Yay! This time, this fanfic is a crossover with the Naruto and Kingdom Hearts II!

And wow, you’re going to wonder how this is going to happen since Naruto is an anime and Kingdom Hearts is a game… -.-...and plus, Kingdom Hearts IS a manga at least! ...:D

Well, this is in the Naruto section because everything starts out as Naruto, and then somewhat later, it’ll go into Kingdom Hearts…but I don’t think I’ll get much reviews since… -sigh- well, maybe people won’t know Kingdom Hearts…I’m not even sure if it’s just as overrated as Naruto! And I’m making this fanfic because, well, you know how in the game, it crosses over with other series like Pirates of the Caribbean? So yeah, by thinking of that, I was thinking, what would happen if Kingdom Hearts crossed over with NARUTO? So yeah, please give it a shot.

But anyways, I am prepared for no reviews and it would be nice to review. Please review, thank you.

Endless Light

Chapter I: Another World

Naruto and Sakura were watching the sunset on a forest cliff; a really good view of Konoha. Sakura, who was sitting at the edge, sighed sadly, “Don’t you miss the old days?” Sakura asked. When Sakura asked that question, Naruto looked down at his face with a sad look. Yes, he really did miss the old days…when Sasuke was there…with them… Before, when they were twelve, they would always watch the sunset. But now, those days are gone…long gone, ever since Sasuke ran away to (dead-old) Orochimaru. And now, the memories and moments of Team Seven have been broken, shattered, and forgotten. It has been two and a half years since their friend was gone.

“Yeah…” Naruto replied with hint of sadness in his voice. Naruto, who was at Suna to get Sasuke, lost track of him again. Sai, the new teammate he took in Sasuke’s place, couldn’t even help. Right now, Sai was away, not with the Naruto and Sakura. Yes, something in Team Seven changed: a new team member. A new Team Seven. Oh how things changed. Naruto wished they never clashed into Orochimaru in the Forest of Death; none of this crap would’ve happened; and then…Team Seven would just be…Team Seven again…the old Team Seven, and not the Team Seven now…if only…if only they didn’t ran into Orochimaru…if only it could’ve been some other team…if only they finished the survival test sooner…if only Naruto didn’t fail a mission of trying to bring Sasuke back…if he didn’t let him go, if he didn’t pass out on the match between the Curse Seal Level Two form of Sasuke and Kyuubi!

If only…they didn’t end up in this world, probably end up in another world.

Another world.

After a long moment of sad silence, “Do you think there are other worlds out there?” Naruto suddenly asked. Naruto didn’t know where the question came from, but he did remember that when he was little, he wanted to explore everywhere and become Hokage, but he didn’t forget the Hokage goal. Maybe just reminiscing just makes you remember stuff, remember the stuff you forgotten without knowing it.

Sakura looked at Naruto, “Other worlds? What do you mean?” Guess that the question was just…not so understandable ne?

Naruto leaned against a tree, “You know? Another universe out there…and not here…like…in outer space, another planet, a whole new, different planet…out in the sky, you know what I mean?” Naruto looked at the orange sky with a look filled with wonder on his face. Sakura turned away from Naruto to also look at the beautiful view of the sky. She didn’t fully understand what he meant, but nodded her head anyway but still commented.

“Well…it does sound like a nice wonder but…” Sakura paused, “Where did that question come from?” When Sakura said this, Naruto smiled a little.

“I was just…reminiscing on the old days, and it made me wonder: what would happen if we ended up on another world and we never met the others-we never met each other?” Sakura smiled when Naruto said that and stood up.

“Don’t be silly Naruto; this might be the only world here.” She said as she turned to look at the blonde, “Who knows…there are many wonders out there.”

“But Sakura-chan…that isn’t really the question I asked,” Naruto said, “I said, ‘do you think there are other worlds out there’?” Naruto asked, didn’t want Sakura to get off topic.

“Well…in my opinion: no.” Sakura said. Naruto looked down with a sad look on his face. Sakura was just being hopeless, hopeless of when Naruto was hopeful of trying to get Sasuke back. Naruto didn’t like it when people are being hopeless…it was just…not so happy to hear when you want and try to do it, when the hopeless ones don’t even try, give it a chance, let that possible chance let loose, like loosing the chance to tell someone you like ‘I love you’ when you just let the person walk away…

“But if there are any worlds out there…” Naruto started, having a hint of belief in his voice, “Why did we end up on this one? (1)” Sakura didn’t answer that. After another long moment of silence, Sakura finally decided to say something.

Sakura shrugged, “I don’t know,” Sakura smiled a nice and gentle smile, “Who knows what’s out there.” Sakura said.

Suddenly by bringing hopes up, “I want to travel to the other side of the world and see what’s out there! (2)” Naruto said in his usual cheerful voice. Sakura smiled to see Naruto happy. Maybe just seeing so many countries, maybe he just somehow just wanted to see more of the outside of Konoha. No wonder Naruto wanted to go on missions a lot: probably to work hard to be Hokage, was filled with hopes and never gave them up, and wanted to see a lot of the outside instead of staying inside Konoha’s walls. He needed to be free for once.

“Naruto…” Sakura paused and put her hands behind her back, “Don’t ever change. (3)” Sakura smiled a full one. Naruto also smiled back.

Well, this is chapter one and its introduction, that's why it's short. -.-...So what do you think? Bad? Good?

2. Also recognize this one? Sora (the cute and funny one in the game) from Kingdom Hearts said that. Wow, he reminds me a lot of Naruto ne?

3. And also, this is DEFINITELY recognizable! Kairi (the one I hate since everything is about her in the first game) said this.

You know? What is pretty funny is that the three reminds me of Team Seven:

1. Naruto - Sora

2. Sasuke - Riku

3. Sakura - Kairi
