Raxiel: A Nobody of a Mermaid

Note: Another piece of work that I had sitting around hoping it would be exclusive on that site but no I got to pay for another membership blah. Anyway, hope you like this! Told through Raxiel’s point of view.

Ariel’s Nobody x Axel

--- Chapter 1: I am born... ---

I don't know exactly how I was born but through his words he said I was a reincarnation of a poor unfortunate soul. He has a way with words I admit and yet he has very charming looks, when I was first born or... woke up I should say I was very confused, alone, and naked. The first thing I remember trying to crawl on the beach, I didn't know what I was looking for as the sand was very hot. My hair was all in my face but noticed it was the same colored as the water, ofcourse I didn't know it was water at the time as I was memorized at the beauty. Out of nowhere I started to slowly crawl towards the water as it suddenly felt much cooler and so good against my skin.

Then that's when I met him as I was trying to figure what water was. The man with sheer beauty, that red spiky long hair, black long cloak, his aqua colored eyes were so beautiful, a very handsome face. I really couldn't speak at first, not that I was speechless but I couldn't talk yet. He looked down at me like I was like some lost little puppy, he smiled as he kneeled down infront of me. The first thing he did was move my blue hair that was dangling infront of my face away he said, "You have pretty red eyes..."

Then he made a very playful smirk, I didn't know I was blushing at the time. He stood up while reaching into his pocket to pull out a cloak just like his. How he fit the thing in there was beyond me but he let it dangle right in front of my face while he said, "You are going to want to wear this until we find some other clothing to go with it."

I was naked, I didn't know the feeling of embarrassment yet until I remembered what it was like to know the feeling. The red haired man told me to lift my arms as he helped put on the coat. I tried to stand up but almost fell as the man grabbed my waist and just laughed at me in a more playful kind of way. He must of thought it was cute... or something...

He then said his name was, "Axel..." Then he spelled it out, "A-x-e-l. Got it memorized?" I just staired at him while my head was turned looking at him. He set me down as the waves came slowly in washing away still at my naked feet to cool me down, he sat down right next to me and started explaining, "I can sense that you don't have a heart but would wish to have one? Am I right?" He asked. I couldn't say anything, I really just wanted to start walking again to get used to it. What is this about a heart anyway?

He knew I wanted to try again as my coat still wasn't zipped all the way up. I got up again and tried to walk again but I kept stumbling over and over again. I knew he was laughing inside but he kept to himself, until he came over and lent me a hand. He picked me up by my waist that his hands easily overtake them as he helped me get balanced as he then said, "Why don't we try this again shall we?"

I put one foot forward as he started to move as he was nudging me to keep going as I put my other foot down but farther than the previous foot. He then let go after a couple of seconds, I soon started to get the hang of it. I guess these are what you would call my first steps?

He clapped and said, "Bravo, you learn fast for a newborn nobody." I felt amazed as I kept walking until I turned around and walked back into his direction, "That was a good job you did. I bet you feel proud... or remember it." I still don't know what he's talking about but his charming looks kept getting to me. "Now listen, I'm working on making my own little Organization and want to get some new members. I think you might be the first member to join if you like."

I didn't know what to think, I could speak, I was just getting the hang of walking yet... I didn't know anyone because I really have no idea where I am or who I am. That's when he started to look at me funny again with his hands on his hips as he was looking me over. Circling around me...

"You seem kinda familiar, through the data Sora remembers you look exactly that his fish tailed little girlfriend... I think it was... Ariel..." It sounded like a pretty name I admit, but what did he mean when I looked exactly like her? And who was this Sora? He then stopped and looked me straight in the eye, "From now on... You are named Raxiel... Because I think it suits you pretty well."

I lifted my hands to my own face as I really wanted to know what I looked like, Axel didn't really argue as I turned around to see my reflection rippling in the water. I now dropped to my hands to look at my face, I had blue hair and red eyes...

"You look like you can be her twin... or opposite..." Axel said as he arched his index finger underneath his chin. I got back up again and look directly at him, I tried to move my mouth to make words come out like him. "Oh you want to talk huh?"

I nodded as I tried to move my mouth to make the sounds come out but sounded more like an ACK sound. He laughed, "We'll start with your name... Repeat after me, say Raxiel."

"Ra" I tried to say.

"Raxiel" Axel said again.

"Razzzy" I tried to say again.

"No no, it's Raxiel. Raxiel... Got it memorized?" Axel show a little more feeling into it.

"Rax...iel... Raxiel..." I finally said.

He smiled and crossed his arms, "Good. Good. Now, since you really have no where else to go, you might as well come with me. I'll give you a good home, I promise." Axel held out his hand.

Was there really any argument? I was alone, out in the middle of the beach and didn't know what to do. I looked at his black gloved hand, I reached for it as he gladly accepted it.

"That's good. Now first things first... I am king of the new group, and as king... every king needs his queen." He smiled, at first I didn't know what he meant but will soon later learn to love him...

Note: Well, nothing much I was just sitting back thinking wouldn’t it be cool if the Disney characters had nobodies? Meh, not possible but I did it anyway.
