Author’s Note: This is my first fanfic. I am a true Sonic fan, so I know lots about him. Tell me anyway I can improve on future stories. I really want all the help I can get. Without further ado, here is my Sonic fanfic. Please R&R and no flames. I want advice, not flames.

Summary: This is the history of Sonic. This is from the time of his birth to his present day self.

Sonic’s History

Birth

Once there was a great city named Metropolis, there the citizens lived in harmony. The citizens all got along with each other. Then Dr. Robotnik attacked and all the harmony was swept away. During this period, Queen Aileena gave birth to three beautiful hedgehogs. Their names were Sonic, Sonya, and Mannic (obviously they are triplets). This royal family had a great life despite Robotnik’s attacks and devious plans. One day, the city prophet visited them. The children were not even five months old at this time.

“Queen Aileena, I have good and bad news,” he declared.

“What’s wrong? What’s the bad news?” she questioned with worry in her eyes.

“I am afraid that your children are in grave danger.”

“Why is that?”

“Robotnik is going to find your children and kill them.” She looked at him in disbelief, shook her head, and then looked at her children with worry in her eyes. She looked as if she was about to cry, so he decided that it was about time to give her the good news.

“There is some good news, though.” She looked up from her children. He could tell that she was waiting to hear what he had to say, so he continued.

“The only way your children will be safe from Robotnik’s harm is for you to separate them. You also must be separate from them.”

“Will I ever see them again? Will they ever know each other?”

“Yes. That is the second part of the good news. Later on, in the future, you and your three children will form an alliance called “Freedom Fighters” and destroy Robotnik for the last time. Until then, you and your children must be separated from each other.” She looked at her children one more time before nodding, signaling that she understood that it had to be that way.

That night, she wrapped her children up and put them in separate baskets. She pinned a note to each of them stating that they were her children. It also stated that they needed to be cared for until they were able and old enough to be on their own.

Sonic was left with a man and his wife. They were ordinary people with nothing special about them. Sonya was left with a rich woman, named Lady Willingham. Since Lady Willingham was rich, Sonya was brought up like a princess in the fact that she had a butler, maid, and everything was done for her. Mannic was left with a woman, who looked as if she was of high rank also. Well… he was supposed to be left with her. However, before she could come to the door, Mannic was kidnapped and taken to live with this thief.

Queen Aileena knew where all her children were and she watched over every single one. She wished she could contact them, but she wanted the prophecy to come true. She did not want to seal their fate. When they were old enough to be on their own and when they had met each other was when she would start helping them by sending them letters and messages through people. Nevertheless, she had to wait. Although she was heartbroken and lonely, she knew her children would be safe.
