A series of AkuRoku (AxelxRoxas) drabbles. The drabbles do not relate to each other nor do they go in order. They can be read alone.
AThousandWordsforLove
I read once that the ancient Egyptians had fifty words for sand and the Eskimos had a hundred words for snow. I wish I had a thousand words for love, but all that comes to mind is the way you move against me while you sleep and there are no words for that.
So I suppose this is what it feels like to have a heart. I can almost hear our nonexistent hearts beating in tune to each other as we move; a slow erotic dance we both know so well.
I whisper "I love you," but you don't seem to hear. I say it louder and you seem surprised. Why? You should've known by now. I only have eyes for you and my fire burns for you alone. If I have a heart, it would be yours too. But do you love me?
My doubts vanish at your cerulean smile. Not even a thousand words can describe this and I often wish I had a thousand words to describe my love for you. But we don't need them because we already know what love is.
I suppose this is what it feels like to be alive – to be in love.
