confused and tearful smile, he whispered, "Why did this happen? I loved him…why did he do this to me?"
He closed his wavering and tearful silver orbs and let the equally magnificent tears fall by his face and hit the card below him. "Please…if anyone can hear me…please… help me…"
Syrus' hopes were shattered when Jaden, missing the close warmth, tugged his fragile body closer causing Syrus to drop Winged Kuriboh to the ground. Although it was a small wisp of air, it sounded like a thunderous blow to Syrus. His hope had fallen…
A terrified wail snapped him out of his daze as a small, ghostly creature burst through the walls and latched onto his shoulder frantically bouncing up and down and screaming in frustration and confusion.
"What are you doing here? What happened my friend?" The kind male lulled gently, petting the panicked creature soothingly.
The wide-eyed creature repeated his wailing in a calmer tone causing a startled gasp to come from the male. An intrigued moan came from the bed the male sat beside as another figure sat up, it was another male.
"What did you say?" The second male whispered in a deeper, richer voice than the sweetly kind voice of the first.
The creature's eyes reflected a frown as it repeated itself. "Oh no…we must do something koi! (Love!)"
The second nodded in agreement and set out on their way after a few phone calls. The creature cooed in relief and set off, back home to keep watch over the poor victim his newest master had hurt.
What the-? Blinking lazily, his eyes focused on what was in front of him, or rather who was in front of him.
A blur of cyan came into focus and his eyes widened in horror. "Sy? What are you doing here?" He whispered gently to the youth but Syrus didn't rouse, just lay within a dead sleep.
Sitting up to look at him properly, a strangled gasp escaped his lips as the dark cinnamon orbs glanced over Syrus' naked form.
Several large bruises decorated the pale, creamy skin, accompanied by large gashes and bloodstains. His hair was tousled and worn, losing the vibrant colour it once held and looking to the carpeted floor, Jaden noticed that the smaller version of the Slifer's uniform lay in pieces across the floor and on top of his scattered deck.
"What happened here?" His confused voice rang through the room, but it didn't take long for the memories to come flooding back.
/FLASHBACK/
A small cry echoed from the middle bunk bed as a small huddled figure curled around the pillow there.
"Stupid…storms…. why do they have to be do loud?" He mumbled to himself, wrapping himself tighter around the sheets.
A thunderous roar burst through the windows as the door simultaneously soared open, causing the scared boy to yell again and clamp shut his eyes.
A small chuckle came from the figure in the doorway as he hurriedly shut the door and walked over to the bed, staring over the side at the small lump under the baby blue covers.
"You alright there Sy?" He asked in obvious amusement as he clambered upon the bed and sat beside him.
He received a groan in response and a, "What do YOU think?"
Pulling the covers back, Syrus glared and pouted at the grinning brunet.
"Aww come on Sy, don't be like that. The storm's not that bad! …. But later, it's gonna be MUCH worse! The teachers are saying it's the worse storm in years!" Jaden exaggerated, ruffling the blunet's hair affectionately.
"That's not funny, Jay! You know how much I hate these storms!" The younger boy whined softly, eyes downcast.
Another howling thunderbolt tore through the air and Syrus, in his fear, leapt towards Jaden's chest and clung to him in terror.
In a surprise reflex, Jaden wrapped his arms around him and pulled him closer and though his face was now dusted in a light pink, he never lost that surprised stare.
Whimpering, Syrus looked up into the deep chocolate orbs with his own glossy, silver ones. "Is the-Is it true? W-will t-the... storm g-get worse?"
Smiling, Jaden pulled him closer and let the blunet bury his face in his well-built chest while he stroked his sparkling locks.
"Don't worry Sy; I'm here for you. I won't leave you…"
"Promise?" Came the muffled reply.
Nodding, the elemental duellist buried his face into the mass of bright oceanic hair, enjoying the sweet scent of the gorgeous threads.
Letting out a soft moan, Jaden nuzzled the confused and blushing Syrus' hair, relishing in the delicious taste as he kissed it lightly.
"J-J-Jaden! W-what are you doing!" The startled boy yelled as he pulled back and looked at the aforementioned ones face, noticing in fear his sudden panting and the clouded look in his eyes.
Without thinking, he had pushed Syrus back onto the bed and was straddling his hips, hands on either side of his head and buried in his flailing hair.
"Syrus…" he whispered, lust consuming his senses as he stared down at the alluring form beneath him, fear swelling in his enchanting eyes, the eyes that belonged to the most beautiful angel that the gods had ever created.
Shaking his head slightly, he leaned down to a mere inch away from the pale skinned boy, sending a haunting whisper past his lips, "You're so beautiful…"
The slight blush across Syrus' face faded as quickly as it came as Jaden's mouth crashed down upon his, quickly pushing apart the petal soft lips with his hungry tongue and ravaging the inner walls with the wet muscle whilst his hands went to work unfastening the Slifer jacket.
The confused and mortified silver eyes stared into Jaden's closed ones in disbelief. Of course he had always harboured secret feelings for the brunet and of course he wanted them to be returned, but he didn't want this….
Finally managing to find himself, he used all of his strength and pushed Jaden back enough so he could slip over the side of his bed and fall on the floor, but in doing so he accidentally knocked over Jaden's deck and skinned his arm on the edge of the table.
The sudden terrified cry of Winged Kuriboh in his mind brought Jaden back from his shock and he quickly leapt off the bed and tackled Syrus before he got far, slamming him against the door harshly.
With a loud whimper, Syrus' face was brought back up for Jaden to capture his lips again and with less patience than before, his tanned hands clenched the white sash on the shorter one's uniform and pulled it off with a violent tug.
His other hand moved around and finished the job by snapping off the buttons that held the jacket together and flinging it across the floor.
Tears fell in waterfalls down the terrified boys face as his best friend continued to strip him off his uniform.
Pulling him back around, Jaden pushed Syrus onto his bottom bunk and continued to forcefully kiss and strip him.
As the cries continued, the ignored storm outside continued to grow worse…
/END FLASHBACK/
Pulling back as if he had been licked by fire, Jaden backed up against the wall in horror and disgust at what he had done.
"Oh no…. Syrus! What have I done?" He reached a shaking, tanned hand out to touch the fragile boys shoulder; he suddenly pulled back when Syrus gave a disturbed cry, his eyes snapping open as he stumbled back and off the bed.
Gasping, Jaden crawled out after him and edged closer, pushing his fallen deck out of the way as he did so.
"No! Please leave me alone! Don't hurt me!" He cried out as he blindly grabbed his uniform and pull it over his naked form.
"Sy, please listen-"
"NO! I refuse to listen to you anymore Jaden!"
"Sy!"
"Don't call me that!" A loud clap hit the room as Jaden fell back, holding his reddening cheek in astonishment as Syrus gasped for breath with his arm still outstretched from slapping him.
Lowering his head in guilt, he pulled on his own clothes and walked over to the door, whispering an apology and walking away to think things over.
With the brunet finally gone, Syrus burst into tears, burying his face in his wrecked uniform whilst the spirit form of Winged Kuriboh watched in grief before gliding out through the walls.
"Is this really necessary?" The taller of the two asked, his deep voice reflecting annoyance.
"And which would you rather being, a Slifer Red or Seto's Obelisk Blue?" The shorter one whispered with a smile.
The taller of the two growled in distaste. "Kaiba…. Only his over inflated ego would create a school were the Obelisks are the highest group, and the Slifer's are the lowest."
With a small laugh, the shorter one replied, "Yeah, well, don't tell him that. He's the reason we got here so quickly. Besides, being a Ra Yellow wouldn't be too good either, would it now?"
"I swear, you're asking for a punishment, little one…" the taller smirked, wrapping his arm around the other one's waist and pulling him close.
"And I feel I'm just the person to deliver it…" Leaning closer, he pressed his lips against the others, causing the younger one's knee's to weaken but luckily the grip the other had on him was strong enough to support him while he concentrated on the kiss, savouring the spicy and exotic taste of the other.
With a reluctant moan, the shorter one pulled away causing a rare pout to appear on the other one's face.
With a giggle, the shorter one placed two creamy; slender fingers on the others lips, "As much as I love that, we have a job to do koi. We can't be taking breaks, but I promise, once we get home, I'm all yours."
Pulling down his glasses and giving a small wink, he walked on as the other one gave a goofy grin and followed, both ignoring the surprised and horrified looks from all those around.
"You must be joking…." He mumbled shakily as he leaned on the wall beside him and rested his head on the others shoulder.
"Yeah, trust Seto to reveal us to the Chancellor and all the teaching staff! They were like a swarm of bees!" He giggled happily.
"I swear to Ra, I'm going to kill him when we get back. That weird guy with the make-up kept trying to kiss our feet!" He shivered at the image of the man's huge puckered lips trying to stain his shoes.
"Yeah, he doesn't have much…. err, decorum! I wonder how he became a teacher of Obelisk Blue? It seems weird that Seto would hire someone like that…"
"But not so weird for him to tell that man to hassle us so much…" He gave another shiver, and wrapped his arms around the shorter one in an attempt to comfort himself.
Smiling, the shorter one patted his head and pushed them both off the wall.
"Come on…. we've got to go, we've wasted enough time already!"
So, the two set off, with the taller one still firmly latched onto the other ones shoulders.
But he refused to return to the dorm room, Syrus had told him he wanted him gone and as much as he wanted to return and apologise endlessly, he had to respect his little friend's wishes.
It mattered very little to him how cold, how worn, how hurt he was, it was nowhere near the pain his young friend must surely have been feeling.
He groaned as he buried his face in his hands. How did things get so messed up!"I didn't mean for this to happen, I just couldn't control myself…" he muttered to himself, lowering his arms to his sides.
"Exactly, that explains what you did. But that doesn't explain why you did it."
A firm, deep voice spoke from behind him. The brunet turned around briskly to see another Slifer standing behind him, although he had never laid eyes on this person before. The new arrival stood taller than Jaden with a darker tan. His arms were crossed over his chest and his eyes and hair were covered by sunglasses and a bandana.
"Who're you?" Jaden asked on instinct as he straightened up.
The stranger shook his head, "It matters not who I am, only that I am here to help you."
"Help…me…why would I need help, I'm perfectly fine." He lied, looking away as his fists tightened.
The other man lifted an eyebrow and stepped forward in a demanding stride, sitting down briefly and staring out at the ocean through his shaded eyes.
"Do not insult me by continuing to lie. You know why I'm here, you know why you need help and you know that you're not fine." He spoke confidently as he draped one arm over his leg.
"And I know you raped your roommate." His voice stole a darker, more dangerous tone and Jaden could tell that his eyes were now glaring hatefully at the ocean before him that didn't understand what it had done wrong to invoke the man's hate.
Jaden's form suddenly froze, as if the glare had struck his own form and rendered his limbs useless. Had Syrus told him, a complete stranger, what had happened? Had this man seen what happened?
"A friend of mine heard your friend's pleas for help and so, here I am." The man answered calmly, as if it were a natural thing to say.
"I didn't mean to do that to him-" Jaden tried to reason but was cut off when the stranger spoke in his exceedingly deep and calm tone of voice.
"Then why did you?"
"I just…couldn't control myself…"
"You haven't answered my question."
"I-I-I-"
"Why did you do it?"
"BECAUSE I LOVE HIM!"
The man remained in a calm silence but turned his head gently to look at the brunet, who was obviously startled at his own proclamation.
"I love him…." He whispered to himself again, as if confirming it.
"You love him so much…yet you were scared to tell him. You felt overwhelmed by the pressure within your soul, from that piece of you that begged you to tell him and the other piece that shouted he'd reject you. And so you finally couldn't contend with it anymore and it charged out, causing you to take your love just too far..." The stranger spoke wistfully, pulling off his sunglasses and staring deep into Jaden's eyes with his own ones, a deeper ruby red than the uniform he bore.
"No matter how badly you wish to stop these feelings, destroy the guilt and the grief, they'll always be there, until you know that they're ready to finally forgive you and let you heal."
"How-How did you know all that?" Jaden gasped in disbelief.
The stranger smiled sadly, his ruby eyes glistening as he stood up and pulled his glasses back on to conceal his tears.
The stranger walked on to where he once stood, tossing his gaze over his shoulder, "Because the person I love…..I raped him too…"
Jaden's eyes widened and he leapt up from the ground and stared at him with the obvious exasperation at the strangers hypocrisy.
"But, the one I love, he was kind enough to forgive me after everything I did to him. He hit me afterwards, but even though I said he could do it again, for as long as he needed to, he just held me and said he was sorry. It was strange. He had done so much to get rid of his pain and when he gave me just one strike, he suddenly destroyed it. He forgave me. Not because I forced him to…but because he was ready to."
"Because he was ready to?" Jaden whispered, realising now what he needed to do. His face fell into a determined look as he nodded towards the stranger.
The stranger smiled slightly. "Give him time." With that, the man strode off into the shadows of the night and left Jaden alone with his thoughts.
"Aww man…this isn't good…" He whispered to himself, scratching the side of his head and nudging the bandana in thought.
A sudden wail came from above him as he ran up the wooden stairwell and spotted his old friend, the Winged Kuriboh bouncing up and down outside a certain dorm room.
Blinking, the short male smiled and strode over to him and pet him gently behind is wings, earning a purr of delight from the little creature.
"So this is where he is?" The Kuriboh nodded and disappeared through the closed door, presumably back into his card.
With a small sigh, he gave a small tap on the door but receiving no response, he opened it gently and peeked in, suddenly aware of the loud sobs coming from the back of the room.
"Hello?" He called out softly to the dark room.
The sobs suddenly ceased and a small shuffling sound was heard before the room fell into a dead silence, but it was long enough for the fake Slifer to determine where it had come from; the middle bunk in the back of the room.
Pulling down his glasses slightly, he could make out a large lump at the corner of the bed and he gave a sad sigh.
Falling back upon the chair at the desk, he whispered out, "Don't be afraid, I'm not going to hurt you."
Curious at the unfamiliar voice, the lump suddenly shifted and the small form of Syrus poked out timidly.
The stranger smiled kindly, "See?"
Syrus nodded and sat up to look at him properly, but with the sunglasses and the bandana on with the trademark Slifer Red uniform, there was no way to tell who he was.
"Who are you?" His shy and hoarse voice whispered as he clenched his baby blue blankets tightly in his sweaty grasp.
"That doesn't really matter now, I'm only here to see how you are doing."
"I'm okay…but why would a stranger care about me? I'm nothing special for you to worry about…" His voice and gaze drifted away in depression.
Leaning his chin on the back of the chair, the kind smiles the stranger once held transformed into a frown.
"Don't be alarmed, but well…you did ask for help last night didn't you?"
"Y-Yeah?" Syrus suddenly grew quite afraid at this.
"Well, a good friend of mine heard you and he called me here."
"A…friend?"
"Yeah…A kind of annoying one at that…" He mumbled the last remark to himself but once Winged Kuriboh appeared beside his shoulder with an indignant growl, he gave a nervous laugh and corrected himself.
"Yeah but they're really nice and they were only trying to help so please don't be angry."
Syrus gave an unsure sigh but finally agreed. "Thanks for coming. I do appreciate it but…"
"Yeah. Don't worry about it. I know what you're going through. I know how bad it can be..."
"No you don't know! How can you possibly understand how I feel?" Syrus suddenly yelled pouncing forward to the edge of the bed in anger.
The stranger's warm face suddenly turned to ice as he lowered his head to stare at the floor, "Because I was raped too."
Syrus went silent at the confession and lowered his own head in shame, mumbling an apology as he rubbed his tired eyes.
The stranger quickly regained his warm composure and smiled again, the sudden cheerfulness having a ripple effect and giving Syrus a small smile of his own.
"How did it…. how did it happen to you? How were you able to cope afterwards?"
Looking up at the blunet with sad eyes, he watched as the body smaller than his own shook with sobs once again and continued to speak.
"It's just- Just that the pain, it's too much… I can't stand it! My heart feels so heavy…I trusted Jaden more than anyone else in the world, more so than my own brother! I loved him more than anyone else in the world! How can I ever trust anyone again, if he could break it so easily…TELL ME! HOW! HOW DID YOU GET OVER IT!"
"When he did that to me, it hurt. It hurt me more than anything else in the world. I have known him since I began my years as a teenager. I always faced problems with bullies and because of it, I shied away from everyone, I refused to let many people into my life. But thanks to him, I was able to survive. He gave me hope and confidence to live again and I finally let people into my life." The stranger had a pleasant smile as he reminisced but it soon faded again as the memories rolled on.
"But then…he had to go away…he left because of me, but because of me, he also came back…and then he…well…you know…"
Syrus nodded and pulled his legs to his chest, resting his chin on his knees.
"After it happened, I felt so useless and broken… I wanted to go to my friends and tell them what happened but I just couldn't. The thought of facing them and letting them see me so weak was something I'd never wanted to have. I just remained quiet, silent. He of course, always begged for forgiveness but in my heart, I wasn't ready to. I just wanted to scream, but my voice wouldn't work. I wanted to run, but my legs wouldn't move. It was terrible."
The silver-eyed boy nodded in understanding and let him continue.
"At first I thought of killing myself, I tried to so many times between cutting my wrists, jumping from the top of a cliff, hanging myself… and each time he caught me, and saved my life. I couldn't escape."
The thought of suicide of course had crossed Syrus' mind, but he wasn't completely certain he wanted to but with each passing second he became more and more certain of it, but hearing it from someone else who was in this position, it suddenly felt…. wrong.
"He always begged forgiveness from me. And he wouldn't let me go without knowing that I had. I remember… the last time I tried, I hit him for it and he just kept saying…kept insisting that I should just hit him…. hit him until I felt better. But after a single strike, I ended up the one who was apologising to him. It was then that I forgave him…"
"Just because you hit him? You forgave him because he forgave you for a single strike? And after everything he put you to!" Syrus exclaimed, leaping forward once again with his mouth open in shock.
The stranger smiled wryly and walked forward, placing his hands pale over the nervous Syrus' bruised and cut ones. "Yes. You see. The day you learn to forgive is the day you can finally learn to forget. Understand?"
Syrus nodded, concentrating on the man's words as he grew more accustomed to his touch.
"It's not just for you; it's for both of you. You have every right to be angry, but just realise, he's in pain also, so try and take it easy on him. And if you ever need to talk to me again, just call for me. I'll be there."
Pulling a folded piece of paper from his pocket, the kind stranger handed the note to the blunet who took it shyly from the others hand and held it close to his heart.
"Sometimes, the best person you want to go to with a problem is a person who's been through it themselves. Don't you think so?" He tilted his head, his glasses slipping down slightly, revealing a his twinkling starlit eyes of pure amethyst.
"Forgive and forget, my friend, forgive and forget…but only when, you're ready to…" With that and a light squeeze on his hands so as not to hurt the abused youth, he walked out of the room, giving Syrus a final smile before closing the door behind him.
The question floating in his mind should've been; Is Syrus ready to forgive me?
But instead, another question was overshadowing it; Am I ready to face him?
With a small groan, he fell back against the door with a soft thud and raised his eyes heavenward.
This shouldn't be hard. Walking through the door to his own room was never this hard before, but before he had always had a smiling Syrus beyond it and a welcoming atmosphere to fall into, but he could only imagine what it would be like now. A glaring Syrus and an icy cold, unforgiving world would surround him.
Groaning again, he bashed his head back against the door, this was getting him nowhere. It was now or never. He had to do it…
Taking a deep breath, he pushed the door open and gazed around, giving an uncharacteristically shy glance around the room until his eyes fell upon a familiar aqua haired teen gazing out the window from his perch upon his bed, obviously deep in thought.
"Syrus?" He asked meekly to the boy before him, the boy he had so terribly defiled.
The blunet seemed to ignore him, not even blinking as Jaden entered he room and called out to him.
"Syrus. I know I don't deserve your forgiveness, and I know I never will deserve it but…I have to tell you how sorry I am. I never meant to hurt you in that way."
Syrus seemed unfazed. Barely muttering, "But you did."
"I know. And if I could change it I would. Please. Will you ever be able to forgive me?"
"You have no idea how badly it hurts…" He finally sobbed out lowering his head and staring at the floor, his glistening crystal tears shining in the darkness.
"And I can never begin to imagine it. I just…I…Syrus I love you! And…it killed me that I could see you everyday yet I couldn't have you."
"Have me? I'm not some piece of property Jaden. I'm a person. I have feelings. I may be a crybaby. I may be a wimp. But I'm a person first and foremost. Why can't you understand that?"
"I do Syrus; I do understand that you are a person. And I know you can never love me the way I do you, and it killed me inside. But I guess it's nowhere nearly as bad as what I did. I understand that you could never love me, or even like me anymore, but, I just hope that someday I can regain at least a piece of your trust…I'm sorry Syrus."
The short Slifer's head was still down as Jaden continued to apologise and edge closer to the bed.
Their heavy breathing was the only sound in the room as Syrus' silent tears continued to fall and Jaden's small tugs on his jacket grew worse.
"I hit you earlier…" The hushed words startled Jaden, but he nodded all the same.
"Does it hurt?"
"N-Not really…" Came the stuttered response.
Syrus lifted his head, a smile gracing his features as his eyes shone with the tears that had yet to fall.
"I'm sorry about that."
Jaden's eyes went wide at the statement as Syrus smiled and gave a joyous sob, leaping into the brunet's arms and burying his face into the other's shoulder.
I'm going to do things right this time… Jaden thought as he hushed the blunet soothingly, petting his hair as he listened to him cry his eyes out.
"I love you…" The brunet whispered as he let loose twin tears of his own.
"I love you too Jaden! I love you so much!" He gasped out as he tightened his grip around Jaden's neck.
Pulling back, Syrus looked deep into the elemental duellists eyes, pushing back a stray lock of russet hair from his face before leaning in and placing a small, chaste kiss upon Jaden's lips.
Not wanting to push things to far, Jaden just settled for the collision of their soft lips against each other.
Pulling back moments later, they stared deep into each other's eyes, arms still tightly wound together. Syrus winced slightly as the taller of the two stretched his hand out towards him, but he was pleasantly surprised when he found his tears being wiped away.
"Hey! Don't cry beautiful…." Silver eyes sparkling in mirth, their owner's head falling forward and leaning into the careful touch with pleasure.
Pulling him closer, Jaden led them both down to his bed, settling Syrus' initial fear by covering them with the blanket and holding him close in an affectionate, loving way.
Syrus couldn't keep the smile from his face as he cuddled closer to Jaden's warm, inviting heat, a small piece of paper still clenched tightly in his hand, just in case. But it didn't seem to matter now, nothing did, because he had finally gotten what he wanted…
The taller gasped in relief as he ripped off the bandana and sunglasses and flung them carelessly on the ground. "Thank Ra, that bandana was itchy."
The other one chuckled and threw off his gear with a smile. "Don't I know it koi. But it was for a good cause." The older one smiled, ruffling the other one's wild mane of ebony and ruby spikes.
Amethyst eyes sparkled in joy, "I'm really glad you came back mou hitori no boku, I did miss you while you were away."
Giving his rare smile, Yami replied, "I missed you too Yugi. The gods were kind to allow me to return and it appears as if our partnership has helped someone else, ne Aibou?"
Laughing, Yugi tackled Yami to the ground and kissed him gently on the lips, Yami returning it with equal passion as he pulled the smaller body tightly on top of his own.
Pulling away, minutes later Yami gave a sinister smirk. "Let's go home Aibou. I need to pay a visit to a 'Mr Seto Kaiba'."
Face faulting at the sudden turn, a sweat drop glistened on Yugi's brow as he followed his beloved Yami, linking hands with him and staring across the ocean as the Ra rose to greet them, beaming in his own sense of pride at their work as he brought forth a new day…
Yay for the hidden couple all through it! Who guessed it was them? Honestly now!
