The darkness of the room added a sense of coolness even though both Fiyero and Elphaba were sweating immensely. Each bead of sweat stung Elphaba's skin with pleasure. After a night full of love making Fiyero would look down at his Fae. He moved a stray of black hair out of her face and wiped away the perspiration it left behind. She was beautiful in a way of own, unlike any other woman he'd seen before. Not only in her skin color, that didn't matter much to him but her way of thought was unique. She was smart and she didn't throw herself out there for any man to take, she didn't fall prison to lust. He thought he was special, her letting him in. He knew this was wrong though, he had a wife and kids. He was cheating. But Elphaba said she didn't exist, she didn't have a soul so how could she be real. She would remind him this when ever he felt guilty. But after all those nights of love making and passion he knew she had a soul, no matter what she said. He loved her and he knew that she loved him back and that just made him feel even guiltier.
After a night full of love making Elphaba would look down at her Yero. Blue diamonds running down his chest sparkled in the moonlight. He was a flaw, a distraction to her. He was also the only thing that gave her comfort on long winter nights. Though she would never admit it she was glad when he arrived at her door after she told him not to come back ever again. And every week it gave her something to look forward too. But of course her missions came first. No matter how much she hated telling him that he couldn't come back next week she had to remain faithful to the organization and he understood that which made it even harder. Long into the night she would lie awake and think about what would happen if she just went with Fiyero. If he left his wife and they ran away with each other. But she knew they were only thoughts, she couldn't leave the animals, she cared too much for them and there rights. That was much more important then her affairs and she knew that letting herself love him would be a mistake. But some times she believed that it wasn't that bad, loving someone, then she would come to her senses and remember that it was all just a game.
But Fiyero always knew that she loved him
