Chapter 1

That was the last time he was ever heard from. He left, only to never return again. Reese didn't know why he wanted to leave. He was her love, her life, her family. But on this night, that was all going to change.

She had no other options, but to do it. She picked up the phone and dialed the number. The phone rang once. Twice. Three times. Finally, someone answered.

"Yeah?" asked the voice that she hadn't heard in so long.

"Dean? I need your help," she said.

Dean and Sam were staying in some motel in the middle of nowhere. They had just helped get rid of a Reaper. The cops told them to leave, but they didn't use those exact words, so the two brothers ended up skipping town.

Dean wasn't able to sleep that night. He kept having weird dreams. He sat up in bed and threw his legs over the side. He laid his head in his hands and his elbows rested on his thighs. Then he looked over to the bed next to his. His little brother, Sam, was sound asleep.

Dean heard his phone start ringing and wondered who it could be. He reached over to grab it off of the nightstand next to the bed. He looked at the clock and it read 1:30 a.m. After the phone rang for the third time, he answered it.

"Yeah?" he asked into the phone.

"Dean? I need your help," said the woman whom he had left so long ago. He remembered the night he had left her and the reason why. He didn't really want to leave, but he had to, for his dad. It was his birthright, his destiny.

"Reese? Is that you?"

"Yeah, but there's no time. I need you to help me with something.

"What kind of something?" he asked.

Reese began to tell him of her situation. The story she was telling him had sounded familiar to him. He agreed to help her and that was it, nothing else. Before she could tell him where she was, he heard her scream and then there was a dial tone.
