Chapter I—The Eltarian Prophecy
Sunrays glared of the magnificent palace spires. July 16th, 1985, was a day to be remembered for the people of the highly inhabited, flourished planet.
“Oh, I see the head my Queen, keep pushing!” The doctor urged.
Dimitria of Inquiris, now of Eltar, threw her head back and gave a grunt as she pushed as hard as she possibly could. Seconds later, she heard the satisfying sound of a baby’s cry…
She opened her eyes, her husband Zordon smiling warmly at her and holding her hand firmly.
“Well, it looks like you have yourself an Heir of Eltar: a boy!” the doctor informed them happily as he disposed of the umbilical cord.
Dimitria smiled as she held her son.
“We’re still going with Hunter, right?” Zordon asked hopefully.
Dimitria nodded, “Hunter Andrew Zeta.”

Almost a year-and-a-half later, Dimitria found herself in the exact same position, on the 15th of December. Zordon had been satisfied with Hunter, no doubt. He paraded him around like a shining trophy, which he was in a way. He was the hope of their planet; their heir. No doubt he would become a powerful warrior and wizard like his father.
Blond hair, green eyes, and weighing in at 7 lbs, 12 oz, Nike Elizabeth Zeta became the princess of Eltar. She resembled her father with her hair color, but the green eyes were a new thing, as Dimitria had brown eyes and Zordon blue. Nike’s brother, Hunter, however, was a striking mirror image of Zordon…only much younger. Nonetheless, the dirty blonde hair and icy blue eyes were unmistakably inherited from Zordon.
Zordon had a complicated back story. He’d been imprisoned by Rita Repulsa up until two years before Hunter’s birth. He was able to free himself from her spell, and was able to resume his youthful form. Once he found his corporal form, his advisors informed he should hurriedly find a wife to procreate with in order to secure the Royal Bloodline and ready a place for the Heir of Eltar. Dimitria of Inquiris was a perfect choice, so when she came to visit on a Delegate Meeting, Zordon wooed her immediately, and the two married a year later.
With the way things were going for Zordon and Dimitria, things couldn’t have gotten better. When the King and Queen needed a break, Dimitria’s sister Diva was ready to take Hunter and Nike and spoil them until the two returned. Life was truly paradise.

So when Dimitria ended up in the middle of another child birth, she thought to herself “No more.”
She loved her children dearly, but the pain that came along with their arrival was something she no longer wanted to deal with. Besides, one Grand Duke or Dutch, depending on the sex of the baby, was enough to rule Eltar for a while.
August 2nd, 1987, Andrea Erin Zeta popped into the world at 7 lbs even, and a little under 14 inches.
Paradise resumed, increasing in enjoyment over the years.

Then it happened. December 31st, 11:59 PM, just before the start of the year 1990, Rita’s Space Dumpster went in orbit over Eltar. With one final vengeful spell, Rita managed to lock Zordon in his Time Warp once more. Eventually, she ended up on the moon of Earth, where she waited to be set free.
All of Zordon’s royal counsel attempted to free him from his time warp, but to no avail. In a prophetic dream he had, Zordon realized several key events within the next four years. He spoke with Dimitria, insisting that the Heir of Eltare be taken to Earth where he would be safe from sabotage. Hunter would be key in overturning any surprise invasions if he grew old enough to be reintroduced to his past.
--I--
His patience served him well, as two bumbling space men accidentally uncovered Rita’s Dumpster and set her free, where she set up her palace on the moon and began her assault on Earth under the orders of Lord Zedd, who was in turned ruled by Dark Specter, who was born of the Chrominites.
The Chrominites were the fiercest beings known to the universe, comprised of 18 different deities well known to Earth. The Olympian Chrominites were of the highest ranking of power, consisting of 12 members and each representing what the 3rd dimension would know as a Greek God.
Its founding member, Zeus, reigned over the Chrominites as their leader known as “God.” His wife, Hera, was the Goddess of the Stars, while one of his brothers, Poseidon, was known as the God of the Ocean. Another of Zeus’s siblings, Demeter, was known for her healing abilities as the Goddess of Life, while the last of his siblings—Hestia—was known as the Goddess of the Hearth, which carried over to Goddess of the Earth.
The dividing factor in the Olympians was the age of each deity, seeing as how the second portion of the were the children of Zeus: Artemis, the Goddess of Nature; Athena, the Goddess of Wisdom; Hephaestus, the God of Fire; Ares, the God of War; Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love; and Hermes, the God of Guidance.
The second, less-known group of Chrominites, was the Omagnas, ruled by Zeus’s youngest brother Hades, the God of Death. In a fit of anger, Zeus banished Dionysus, the God of Pleasure, to the realm of the Omagnas where he was taken in by Hades. Three lesser Titan-beings permitted to live by Zeus were also members of the Omagnas: Helios, God of the Sun; Eos, God of the Dawn; and Selene, Goddess of the Moon.
After the annihilation of the Infernal Gods, the sole survivor, the Demon God Belial, struck a deal with Zeus to bring down the barrier between dimensions by spawning Maligore and Dark Specter from his very being. Once they entered the 3rd dimension, they began to crack the barriers protecting the realm until Maligore was sealed away by the Wizard Lerigot when he trespassed on the planet of Liaria.
With their plans frozen, Dark Specter abandoned his original quest and began to set his sights on conquering the 3rd dimension himself. When Maligore was destroyed, his powers transferred to Dark Specter who could have destroyed the rest of the barrier; instead, he kept them for himself until he, too, was destroyed. With the last of his power, he set a final crack in the barrier, weakening it so that the Chrominites could re-enter the 3rd dimension.
When the Chrominites reached Eltar, they easily wiped out the Eltarian army, and began to assault the palace. In a last ditch effort, Dimitria gave Nike and Andrea, her last two children, to her sister Diva LaViva and sent them to Earth where they would be safe under the protection of the planet’s Power Rangers and where their identities could be secret.
Dimitria, after painfully departing with her children, fought hard against the Chrominites, and eventually managed to take the legendary Cronus Stone to send them back from the 3rd dimension, though severely weakening the barrier even more. Knowing they had mere years before the return of the Chrominites, she shattered the sacred stone to keep it from being stolen or destroyed, and teleported nearly all 12 pieces before the last one’s teleportation coordinates were scrambled due to the poor state of the computer. She hoped beyond hope that 12 out of 11 pieces would be more than enough to stop them.
--I--
But the weakened state of the barrier was not enough to keep the Chrominites completely out. Zeus, being the all-powerful deity that he was, severed himself into three pieces to help weaken the barrier. His intention was to control outside beings into doing his bidding by manipulating ex-rangers. What he wasn’t counting on was the barrier’s mystical property, which transformed the pieces of energy into neutral powers that accidentally took developed in two of Zordon’s mentees: Kimberly Hart and Aisha Campbell. Alarmed, Zeus kept watch on the forms that manifested in the shapes of children. Before he could let the women keep their children, Zeus withdrew his pieces from the third dimension and brought both the babies and his energy back. The result? Hercules and his demigoddess sister Natasha.
Now the barrier has been shattered, its weakened state unable to continue the struggle against the Chrominite powers. The malevolent band of warriors is making their way toward Earth to find the Cronus Stone to set free their father Cronus, and return the universe to the Golden Age. An Eltarian Prophecy held close to the Zeta family of Eltar foretold of Saviors of the Stone that would come forth:
Warriors once touched by the power
Must live in its embrace for eternity
Yet few will stand on the final hour
To free and release Nature’s Fury.
It’s up to Nike and Andrea Zeta to use the 11 shards of the stone they’ve gathered to bring forth the power of Nature and all its Fury.
