Rubies for eyes gleamed easily in the sunlight that was now fading over thick walls of stone and adobe. His fingers clutched his wife’s shoulders in ease, feeling the delicate structure of muscle and bone underneath silks and flesh. He was not angered that she was denying him the right to give pleasure and receive it from her but curious. Sendai was not vastly knowledgeable in signs of pregnancy or any sort of feminine issues, which was why he had female servants attend to Yuya so they could alert him of changes. But it seemed like they were easily shaken off and pushed in to a dusty closet like toys of the past. The fading light and the newer light of brandished lanterns played on the strands of blood and ruby red in his eyes, looking down on her as she fidgeted after telling him the news. Did she think he would be angered? No….Sendai was more than thrilled that she had conceived but that would mean he would not touch her in a sexual way for at least nine to ten months. Nonetheless he would have his dream of having a family run through the marble halls of the Mibu palace. Thin lips quirked in to a smile before leaning down to nose her, an action that was not expected catching his dainty wife off guard. Still he did wedge his way between her thighs, almost demanding intercourse whether it be in that private little are or whisking her to the lavish bedroom they shared without that knowledge of pregnancy.

Soon after his hand rose to meet a strong jaw line while lifting up wards and moving away from her leaving one dazed and confused female behind. All the while training his pools of lava on the cooler container of water with koi fish lazily swimming underneath water lily pads. Soon his own liquid smooth voice surfaced to his ears and hers, delicate with wording as always. “ Ah, This is great news you bring me. I am glad.” They were simple and appraising in their own rights as his face looked over a narrow shoulder at her sitting on a stone hewn bench. The grasses and soil ruffling under foot with his long cloak, acting quite serene. A snort replaced constant breath through his nostrils, with thoughts resting here and there. It seemed after his fight with the supposed demon eyes Kyo he had acclaimed a title of being cruel or cold to others whom stood in his way than before when he smiled and acted goofy. He could still show those old qualities to some…only some such as his wife and possibly his unborn children but never to his enemies or lower ranking guards. The Aka no Ou always showed cold feelings, and haughty high up smirks unlike his wife who was concerned and soft to an extent where he would become jealous. He always has been a jealous lover whether she was talking to one of the elders down to simple farmers Sendai always became angered tainted with thoughts that they might try to make a move on her and she would be receptive.

Yet he should not have to worry, even when he beat back the riff raff that he eventually allowed to come and visit his darling for short notices of time. Even though one had to openly admit his powers were great and had topped Kyo’s and Kyoshiro’s greatly so they had no current say in how long they could stay by their old lovers side who looked like a quiver statue every time they came around. Slowly they stopped coming, well they did not stop coming frequently but he started to wean Yuya away from old acquaintances that caused sequential damage to his kingdom and currently is trying to get her to talk to more female nobility. In which failed miserably, she either did not talk what so ever or wandered else where to read or practice her calligraphy than gossip leaving the other women in question. He did not know whether to feel angry or not at this situation as a cool breeze rushed down, cooling his rising temper not wanting to scare her back in to remission that took him a couple of months to a year to get her out of. Soon he turned back to her; lanterns took up the majority of lighting playing quite in contrast to their clothes and faces. Shuffling over to her gently came Sendai in a rolling stride as he stood over her as his fingers began wrapping around a delicately created chin. Soon lips met, locked as if seeing their fates.

Forever…
