Passing West

The golden leaves are falling,

The silver bark fades to gray,

My home is but a memory,

It shall not see another day.

Beneath these boughs I loved, I lived,

But that time is o'er,

I shall now go west,

Across the seas,

Farewell, to Arda's shores.

I pass away into the mists,

My land is gone from sight,

But I do not fear,

I am not scared,

For soon, there will be light.

Valinor lies ahead,

Where my kin they now reside,

Soon we'll be together,

Forever, always,

Until the end of time.
