A/N: This is the last chapter. I figured I could wrap it all up in one final blow! Lol that sounds pretty violent doesn’t it? Besides I’m so excited and ready to work on my next fan-fiction anyway. To be honest I don’t really like how my golden idea turned out, though this last chapter should be awesome if you ask me!

Roxas: Nobody asked you

Me: Don’t get smart with me Roxas I’ll kill you off! Yeah that’s what I thought silence. Anyways before his interruption like I was saying last chapter. This was a pretty short fan-fiction one of the shortest I’ve ever written, lol then again I haven’t exactly written a lot. Well anyway enjoy this last piece of the puzzle and I sincerely hope all your questions will be answered! If you have anymore you can always review me or pm me and I’ll get back to you as fast as I can! Disclaimer Roxas!

Roxas: FlowerLady-Aerith does not own Kingdom Hearts. If she did Naminé and Roxas’s tales would be in laymen’s terms.

A Nobody’s Secret

- This is Goodbye

How could you?

“Why are you turning heartless Sora?” Kairi asked in a frightened voice. Sora looked back revealing his cold, lifeless yellow orbs. Kairi gasped taking a step back. “Sora, what’s wrong with you?” she inquired.

Sora smiled weakly. “Nothing is wrong Kairi, just go back into the shelter and stay there until I say come out,” he instructed with a wave of his hand as if to say ‘go along’. Kairi narrowed her amethyst eyes. There was no way she was about to leave his side now, not when he needed someone to help him through this rough spot.

Kairi shook her head. “No I won’t leave you,” she said sternly. The auburn haired maiden took a deep breath, and started walking towards Sora who was turning into a heartless at a very rapid pace. Soon his entire body had been turned pitch black. She bent down and placed her hand on his shoulder. “Sora we can get through this if we stick together. Riku would’ve wanted it that way.”

“What do you know about what Riku wants?” Sora retorted suddenly filled with a miraculous anger. With lightning speed he spread out his arms and knocked the seventh princess onto the ground. Kairi whimpered removing her face from the hard dirt. How could he do that to her? Sora gasped taking a step back away from Kairi. “I am so sorry, I-I didn’t mean too…”

Roxas sneered; their behavior was sickening him. It was just like somebodies would act all lovey dovey. “Oh Sora,” he called playfully. Sora turned his head to his left just in time to see Roxas lunge the Oathkeeper towards his chest. The Oathkeeper made complete contact to the middle of Sora’s chest causing an eruption of blood to flow all over him and the ground. Sora groaned tumbling to the ground, dead.

“Sora!” Kairi screamed rushing to his side. “Sora!” she cried bending down next to him. Had she lost him again? Had she really lost him forever? “No you have to live!” she pleaded shaking him and getting blood all over her hands in the process.

“Don’t call to him princess he’s already passed and soon enough he’ll fade away,” Roxas laughed pulling the Oathkeeper out of his other’s chest. Kairi balled her fist. She had never been so infuriated in her lifetime. There was no way she was going to let Roxas get away with this.

“You,” she hissed in a low growl sounding like a tiger that was quietly sneaking up on its prey. The sound coming out of the perfectly pure princess even made Roxas freeze up. “You killed my Sora!” she screamed. Without even using a thought the floral serenity appeared in Kairi’s hands.

“H-How did you summon your keyblade?” Roxas asked completely flabbergasted. Kairi only growled in reply before wildly swinging the golden key at him. The blonde did his best to dodge her rapid swings, but she was swinging so recklessly the blade ended up slicing through his stomach.

Kairi breathed deeply. Her willpower was running completely on thoughts of revenge. There was nothing that could stop her. “You will suffer!” she cried hoarsely suddenly gaining the ability to do a combo spin attack. She kicked high in the air and knocked Roxas off his feet; he fell to the ground with a rather loud cracking sound erupting from his spine. Roxas groaned instantly feeling the intense pain.

She walked over to a position in which she was standing beside him. “Die!” she cried lowering her keyblade to make the last blow, but something prevented her from doing so. In a flash a black image dashed by her and knocked Roxas a good five feet away from Kairi. Instead of striking Roxas, Kairi’s keyblade was drove into the ground. She looked up to where Roxas sailed seeing only black smears assailing the poor blonde nobody.

Roxas screamed in pain. The random scratches of blood that were appearing on him and giving him pain were scaring him. He could not see the black images for they had began to move way too fast for his brain to comprehend them. “Please stop beast!” Roxas cried unable to lift any part of his body in defense. The pain abruptly ended once again astounding this nobody.

His cerulean eyes looked up and found two perfectly shaped yellow, soulless orbs. These orbs were on a completely black creature…and this creature had the body of…Sora? Roxas’s eyes widened upon seeing this beast. “Sora, y-you…”

“Your worst nightmare came true eh Roxie?” Sora laughed, but this wasn’t Sora’s voice. This voice was different. This voice wasn’t filled with innocence and confusion like it usually was; this voice was filled with cold, bitter hate. It was the voice of a fallen one, and this fact was what tormented Roxas’s very soul.

Kairi gasped loudly ceasing her constant tugs on her keyblade. It disappeared from the ground and was sent back to some alternate universe. “Sora is that you?” she asked as she cautiously approached the new being. She gently touched his arm giving him a sharp pain.

Sora growled and attempted to slice Kairi’s face with his newly bloody claws. Kairi fell back on the ground avoiding his attack. “No,” she whispered, “I won’t believe this!”

“Believe it girlie because this isn’t any dream,” Sora said coldly and very bluntly. Kairi swallowed hard, the cold spit slowly filling her mouth had suddenly become thick and syrupy. “Now go unless you want to be sliced in half as well.”

He loved me…or at least I thought he did

Kairi scrambled to her feet. She would get her Sora back even if it killed her. “Sora you have to remember!” she pleaded grabbing the cloth of his black clothing. Sora growled and with immense force pushed her away and into the shelter. She tumbled down the stairs falling unconscious.

“Now that that nuisance is gone I can finish you off,” Sora hissed turning to look at a very frightened blonde.

“Not if I kill you first,” Roxas said hesitantly. Sora stared at him blankly, but this blank face gave off a very evil look. Roxas gulped now regretting ever speaking up in the first place.

Sora smirked. “Is that a promise?” he taunted thrusting out his hand and summoning and army of heartless to help him do his bidding. Roxas stared in awe as Sora gave orders to this variety of heartless.

Can I really fight off both Sora and thousands of heartless? No, I have to do it. I’ll do it for Naminé!’

Please Roxas stop while you are ahead.’

Roxas blinked. Was that her voice that he had heard? He looked around curiously not seeing a white dress in sight. He was also certain he was the only blonde in the area since he had already killed Tidus. “Yes, that’s…a promise,” Roxas muttered looking Sora directly in his lifeless orbs.

“Good,” Sora murmured maliciously. He would have fun watching this blonde nobody be ripped to shreds, and by his own claws too. He was already used to the feeling of blood dripping down the tips of his fingers, in fact one could say he was addicted. Sora licked his fingers sucking off each drop blood. “Heartless attack!” he cried racing into action.

All at once heartless came flying at him; he was certainly out-numbered. The odds were that he would definitely end up loosing the little life he had left in him. Sora’s scratching massacre had really worn him out, and he was slowly loosing all his energy. Roxas had only one motivation that was keeping him alive, and that was the thought of Naminé. In his head he saw her smiling at him like she always had. When she was alive he had loved seeing her smile.

Roxas tightened his grip on both the Oathkeeper and the Oblivion if he had gripped them any tighter they may have broke. “I won’t be defeated,” Roxas growled kicking at Sora’s black torso and making the heartless boy stumble backwards. This gave Roxas just enough time to remove his bloody self from the ground and sending the Oathkeeper hurling towards Sora.

Sora turned around to see a flash of the Oathkeeper head towards him. He acted fast. He stuck out his blood hands catching the Oathkeeper in mid-flight. Roxas was shocked; he wasn’t aware that Sora could do that. Sora grinned evilly turning the keyblade around and hurling it towards Roxas. In that instant time stopped.

Roxas stood there watching the Oathkeeper approach almost as if it was flying in slow motion. His surroundings turned black and white and he was suddenly staring at a very white, feminine creature. Roxas grinned reaching forward but he was unable to touch her.

“Roxas drop your keyblade,” she commanded staring at him with her brilliant blue eyes. Roxas was taken aback. Had Naminé just asked him to die? He wasn’t about to loose this battle; he wanted control! “Please Roxas you have too, you can’t win to your other. He sent the Oathkeeper towards you, when you leave you’d be in the realm of light like me. We can be together Roxas.”

“Together?” Roxas mumbled staring at Naminé. She nodded. Roxas looked at his feet still wondering what he should do. He was indecisive. Though, he would do anything for Naminé; so isn’t the answer obvious? Roxas grinned looking back up at Naminé’s face. She smiled.

“See you then Roxas,” she whispered disappearing right in front of him. All in a flash color came back and the Oathkeeper flew at normal speed. Roxas’s eyes widened and he braced himself for defeat. In an instant the Oathkeeper was inserted through his chest and he fell limp. The Oblivion dropped to the dirt ground with a clanking sound.

A white light engulfed the blonde nobody as he descended towards the ground. His body turned into white lights and he floated up into the air before colliding with the ground. Sora smirked watching as the lights disappeared into the sky. “A fitting ending,” he muttered. He walked over to the Oathkeeper lifting it from the ground. “No blood too, I forgot the Oathkeeper isn’t a weapon of destruction,” he laughed raising the blade in the air.

Tears suddenly formed in his yellow orbs. The urge to kill was in his thoughts; it had become his very being. Sora couldn’t live like this. He wouldn’t kill people for pleasure; Sora wasn’t a heartless he was just a fallen keyblade master. “…But it can be used like one,” Sora whispered examining the silver blade.

Time to End it

Sora raised the blade above his chest preparing to stab himself. If he did it correctly the light from the Oathkeeper should completely destroy his being, and he would die. Sora closed his eyes tightly. “Goodbye,” he whispered about lower the blade, but something stopped him.

“Sora!”

His eyes shot open to see a auburn haired girl clinging to his torso. “K-Kairi,” he stuttered. “I thought you were…go back you shouldn’t see this,” Sora pleaded trying to push her away. He didn’t want to see her in such pain. He didn’t want to face that fact that he was responsible for her mourning and would be for the rest of her life.

Kairi shook her head and buried it into his chest. “I’m not leaving your side Sora, we can get through this together! I’ll find a way to fix you, you don’t have to kill yourself!” Kairi cried tightening her grip on his body. “We can see King Mickey, I’m sure he’ll know what to do. You have friends here Sora, we’ll all help you get through this.”

Sora frowned. He would regret this later. “Okay…let’s go find a gummi ship out of there,” Sora mumbled grabbing Kairi’s hand. Kairi removed her head from his torso a smile forming on her face.

“Okay,” she agreed removing herself and tightening her grip on his hand. Together they walked towards the gummi hangar of Destiny Islands. It had only been built last year and it was crowded with people. Of course after Sora’s entrance it was quite empty. Kairi led Sora to the gummi ship that planned to set out for Disney Castle.

She was filled with excitement. She was so happy she had prevented another sad ending. There would be no more losses; they could live together for as long as they lived. Once Sora was healed he could even regain the keyblade and become one with the realm of light. Kairi looked over at Sora expecting to see the same gleam on his face, but she didn’t see any happiness at all. Instead she saw unhappiness; instead she saw pain.

“Sora is there something bothering you?” Kairi asked frowning.

Sora blinked removing his gaze from the ground. Sora laughed. “Of course not Kairi let’s get going okay, you don’t mind driving do you? It seems the pilots have abandoned ship,” he joked. “And I can’t exactly do it with these claws.”

Kairi laughed and nodded. She quickly boarded the gummi ship heading towards the pilot’s seat. She had taken Gummi’s Ed so she knew exactly how a gummi ship worked. She had made one major mistake though; Kairi hadn’t checked to see if Sora was following her.

I’ll forgive Sora

With Sora’s vast knowledge of a gummi ship’s controls he knew about the backup engine button. He couldn’t face King Mickey. Sora was already aware there was no way he could be healed. He was destined to be a heartless forever…unless he ended it right now. If Kairi spoke another word to him he wouldn’t be able to go through with it. So she would need to be out the picture.

Sora located the special button raising his hand to press it and send Kairi flying to Disney Castle. She obviously did not know gummi ships like these were programmed; so there was no need for a pilot. Sora chuckled. Why was Kairi so gullible when it came to things like this? Nevertheless, he felt so guilty. He felt dirty for doing this to Kairi. Now not only would Riku be gone, he wouldn’t be with her either. Hopefully Donald and Goofy could keep her company. Hopefully she would forgive him.

Kairi blinked wondering why she heard the roar of the engines. She hadn’t started the gummi ship. What was going on? Why wasn’t Sora onboard? She quickly jumped out of her seat and rushed to a window. Outside she saw Sora waving goodbye. “No,” she whispered. She frantically started to bang on the window. “Sora!” she screamed.

Sora grinned. “Kairi please forgive me,” he whispered. He extended his hand and summoned the Oathkeeper. Now that Roxas was gone he was the only keyblade wielder left to control the blades. He didn’t want her hopelessly searching for him, so he would have to end her wondering now.

“I love you,” he whispered staring directly at Kairi. Kairi got the message seeing the Oathkeeper in his hand was enough for her to comprehend.

“Don’t,” she cried tears uncontrollably flowing down her rosy cheeks. Sora raised the Oathkeeper above his chest preparing to stab himself. He took one last breath and plunged it into his chest not knowing that he had just scarred Kairi for the rest of her life. Kairi screamed as she was flown away in the gummi ship.

Why did you do that Sora?

Why couldn’t you stay with me?

We would have been happy…

I would have been happy.

Why Sora?

Was it really that hard to stay?

A young woman stood stiffly as she stared at the porcelain water fountain. She watched as water spurted out in a flawlessly clear way. Her face was pale and blank. Her eyes were a cloudy amethyst color that showed signs of once being full of life. They were dead now, and there was nothing that could possibly resurrect them.

She showed no signs of joy, happiness, or anything for that matter. She could pass for the face of death. Her auburn hair fell to her waist. It was very straight and moved slightly as the wind blew by only to be brought down by the rain shower. There was nothing that would move this woman from this spot.

Rain droplets slid down her creamy skin combining together to unleash an attack on her peach dress that was drenched from the rainwater. It was a long, flowing gown that covered her feet, which was the reason there were mud stains all over the bottom. She kept her eyes focused on only one thing; it was a small rock that had a carving engraved in it.

For my beloved Sora

Keyblade Master or not

Dead or Alive

I will always love you

The woman dropped down to her knees creating more mud splashes all over her dress. Tears slid down her cheeks falling onto the gravestone. “Why did you leave me!” she mourned clinging to the stone. She sobbed loudly crying out for the one named Sora.

From inside the large castle that lay behind the crying woman stood a mouse, a tall dog, and a duck watching her from inside. They sighed feeling sorry for the poor woman. She had always gone out there everyday just to mourn for the past six years. Sora had really traumatized her for life.
