In My Eyes, You're Perfect in Every Way

She was raped.

She was raped and he did nothing to stop it.

Absolutely nothing at all.

He had never felt so low in his life as right now.

The one he loved so much had been raped, and he had a chance to save her, but he didn't take it.

He regretted not taking it, and the effect it had on his poor cherry blossom, who used to be so happy, even in bad situations…except this one.

A-M-B-E-R

'God, Syaoran, you're such an idiot! Now look what's happened to poor Sakura!' I scolded myself.

Often I glanced at my dear Sakura and I saw her pain, even thought she pasted a small smile on her face.

I had gotten the news earlier this morning from Tomoyo, who had stayed with Sakura last night.

Apparently, after Sakura got out of cheerleading practice and bought some stuff for her dinner, she was taken into an warehouse close to an alley by some guy and raped.

And I was outside on my balcony; right after Sakura passed my apartment. Eventually she noticed me watching her, because she turned around and waved at me with a big smile on her face.

"Syaoran!" I recall her saying happily.

Yeah…I blushed and I waved back at her. What else could I do?

And then, when she left my block, I had a really bad feeling. REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY bad. So I went to take a walk to the bakery.

And, who else to see but Sakura?

"Hi Syaoran!" she said to me.

"H-hey Sakura…" I said back. We walked around for a while talking, and then she was about to leave, and we were so close damn alley!

"U-uhm…I'll walk you home!" I said, blushing.

"No, it's alright! I can take care of myself." Sakura said, giving me another one of her famous smiles.

And then, I felt this really bad feeling wash over me. Something in my head said, 'No, Syaoran, don't let her walk home by herself! It's already dark, you idiot, walk with her! Besides, there's a chance you could confess to her! '

"A-Alright…" I said, entirely unsure if I should secretly follow her…

No…she'll be fine...she has the Sakura cards

And I walked home, that bad feeling washing over me at every step I took.

When I got to school this morning, I noticed Sakura was sitting at her seat with Tomoyo, Chiharu, Naoko, Rika, and Kaho standing at her desk…oddly, our desks were just like when we were in 4th grade.

I was confused to why Sakura's friends were all over Sakura, and then I realized…what Tomoyo had told me this morning finally sunk in…hey, I was half-asleep when she called…

I set my bag on the hook right beside my desk and sat down, unsure of what to do. I mean, the one I loved had gotten raped…it wasn't like I wasn't in love with her anymore, but what could I do in this situation?

Mostly nothing, because if I touched her the wrong way while comforting her, it might upset her, because she has to be traumatized.

And then it happened.

Some frikkin asshole named Katashi walked past our seats and grazed her ass with his hand.

I swear, I'm going to kick his ass!

And then I heard him whisper in my Sakura's ears, "Hey baby, you want to come to my house later and have some fun?"

I'M SENDING HIM TO HELL!

Sakura shot up in her seat and ran out of the class, tears falling onto the floor. I punched Katashi and he fell to the floor, and then I kicked him right in the balls…he got knocked out. What a loser.

I ran after Sakura, following her pink aura. It led to the secret room we (Sakura, Tomoyo, Eriol, and I) found and I went in, seeing Sakura. She was sitting on the floor, hugging her knees to her chest and crying her eyes out. It hurt so much to see her cry and that there was nothing I could do.

B-R-O-W-N (AKA my/author's POV)

"Sakura…" Syaoran said softly to the said girl in the small room. He knelt down to the girl and enveloped his arms around her, bringing her closer to him.

"Sakura…don't cry…" he tried to comfort.

"H-How? I-I was r-raped! It h-hurts so m-much!" Sakura sobbed into Syaoran's chest. She wrapped her arms around his waist and cried into his chest as he rubbed circles in her back, comforting her a bit.

"Come on Sakura…let's get back to class…" Syaoran said comfortingly.

"N-N-no…Syaoran, I just want to stay here…in your arms…just for today…" Sakura said, cuddling into Syaoran. Syaoran blushed deeply at her comment, but he stayed quiet.

"Besides…I'm not pure…" Syaoran heard Sakura whisper to herself. He got angry at this and he stood up, bringing Sakura with him and he pushed her to the wall, making her yelp.

"W-What are you doing, Syaoran?" she asked.

"Sakura…you ARE pure! Don't talk like that!" Syaoran growled.

"B-but I am…" Sakura said, looking down at the floor.

"NO YOU'RE NOT! In my eyes, you're as perfect as an angel!" Syaoran said loudly, making Sakura blush.

"I-I'm not as p-perfect as an a-a-angel." Sakura said.

"Yes you are! God dammnit Sakura, I love you!" Syaoran said.

Sakura's face was now all deep red and she couldn't believe what Syaoran had said.

"Syao…" Sakura began to say, but Syaoran had kissed her before she could say another syllable.

Sakura's eyes widened quite considerably and then Syaoran pressed himself against her, deepening their kiss.

Sakura felt something warm on the roof of her mouth and then she felt it on her own tongue…and then she realized it was Syaoran's.

She blushed more than she was already (which meant that her face was practically glowing red in the semi-dark room) and she wrapped her arms around his neck, one hand on the back of his head, pushing it towards her and further deepening their kiss.

Syaoran realized that Sakura was kissing him back, and he pulled away for air, not believing he had confessed and kissed Sakura in the last 20 minutes they were in the room.

The two panted for air and Sakura gave a small smile to Syaoran.

"I love you too, Syaoran." Sakura said, scooting up to Syaoran and giving him a small peck on his lips.

Syaoran got up and lent his hand to Sakura, who took it a little shyly, and the two left the room, making sure to close the door.

All the while walking back to class, they were holding hands and their fingers were linked with the others.
