Chapter One: Return Home
"I can't believe I lost to Gary I just don't get it how could a Pikachu lose to an Eevee it just isn't fair." Ash said sadly.
"Ash stop whining you have been doing so well you shouldn't cry because you lost that is just so immature." Misty said.
"Sorry Misty it's just that I really wanted to beat Gary because I am sick and tired of him making fun of us and calling us names and calling you scrawny. You know what he said he said that you would never want to travel with me again because I lost to an Eevee and he said if you did want to continue with me on my journey you're just as big a loser as I am." Ash said.
"That Gary now I see why you stopped being friends with him right after you found out that he was your rival but still Ash you shouldn't cry over a lost match. You had no idea how powerful his Eevee was, and you had no idea that his Eevee knew Double Team. Maybe you should of taught Double Team to Pikachu instead of not ha ha ha you are so pathetic Ash." Misty said.
"Hey I thought you were supposed to be one of my best friends instead your making fun of me." Ash said angrily.
"Ash can't you take a joke, besides I hate Gary just as much as you do. He treats me worse than my sisters do. I was just joking when I called you pathetic you did a great job against Gary, and besides that you placed in the Indigo League and Gary didn't and you're the Orange League Champion or did you forget that already." Misty said with a wink at Ash.
'What the heck is the wink for the only other time she has winked at me was when we saved Charizard from the rain when it was a Charmander does Misty like me?' Ash thought to himself.
"I must've thanks for reminding me about that Misty you are truly one of my best friends." Ash said with a wink.
'What is with the wink that Ash gave me he has never winked at me before does he like me?' Misty thought to herself.
"Why does that voice sound so familiar Ash?" Misty asked.
"I don't know Misty maybe we have met him somewhere before." Ash said to Misty.
"Ash Ketchum and Misty Williams have you forgotten about me already?" The voice said.
"It's me Brock remember?" Brock asked.
"Oh hi Brock this is Tracy Sketchit Tracy this is Brock Harrison." Both Ash and Misty said in unison.
"Sure Tracy what's up?" Brock asked.
"It's about Ash and Misty I think they like each other." Tracy said.
"What makes you say that Tracy?" Brock asked.
"It is just that sometimes they look at each other weird and at times they even seem to blush when they look at each other. Do you think they like each other I mean you've known them longer than I have what do you think?" Tracy asked.
"I think you're right they do like each other they just won't admit it." Brock said.
"H-Hi Tracy m-my name i-is Lily W-Williams and I was wondering if you would like go out on a date with me?" Lily asked.(Author's note Brock and Violet were doing the same thing.)
Ash just stood there and stared at Misty and blush Misty did the same thing.
'Why is Misty/Ash staring at me and Blushing does she/he like me or something I doubt it besides why would she/he like someone like me?' Ash and Misty thought to themselves.
At dinner Ash and Misty sat across from each other and then decided to watch TV together. When all of a sudden Misty's sisters and Brock and Tracy saw both of them sitting next to each other with their arms around each other and not knowing what they're doing. Then while they were watching TV they both looked At each other and then the blushfest started between Ash and Misty. Misty's sisters along with Brock and Tracy noticed this and laughed and said: "Like Brock, Lily, Tracy look at them they are like totally blushing and they don't even know it looks we got to Adolescent Teenagers falling in love Like I mean the Blushfest is totally like the most obvious sign." Violet said pointing to Ash and Misty but they didn't hear them because they were totally busy watching TV to notice."
'Misty's blushing first me then her is she like in love with me or something?' Ash thought to himself. Misty thought the same thing only in regard to Ash. Misty fell asleep on Ash's shoulder and then Ash fell asleep on Misty's shoulder.
"WHY DID YOU GUYS DO THAT FOR WE WERE PERFECTLY FINE UNTIL YOU WOKE US UP!" Ash and Misty yelled in disgust.
"Like you don't look fine to me do you two notice anything different about yourselves?" Lily asked.
"No why?" Ash and Misty both asked.
"Like just see for yourselves." Violet said.
They both looked at each other and blushed furiously and said this: "WHY ARE YOU LAYING ON MY SHOULDER GET OFF I DON'T LIKE YOU THAT WAY!" Both of them screamed at each other.
"Like sign #2 Denial." Lily said.
"What are we denying?" Ash and Misty asked.
"Oh nothing" Brock and Tracy both said.
'What are they talking about denial denial of what?' Both Ash and Misty thought to themselves.
"Well Ash maybe we should go to bed we have had a long day." Misty said.
"Maybe your right Mist." Ash said.
'Mist why did Ash call me Mist?' Misty thought to herself.
"Hey Mrs. Ketchum where am I going to sleep?" Misty asked.
"In Ash's room on his bed while Ash sleeps on the floor." Delia said.
"Why do I have to sleep on the floor mom it's my bed." Ash said.
"That is exactly why Misty is your guest." Delia said.
"Oh okay but I get the bathroom first." Ash said.
"I don't think so Ash Ketchum I am your guest so I go first." Misty said.
"Okay fine Misty but don't use all the Hot Water." Ash said.
"Don't worry Ashy I won't." Misty said.
'She called me Ashy why did she call me Ashy?' Ash thought to himself.
Violet noticed what Misty and Ash have said. and said this: "Stage #3 using of pet names." "Stage #4 is next." Lily said.
"I have a feeling he does Mommy did you see how he looks at you sometimes." Togepi said in its own language.
"Maybe you're right Togepi. I'll tell him tomorrow after I talk to my sisters." Misty said.
Meanwhile in Ash's room...
"Pikachu I just don't know what to do I know I love Misty but I don't know if she feels the same way for me as I feel for her." Ash said.
"I'm sure she does Ash I mean you have known her for a long time." Pikachu said in its own language.
"You're right thanks Pikachu I'll talk to Brock and Tracy tonight and tell her tomorrow. Ash talked to Brock and Tracy while Misty talked to her sisters who gave both people the motivation to tell the other how the other feels.
"Okay Ash the bathroom is all yours." Ash couldn't say anything he just stood there and stared at Misty in a towel and furiously blushed Misty stared at Ash who also was just in a towel and she furiously blushed and stared at Ash.
"Stage #5 more staring and blushing stage complete." Violet said.
'Why did Misty/Ash stare at me in a towel could it be that she/he actually does like me?' They both thought to themselves.
After Ash got out of the shower he went back to his room.
"Um Misty could you go out of this room for a minute so I can put some clothes on I'll tell you when you can come back in." Ash said while blushing again.
"Okay Ash I will" Misty said again while blushing.
"Why won't they just tell each other how they feel Lily?" Tracy asked.
"Because that isn't until Stage #6 or #7 or #8 for a couple of eleven year olds who are madly in love with each other." Lily said.
"Oh I see." Tracy said as he went to sleep on the floor.
Oh Ash you are so hot and I Love you so much and want to have a kid with you and marry you." Misty said talking in her sleep.
"Oh Misty you are so hot and cute and Beautiful I want to be the father of your child marry you and spend the rest of my life with you Oh Misty." Ash said talking in his sleep.
Violet was taking notes at this time "Stage #6 Dreaming about each other and talking in their sleep complete now just 2 or 3 more to go Te-He." Violet silently laughed.
Ash and Misty continued to dream about each other all night and were about ready for the next day. It kept on going back and forth Ash dreaming about Misty and Misty dreaming about Ash all night.
"Hey Brock did you know that I am the orange League Champion and it only took me one time to beat all the Gym Leaders in the Orange Island League.
"Oh congratulations Ash. but how could your Pikachu lose to Gary's Eevee?" Brock asked.
"It's all because of the Double Team attack but I am over it now no used crying over lost battles." Ash said.
"Ash that is so mature of you." Brock and Violet both said.
"Well Misty was the one who told me not to cry over one lost battle." Ash said proudly.
After Ash talked To Brock and Violet, he once again sat across from Misty and stared at her.
"Hey Misty after Breakfast you want to watch some TV with me and then go for a walk to Professor Oak's Lab to see my Pokemon or not?" Ash asked the girl that he has secretly loved since he met her.
"Okay Ash we will do that but shouldn't we wake up Togepi and Pikachu and put our other Pokeballs on our belts first?" Misty asked.
"No Misty let Pikachu and Togepi sleep and leave our Pokeballs and cell phones here we will be back later today anyway I just want some time to talk to one of my best friends alone." Ash said.
"Okay." Misty said to the boy that she has loved since she met him.
"Stage #7 the boy asking the girl to go for a walk alone with him I better keep following them because this is getting good." Lily said.
