Change of Heart

Light and darkness were forever at war with each other for no peace could be between the two… not unless one surrendered to the other. They were the light and darkness and the darkness was forever the ruling of the two. The darkness loved the light but at the same time hated him. If he got in his way he would be forced to kill him, just like all the others.

In the end the darkness conquered the golden stars but still the light would not join him… that is until he saw the vision of the demonic-angel, a spirit of the Shadow Realm that was both light and dark and had not destroyed itself as it should have in theory, done. It was then the he realised the perceptions of good and evil were simply that, perceptions, nothing more, nothing less. There was no light and darkness, good and evil.

Once more the darkness came to him and asked him if he would join with him. This time, to the darkness' surprise the light agreed. When the darkness asked why the light replied simply:

"I've had a change of heart."

And he left it at that.
