umm... i don't own CSI... but i own a spork...and a Grissom plushie! isthat good enough? huggles it well, this is my first work derived from CSI... and i'm working on a new one called Hollow Deep As Mine... but for now, here is my Sara/Grissy poem.

I wish the evidence could lie.

I wish I could go back and change things

I was angry...and for such a silly reason...

I wish I had never yelled at you

I wish the evidence could lie.

I wish you hadn't walked out like you did...

Angry, hurt, and confused.

I wish I'd said something to make you stay

I wish I'd stopped you...if only to apologize...

I wish the evidence could lie.

I wish I knew you were okay

And that nothing has happened to you

I wish I knew you were safe

I wish I could stop worrying

I wish the evidence could lie.

But here it is in front of me now

I feel like this is my fault

I take the blame for your absence

I wish the evidence could lie.

I wish you were here with me

Not out there...at the mercy of some disturbed criminal...

I wish I could just take it all back...

I wish I could tell you I loved you...

I wish the evidence could lie...

But the evidence never lies.
