Chp; 24 Like Ice Season Finale

“What the hell do you think you just pulled?” demanded Angelus tossing Emma against the wall of the shrine.

“Take her into the torture chamber if you’re going to be doing anything,” said The Harvester.

Emma looked up at Angelus angrily. Angelus punched her in the face. She spat blood and looked back at him. Angelus grabbed her and threw her over his shoulder. She tried to hit him and get him to let go.

The Harvester waved his hand and another chamber opened. That first ice room wasn’t really a torture chamber. Angelus walked towards the chamber. Stairs below. Angelus then dropped Emma down the stairs. Emma rolled down to the bottom and weakly she tried to stand. Blood dripped from her mouth as Angelus walked down the torch lit, sandy room. The walls a white marble. Fire of the torches normal.

Weapons of torture lined the walls. Chains before him. The Harvester followed down the stairs followed by his trusty slaves. Angelus grabbed kicked Emma in the stomach, she landed on her back. Angelus grabbed her by the belt and picked her up and took her over to the wall sitting her against it. He grabbed the shackle cuffs and put them on her wrists.

Emma leaned down towards the ground. Angelus grabbed her jaw and made her look him in the face, “You think you can just get away with betraying me, after what I tried to give you, what I did give you.”

She spit blood on his face. Angelus just looked at her then slammed her head against the wall, held her jaw tighter as she looked in in the eyes. Her eyes had been normal, her hair was the same but eh‘, “That’s not the answer I was looking for.”

“Things aren’t going to turn out too good,” said Cordelia looking down at Conner. Conner lay on the bar, he opened his eyes slowly not seeing her there but across the lobby. The group was there, a little wounded but fine.

Conner sat up. Spike stood up off the floor rubbing his forehead. Buffy opened her eyes as she sat on the red couch. Faith was laying on top of the purple sitting thing in the middle of the room. Dawn walked into the room from Angel’s office followed by Wesley.

“My baby is gone again,” said Buffy, her lip trembling. Dawn went over to her and hugged her, “With Angelus.”

“She wasn’t Evil,” said Spike, “We didn’t know that.”

Conner was shocked. He got off the bar and went up the stairs of the lobby.

“The big bad has Emma,” said Faith, “The big bad just did something and we need to find out what.”

“Do you think Emma will be alright?” asked Buffy, “How?” Buffy was confused.

“So she wasn’t evil?” asked Dawn, “Then what happened.”

“She betrayed Angelus,” stated Wesley, he knew what had gone on, just knew.

“Exactly,” said Spike, “I take Angelus won’t be happy at all with what Emma has done.”

“My smart girl,” sobbed Buffy tears running down her cheeks, “I don’t want to loose her again.”

“What the hell is going on here!” demanded Spike, “We’re letting all this sodding shit take us down, take us over. What the hell was that, what the hell are we doing!”

“I know you’re angry Spike, but-” started Wesley.

“But what, my daughter is out there, with a raving lunatic, that could do anything to her,” said Spike, “And you don’t know how bad that hurts me so!”

“I know I’ve never been in this sort of, situation but-” Spike interrupted Wesley again.

“There’s but, I’m not going to loose my daughter you foul excuse for a man!” Spike walked over to Wesley in a threatening manner.

“We’ll save Emma,” said Buffy, “Just…calm down Spike.”

Dawn rubbed Buffy shoulder trying to comfort her, “Buffy’s right,” said Faith, “Just… calm down, no fighting, name calling, no more lacking the job. No offense Wesley, but this stuff isn’t looking good.”

“What was that spell for?” asked Dawn, “Where did you go?”

“The white room,” said Spike.

“Base built in the dimension between Earth and Hell,” stated Wesley, “Not really anywhere.”

“Oh,” said Spike sarcastically, “That’s what you’ve been sitting on your ass the hole time figuring out?”

“Spike,” said Buffy going towards him, Buffy put her hand on his shoulder, Spike moved away taking her hand from him.

Emma laid against the wall of the torture chamber breathing hard. Blood dripped out her mouth if she opened it. Not flowing just little drips like a leaky fossit. She looked up at the ceiling listening to Angelus and The Harvester talking before her.

“So what was that, that spell thing?” asked Angelus.

“No one saw it my scummy friend,” said The Harvester.

“Okay, then what was it? My control freak, big, ugly mug of a friend,” stated Angelus.

“You talk so bluntly,” said The Harvester.

“I’m kind of known for speaking my mind. So…what was this or are you just going to keep giving me the run around?” replied Angelus.

The Harvester smiled, “I find these super vampires worthy of following me. I will run an army. The sky will rain blood, the darkness a shade of red and black. The clouds will swirl and there will be darkness.”

“Don’t you think, ‘the darkness a shade of-’ darkness part fits?” asked Angelus looking over to Emma who stared at them while they conversed, “I really don’t need that kind of clarification.”

“Smile on the world,” stated The Harvester.

“What?” said Angelus.

“Smile on them now, if you dare,” he laughed.

“Well, okay,” said Angelus.

“I want you to keep the girl alive,” sneered The Harvester, “Other than that. Make her pay for her sins.”

“That’s what I like to here,” stated Angelus smiling, “Of course I would have done it anyway.”

“Be a good vampire,” said The Harvester, “I must see about an old friend.”

“All good to ya,” said Angelus.

The Harvester shimmered away. Angelus walked over to Emma, “Now, are you going to spit on me anymore?” he smiled, “Are you going to be a big girl?”

“Burn… in… Hell, demon,” she said.

“You first,” smiled Angelus looking at the wall of torture items, stuff that could rough the skin.

“She’s hurt,” said Conner pacing his room.

“She’s fine,” said Cordelia.

“YOU DON’T FEEL HER LIKE I DO!” roared Conner, “You don’t feel her at all.”

“She’s changed you so much,” said Cordelia sitting down on his bed.

Conner went over to his drawers and pulled out a button up shirt, black. He took off his torn one he’d worn before and put on the black one buttoning it up, “NO, you deceive, I don’t want to hear it, ANYMORE!”

“She’s deceived you, probably, doing stuff with Angelus right now…that’s just how it is, helping him, I wouldn’t doubt she’s been giving him sex,” sighed Cordelia.

“Lies,” growled Conner going up to Cordelia, getting in her face, “I never smelled him on her,” he smiled, “I’d kill you if you weren’t an illusion that won’t go away. I can push you, feel you but they don’t see it.”

“You raped her,” said Cordelia.

“You change subject,” growled Conner, “I love her.”

“No you don’t, she trained you this way,” pleaded Cordelia.

“SHUT UP!” roared Conner, “I WANT YOU TO GO AWAY!”

“I can’t, not till you understand,” said Cordelia.

Conner started pacing again, “More lies, from the grave.”

“Not lies, the truth, right in front of you, and you don’t except it at all,” said Cordelia standing up, “Emma isn’t just one person.”

“You mean she’s not one person, you think she’s dirt,” said Conner.

“You just wish you could put her in your lap, rape her,” said Cordelia in a snotty manner, “I bet she likes it rough.”

“I had sex with Emma, but that’s not how it went-” stated Conner, “I shouldn’t justify something that isn’t there,” he sighed, “You’re not even real.”

Spike stood at Conner’s doorway, “Who you talking to Conner?”

Conner looked at him quickly. If this was a T.V. show, perfect time for a commercial. Spike seemed entirely calm. What had he heard?

“No one,” said Conner not looking Spike in the eyes.

“Why didn’t I see it before,” laughed Spike looking down, “Why?”

“See what?” asked Conner suspiciously.

“Conner,” said Cordelia, “Just fix things.”

Conner looked at Cordelia then darted his eyes back to Spike who was coming towards him.

“Right before me,” said Spike, “You didn’t just get these abilities out of nowhere did you?”

Conner waited a moment, “What do you want me to say?”

“You smell like Emma, you’ve been all over her,” Spike’s voice turned to a growl, “All you care about is finding her and boning her,” his voice was fierce, once he’d finished his sentence he punched Conner in the face.

Conner’s face went down he looked back up to Spike. Spike kicked him between the legs. Conner went down on his knees. Spike punched Conner in the head. Conner fell on his back. Blood dripped down Conner’s lips from his nose.
Conner’s nose healed, Spike kicked him in the face, “Huh,” Spike was angry, “You, you perverted boy!” Spike grabbed Conner by the shirt and threw Conner at his wall, the plaster broken, “Take my daughter!”

Spike’s vampire face came into form. His anger flaring. Conner stood up. Spike punched him in the head, once, twice, “YOU RAPED MY DAUGHTER?” he slammed him against the wall, “HUH!” he punched him again, “HUH!”

Conner was grabbed up and tossed down the hall through a glass door. Conner was bleeding thoroughly. He slowly stood up. Spike kicked him in the head grabbed his hair and slammed his head into the wall behind him. Conner slipped down the wall wincing. He started to heal again.

Spike punched him in the stomach once, twice then kicked him between the legs again. Conner moved out of the way of Spike’s kick. Conner didn’t want to take him, he could of killed him one thing. Spike slammed his foot through the plaster then pulled it out, “GOING TO RUN FROM ME NOW?” he demanded.

Conner stood up, “No, that just wasn’t comfortable,” sighed Conner licking the blood off his lip, wiping his face.

“COMFORTABLE, CONFORTABLE?” roared Spike, “You’re not going to be comfortable!” Spike was automatically behind Conner, he went to punch Conner with his left, Conner used his right to block it quickly the ducked a blow. Spike grabbed him by the shirt and punched him in the face 3 times.

Conner hit the floor and Spike quickly threw him in the ceiling. Spike then through Conner into a mirror over a set of Chester drawers. He fell off the draws and flipped up onto his feet, “THINK YOU CAN TAKE THE LAST BIT OF HER INNOCENCE SHE HAD?” Spike punched him in the face again.

Conner fell into the Chester Drawers, “Why aren’t you fighting back!” snarled Spike.

“Fight back,” spat Conner.

Conner’s eyes turned yellow and with the most inhuman speed Spike’s seen since Illyria Conner tossed him through a wall. Dust rained down. Spike kept going. Going through a couple of rooms then down the hall landing on the floor of the lobby where the group was.

“Spike?” questioned Buffy.

Conner leapt down on top of Spike, “FIGHT BACK!” Conner punched him in the face then grabbed Spike at that in human speed and threw him into the weapons cabinet. The glass came crashing down.

Faith came at Conner from behind him on his right. Conner blocked her blow and swung his arm up throwing her down. Buffy went to kick Conner. Conner blocked the kick and grabbed her foot quickly twisting her around. She landed face first on the bar and slid over the other side into the office area.

Conner was healing well. Spike was weakly standing up. Conner punched him in the face, “I can’t remember if I raped your daughter!” he punched him again blood splattering on the floor, “Yeah, I had sex with her again!” punch, “Doesn’t that make you burn!”

Spike went to punched him and Conner twisted his arm and spun him around quickly, Conner picked him up by the throat, “NOW SHE’S GONE!” he roared, “ANGELUS HURTS HER!” he held Spike up off the floor as far as his arm would go, Spike grabbed at his hand. Conner held on, “I’ll tear him apart, cause I love her,” he snarled showing his fangs as he spoke.

He threw Spike down. Blood didn’t make the place pretty. Glass everywhere. Buffy and Faith were getting up, or had stood up already. Everyone had seen the fight, heard what was said, that end part anyway.

Conner calmed down slowly, “I’ll kill Angelus, I swear it,” he sighed, “Kill him, make him pay for taking her from me.”

The place started repairing itself thanks to Conner, “Find her.”

Angelus was having a party and a half. A healing immortal, hay, he could torture her for the next century if he desired it. But of course he had bigger priorities to arouse his mind soon. Emma kept eye contact with him.

She winced with pain as he pulled the hot poker from her side. Angelus looked at her blood on that poker and good have giggled himself to death, he looked at her wounds, “Are we healing?” he grabbed the syringe out of his pocket, “And another little dose for you.”

He grabbed her arm and she tried to struggle away but he had his grip firm. She moaned as he stuck the needle in her arm injecting only a little. He let her arm go and she sat her arm down looking up at him dizzily.

Angelus knelt down in front of her, “You know, I can tell you things that Wes, he wouldn’t of found out if he had it right in front of his face,” he looked at the syringe, looking at the shiny liquid, “It was, right in front of his face too. You know what you are? A vessel. Kind of like the key was. But you do a lot more,” he looked at her, “Are you even listening?”

He grabbed her jaw, holding tightly, “You were create for a specific purpose, to hold abilities, this abilities aren’t yours. Well the whole half vampire thing is but that whole touchy thing, not yours.” Emma looked him dead in the eyes, Angelus kept going, “Meant to do some great force in before all hell would brake loose, etc. etc. Lucky girl, you’ve got a purpose,” he stood up letting go of her.

“When I myself, have nothing, but torture, that’s really more satisfying then a purpose, you see what I’m talking about.”

Emma pulled on the shackles but it didn’t help, she was not strong enough. Angelus put the syringe in his pocket, “Not going to work, see that little orb we stole. Turns out, it’s not for Gunn and Lilah, it’s for you and Conner, makes this magic stuff that makes you, may I say it,” his voice became sarcastic, “May I, WEAK!” he laughed, “OH, no, honey,” he was acting dramatic, pacing, “Hell is freezing over!”

He punched her, “But that’s not it, no. You’ve just got a weakness, everything does, just like that good ole’ hunk of muscle, The Harvester.” Angelus went over to the torture wall looking at the weapons, “Can it be, can it be?” he sighed.

“He’ll… kill you,” she said.

“I doubt he’ll have the time,” said Angelus, he pulled a whip with bones at the end of the straps off the wall,

“Now, to round 2.”

There was a knock at the door. Buffy went to the door of Angel’s office. She had just been in there thinking. Dawn walked in. Everything was closed, Dawn closed the door, the little window was covered. Buffy just started crying.

Dawn went to her side, “I know this is hard-”

“My little girl is gone,” sobbed Buffy, Dawn hugged Buffy, “She’s gone.”

“No, not yet,” said Dawn.

“My baby is gone forever, Angelus took her from me,” cried Buffy into Dawn’s shoulder.

“We don’t know that she’s gone Buffy,” said Dawn, “And she’s Immortal, she won’t die.”

“He found out a way,” Buffy sobbed harder.

“Buffy there’s no guarantees,” stated Dawn, “I know, I’m sad too.” She stroked Buffy’s hair, “We will save her.”

“I thought when I had her-”

“She’d be your little girl forever,” sighed Dawn.

“Spike is angry,” said Buffy, “I know he’s angry with Emma.”

“Why?” asked Dawn, “Why would he be angry with Emma?”

“Emma’s something that he knew that he would never be able to have, till now, and she’s not our little girl anymore,” said Buffy, “She’s grown up,” she cried pulled away from Dawn’s shoulder, “Making adult decisions. Doing adult things, I can’t stop her-”

“I know,” consoled Dawn rubbing her shoulders trying to make her feel better, more.

“I don’t know what she is,” said Buffy, “Mom said that she’d be a great part of history, special.”

“She did,” said Dawn, “That means that she’s not dead, she’s not fulfilled that.”

“I want my baby back,” cried Buffy putting her face into Dawn’s shoulder again, “Hold her in my arms.”

Conner was pacing the lobby. Spike had left. Gone through the sewers, needed some ‘alone time.’ Conner was putting his hands on his ears, “Shut up,” his whispered, “You’re wrong.”

Wesley read his book behind the bar. Faith and Willow were doing reading. Watching Conner though, that was something they couldn’t stop doing, he was talking to someone that wasn’t there, “Shut up,” his voice got forceful.

“What’s wrong?” asked Faith going up to Conner. Conner’s eyes were yellow as he looked down at her,

“Just asking, you keep talking to yourself. No one there, you know. You’re worrying us.

“I’ll be worrying you if we don’t save her,” said Conner, “When I’m tearing your skin off, because,” he hissed, “I don’t think you’re trying hard enough.”

“We are,” said Willow, “It’ll be alright.”

“What’s Buffy doing?” snapped Conner, “And Dawn, huh, what are they doing?”

“Buffy’s sad,” said Wesley, “she needed a little time alone.”

“She needs a lot,” winced Conner putting out the sound of Cordelia’s rambling about how Emma was evil,

“Always needs something, well, I need Emma, or I’ll get very angry.”

“You are angry,” said Wesley.

“Start reading,” demanded Conner.

“You need help,” said Willow.

“SHUT UP, SHUT, UP!” yelled Conner looking at Cordelia, “YOU’RE NOT A LIVE!”

“What’s there?” asked Buffy coming out of the office wiping her face, followed by Dawn.

“It’s not real,” said Conner, “Right, you don’t see her do you?”

“Who?” asked Dawn.

“CORDELIA!” he pointed to where she stood, “There, right there, she won’t stop talking!”

“Cordelia isn’t there,” said Faith.

“I know, see,” he spoke towards Cordelia, “You’re not real, now go away!”

“Cordelia isn’t there Conner,” said Buffy going towards him.

“Why is it I see her, and you don’t?” asked Conner.

“We don’t know,” said Wes, “How long has this been going on?”

“That doesn’t matter right now,” strained Conner, “What matters you finding where Emma went.”

“Well we have nothing to go, and The Harvester seems to have some kind of grand plan up his sleeve,” said Wesley.

“I don’t care,” said Conner.

“Calm down Conner,” said Buffy, “I want to talk to you,” she turned to Dawn, “Dawn, sweetie go help, okay.”

Dawn shook her head in reply. Buffy lead Conner up the stairs. Conner followed her putting his hands on his ears. They came to a vacant hall.

“This is a little awkward,” said Buffy, “You being the closet thing I’ll ever have to a son in law when, I loved Angel, and-”

“What do you want?” sneered Conner, “and?”

“I love Emma,” said Buffy.

Conner turned from her, “What kind of speech is this goanna be?”

“You love Emma, too. You are worried about what’s going to happen to her.”

“I know that,” said Conner looking down at her, “I don’t need it clarified.”

“You feel like if you loose her you’ll die, you’ll never come back,” said Buffy, Conner just looked down at her, his eyes that yellow color, all his senses, high, “Conner, you could never love a person as much as their own mother can. I love Emma, and if she’s gone, I won’t be able to handle it, but I will. You’ll be able to.”

“You’re wrong,” stated Conner.

“Is Cordelia still there?” asked Buffy.

“She’s always there,” scoffed Conner.

“She’ll listen to me right?” asked Buffy.

Conner folded his arms, “Yeah.”

“Fine,” sighed Buffy, “Cordelia, my daughter isn’t evil,” she was stern, and serious, “You try to hurt Conner, that is evil. Now back off, go to the hell whatever, you’re escaping. Don’t come back, nobody needs you to do this, and you’re dead, dead, dead, dead.”

“More lies,” said Cordelia to Conner.

“I know you’re talking to him, trying to win him back, whatever sick idea your dead brain can think up, but he’s good. He loves Emma, you can’t stop that. So go away.”

“She won’t listen,” said Conner, “She won’t, she’ll just stay there, then start talking again. When I’m near Emma, Cordelia screams at me.”

“She’s not real, and I don’t think whatever that is will bother you anymore,” said Buffy pushing his hair back from his eyes, “Is she there now?”

Conner looked around, “No.”

“I know you’re a good guy, I think I can trust you with Emma. Spike’s angry. The Harvester is a threat, we have to do so much. There’s so few of us to do it-”

“I can’t handle life without her,” said Conner, “Angelus won’t be lasting very long.”

“We’ll give him back his soul,” said Buffy.

“-No,” he said bluntly, “I didn’t clarify it earlier, he’s not going to live. I’m going to kill him. Dust in the wind for what he’s done.”

“What if Emma stays safe-”

“He took her, he’s torturing her, I can feel it, everything he does, I know it’s him. Hot pokers, whips, I know. He kicks her, punches her, injects more that crap inside her. He’ll pay dearly.”

Spike was seeking his comfort. The luxuries of a nice bottle of Jack Daniels and the bar it came from. The smell of peanuts, demons, and well, blood, liquor. That raided the air filled his nostrils. Spike alone with himself.

His thoughts were company enough. Everything rushing through his head. Well he was kind of drunk, those thoughts just seemed kind of fast. Only thing he could do is think to himself.

‘She’s not my little girl anymore,’- ‘I knew this would come, someday, somebody.’ He took a drink from his bottle, ‘Angel’s son,’- ‘Two crazies in a crazy house.’ - ‘I should of seen it coming. They hated each other.’ he took a drink.

“Right there in front of my face,” he sighed to himself.

‘I have no idea what that girl is, I hardly know her.’ - ‘She’s so far from me.’ his bottle was slowly becoming empty. ‘Angelus has her.’ - ‘What if, no, he won’t kill her….’ Spike looked at the bottle, ‘Or will he?’

“Hey, turn on the News,” said a demon, “NOW!”

The demon bartender turned on the T.V., “We have new footage of what has just happened,” said The news reporter. Spike looked up at the T.V.

It was a video of the sun. A shaky video. All of a sudden it was in gulfed in red light. Everything went into darkness all of a sudden outside. On the video, people were screaming. And saying ‘Look’, ‘Look up there’. Everything went into the Darkness.

“We do suggest all people try to stay in doors for the time being,” the woman said, almost hard to hear her talk over the cheering of the demons, “We have a report that it seems, this time it’s not just L.A. in the dark. But, the world is slowly being covered,” said the reporter shuffling her notes at he desk, “I repeat, stay in doors, keep your family near you. And it’s about time I go find myself a religion, I suggest you do the same.”

The T.V. went off in a bunch fuzziness. The Bartender turned the T.V. off, “Looks like we’ve got a new party on our hands.”

A vampire got on top of a pull table, “I have walked in this red light, AND I STAND HERE TODAY, BEFORE YOU, HERE AND NOW!”

The demons cheered and raised their fists in laughter.

Willow looked out the doors of the Hyperion, “This isn’t good.”

Night was about that land. Every other land, “You’re right,” said Dawn, “I guess that’s what the spell was for.”

“Do we have a book that talks specifically about The Harvester?” questioned Faith, “Cause I’m over here reading a book about Mordarian mating rituals, and I’d like to stop where I am.”

“I could do a summoning spell,” said Willow, “Get those books back, the notes.”

“Really, I don’t see why I didn’t think that up,” said Wesley, “Thank you, we should do that.”

“Of course nobody didn’t think it up till now,” Willow said, “Nobody is thinking outside of the box.”

“So if we think outside of the box,” said Dawn, “We’ll get answers.”

“Not everything we come up with that’s outside of the box will be right,” said Buffy holding her book, “For instance, I don’t think The Harvester is doing this because he was rejected by his gay lover who as it turns out is in love with his sister’s best friend’s grandmother.”

“She’s got a major point,” said Faith, “I don’t think that’s even close to what we’re handling.”

“Plus he started this because he’s power hungry, wants the world the way it was eons ago. Wants to rule it and have conflict again with a bunch of other god like creatures,” replied Wesley, “Nothing to do with Gay lovers.”

“Anything that you know about where the Harvester is, anything that you can remember, right off the top of your head?” asked Willow going to her bag that was on the red couch and pulling out a spell book.

“I have no idea,” said Wesley.

Emma had gashes in her forehead. They weren’t healing. Angelus was standing in front of her, his arms folded across his chest, “I’ll let you heal up before we take the next step into the acid factor,” he cocked his head to the side in thought, “Hardly anything will make you stop girly.”

“HEAL THIS,” she flipped up onto her feet and ripped the chains off the wall. She caught him by the neck with the chains and pulled him down. Then she kicked his head off, he flew into dust.

Actually that was just something she wanted to do to him. She winced in pain, “I’ve had worse,” she paused, “For all I care,” she winced, “You… can… burn.”

“Oh, more harmful talk, oh, I’m so sad, I think you’re going to make me cry,” he said sarcastically.

“Up.. Yours,” she spat on his shoe, blood in her saliva.

“I don’t appreciate spitters, I mean, I could spit on you all day, and hey, that wouldn’t help anything,” stated Angelus.

“Give me a moment,” she said, “You can be my target practice.”

“I doubt it,” said Angelus, “You spit on me again, I’ll draw pictures with this hot sword on your back.”

“Nothing… I haven’t felt before,” she sneered.

“You know you take the fun out of torture,” said Angelus, “You’re really letting me down.”

“Be good and maybe I’ll give you some pointers on torture,” snarled Emma.

“What the hell do you think you have, YOU’RE BEING TORTURED!” said Angelus, “You have no way out of this, what do you have?”

“Good thing,” breathed Emma, “I’ve got long legs.”

“Yeah I noticed,” said Angelus, “What?”

Emma quickly kicked him in the crotch. He went down on his knees, She kicked him quickly across the face. He was flung down on his back. The key had flown out of his pocket and onto the floor.

She quickly reached out and grabbed the key. She unlocked the shackles and got up as fast as her hurt body would take her. Angelus grabbed her by the leg and brought her down. He pulled her back to the wall by the leg.

Angelus grabbed by the hair and slammed her against the wall. She sat there again. Dirty, bloody, scared,

“You know,” said Angelus, “That kind of move really pisses me off. Good for me is that-”

“Go to hell,” she said quickly swiping at him.

He punched her, “Fine then,” Angelus punched her again, “Hold still, it’s about time I showed you what a real man is.”

“Get off me!” she demanded, struggling under his grip, as he had held her shoulder to the wall.

“Think you’ll sit here all day, no I get to have a little fun too,” smiled Angelus holding her down.

He grabbed her by the waist. She shoved him off and he came back at her. She took her feet to brace him back and he grabbed her inner thy lustfully and she kicked him off. But he came back, “Struggling will only make it worse.”

“GET OFF!” she demanded her wounds healing slowly. He grabbed her by the hair and kissed her forcefully, she pushed him away, “OFF!” Angelus put his hands on her chest and forced her down. He got on top of her. Emma struggled and screamed, “GET OFF!”

He grabbed the waist of her pants and pull on them as she hit him weakly but as hard as she could and she screamed for him to get off. He just kept smiling. He went vampy faced and bit into her neck still forcing himself on her, pulling on her pants holding her by the hair. Her eyes wide open with fear struggling against him, his cold teeth in her neck. His other cold hand going---

Spike had stayed in the bar. Having, drink, after, drink. Letting his pain wash over with alcohol. His worry dripping far away. Demons having fun. Bringing in humans. Spike could smell the blood.

People coming in and out. Sitting at the bar, leaving. Things doing the same. Conner came in. Conner looked at though he was following a trail or something. He sniffed the air. Conner saw Spike. He ignored him and just went on to what he’d been doing, or was planning to do.

Conner walked across the room over to hooded, man, demon. He wasn’t seen. Conner walked over to him and tapped him on the shoulder. The man, Waltz, turned towards him. Conner punched Waltz in the face making Waltz fall out of a chair.

A demon came up behind Conner sensing whatever part of Conner was human. He hit Conner in the back with a chair. The stool broke as soon as it touch him. Conner quickly spun around and punched the demon in the head.

A vampire came at Conner. Conner with his right hand blocked a punch then grabbed his neck quickly lifting the demon’s head from his shoulders, dust. He pulled away just as quick. Spike saw Conner now. The fight was before him.

Conner’s eyes were still yellow like they’d been all day. Conner used his left elbow and elbowed the vamp behind him. He jumped up and kicked another demon in the head. Landed. The demon went through a wall. Conner stood up and flung his fist out killing two vamps at once.

As the dust went through the air he flipped up and around pouncing on a large green demon killing him. He stood up and kicked one in the head. He ducked a punch and punched the demon on his right, back in the chest. He grabbed the demon’s neck and twisted it killing that one. He dropped the body.

Another demon jumped at him from his right. He jumped down on all fours being missed. Conner stood up and grabbed the demon by the leg before it got too far and threw it over the bar braking all the bottles. The bartender tried to escape.

Spike just kept to his drinking. Conner leapt over the bar and grabbed the bartender by the neck from behind inhumanly quick and slammed him against the bar. He leapt on top of the bartender and started to pound the demon’s face. Till the demon was pulp.

Just fast enough for Conner to roll out of the way of a pool stick. The pull stick landed on the dead bartender braking. Conner leapt on top of the bar grabbing up the broken pull stick and hitting the demon across the face. He landed and jumped up kicking two in the head.

Demons flying around. Death here, there, everywhere. Conner killed the final demon as Waltz tried to run out of the place. Spike caught him and slammed him down on the bar so quickly that Waltz’s breath might have had feet and ran off.

“Why are you running so fast?” growled Spike.

“This is mine,” said Conner.

“No,” snarled Spike, “I should know what going on too.”

“What do you want!” trembled Waltz, “You name it.”

“Where’s the harvester!” demanded Conner.

“That I don’t know,” said Waltz.

“LIES!” said Conner.

“So you know where The Harvester hangs his hats?” questioned Spike, he was a little drunk, but not too much to let thinking be a priority.

“No,” said Waltz.

“Yes you do,” growled Conner, “You tell me or I’ll slowly pick your skin off,” he pulled a pocket knife out of his pocket, “Emma knew how, I bet it’s not too hard to learn either you just have to-”

“Shut up,” said Spike letting go of Waltz before Conner could take the knife to any part of Waltz’s.
Conner watched Spike grab his bottle of Jack Daniels and leave. Conner quickly grabbed Waltz, “I smell lies, I know what you’re doing, now, talk.”

“I know where, I can’t take you there but I can tell you on a map,” said Waltz.

“Really,” said Conner, “You have to show me!”

“No, I can’t, he’ll kill you the Harvester, he won’t let you go there, it’s not time,” said Waltz, Conner tightened his grip on Waltz’s throat, “This isn’t what I wanted to do.”

“What else did you do then?” asked Conner.

“I didn’t mean for this to happen-”

“Speak!” demanded Conner, “Or I’ll just have to kill you and find out, your memory in your skin.”

“I poisoned Angel and he had sex with Gwen and became Angelus because of magic. And I couldn’t do anything because, he would kill me, I did what he wanted-” stated Waltz.

Conner let his touch go free with Waltz. Conner felt the images of Waltz’s past go through his mind. Waltz seeped for air to breath as if there was none. Waltz closed his eyes, his ears bleeding. Conner dropped the dead man.

Spike climbed in through the window into his room. A regular room nothing much. Bed, Chester Drawers, a mirror, closet. He pulled off his jacket, he sensed someone, “You.”

“Spike, long time no see,” replied Angelus flipping the light switch on of Spike’s room.

“Give back my daughter,” said Spike.

“Hmm… no. Now I’ve got an agreement for you,” stated Angelus.

“I won’t agree to anything with you,” he said going towards Angelus.

“But, yes, you’ll have to.”

“No, you took my daughter, and it’s time you give her back,” sneered Spike.

“Those two, Conner, Emma, not the most truthful bunch are they,” sighed Angelus, “You do know that,” Angelus put his hand on his chin, “But I know that you know, my son, got your daughter’s pant one faithful night.”

“Shut up,” sneered Spike.

“I’ll be truthful, your girl is hurt,” he sighed, “She’s been violated, could kick off.”

“What that mean?” demanded Spike.

“I’ll be frank Spiky,” stated Angelus, “I find you a threat to all the plan I have. But of course, I have something that you want. Emma.”

“And?” questioned Spike.

“You leave town, go away for awhile, I don’t know, Las Vegas, out of state. I won’t kill her,” said Angelus,

“Oh, and you also, do not bring the slayer into this little agreement.”

“I don’t think I can believe you won’t kill her,” said Spike.

“You should, I won’t kill her,” began Angelus, “But if she tells me to ‘go to hell’ one more time, I might just blow a fuse.”

“I can’t trust you not to kill her,” said Spike.

“You’ll just have to, I have to power to kill that sweet girl,” laughed Angelus, “I can, or can’t, leave town, she won’t die. Stay, well I’ll leave you know and go finish the job.”

“Fine,” said Spike, “You keep to yours, if you don’t, I’ll kill you.”

“Have no fear, she’ll be living a good a long time.”

Night:

Night would be around again. But it kind of always looked like night, even down in the god forsaken hole. The Harvester’s temple. Emma was in a corner, cradling herself. She could hear all her surroundings.

Even Angelus coming down to visit her, “Good news pussy cat, The Harvester’s plans are going great. Temples are being dug up all over the world. Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Africa, most of Asia. This place is just closing on in.”

Emma just looked up at him, “Don’t worry,” said Angelus, “Your daddy has decided to leave town, so you’re not going to die. But you’re actually not ever going to be free ever again.” He walked towards her, “We’ve got something set up just for you. A guarantee that things will go as planned.”

The ground started to shake. Slowly 5 piles of sand started to form in the floor and 5 super vamps crawled out from the dust. Angelus looked at them, “Okay.”

The Harvester walked out of nowhere into the scene, “Angelus, is she ready?”

“You bet,” said Angelus, “All messed up and tortured.”

Lilah, and Gunn came into the scene. The Harvester folded his arms across his chest, “Take her.”

Lilah and Gunn went towards Emma. Emma stood up and against the wall. Dried blood on her, dirt. The uber vamps watched them. Lilah went to grabbed Emma. Emma punched Lilah in the face then kicked Gunn.

They didn’t go down. Lilah and Gunn grabbed her arms. Two of the vamps grabbed her legs. Emma’s eyes went yellow. She tried to shake them loose. They held on tight. She kicked one vampire in the head and another went to her and grabbed on. Then another just in case.

They walked her up the stairs and then towards the ice cavern. In through the first chamber, second. The got to the ice coffin and dropped her in. Angelus walked forward and punched her so she’d stay down in the water. Angelus pushed her under.

Angelus pulled the orb out of his pocket as Lilah and Gunn set the top down on the coffin. Angelus put the orb into the whole and the ice went together. Emma struggled in the water to be let out. She lost her breath.

Emma hit the ice top. Nothing happened, she would of yelled if she could of but it didn’t work. Emma fell to the bottom her body practically lifeless. Her eyes wide open. Emma’s heart beat going slow, so quiet. Her eyes went their normal blue and she was not to move.

The Harvester laughed as Angelus did. Angelus flexed his hands as the orb disappeared into thin air. They walked out of the chamber. Harvester closed the wall of the chamber Emma was stuck in.

“Just like the last time,” smiled The Harvester.

“Wait,” said Angelus stopping where he was, “What happened last time.”

“Oh, last time,” said The Harvester, “You ask of when two demons much like that girl and her other where around. Put me away, for my second time, Illyria put me away my first.”

“More detail,” said Angelus.

“I locked away the male on, Colvin, and the female, Envorison, locked me away and killed herself. That second time,” laughed the Harvester, “Those two had the real power, these two, only where their vessels, heirs. Born to take me down again, but they were wrong. I prevail.”

“What’s keeping you from being put away or killed by Conner?” asked Angelus.

“The power, the age, the knowledge, I have before me,” smiled The Harvester.

The Harvester turned his back and walked away from Angelus, “Power,” sighed Angelus.

“My children, vampires go to the shrine, pray, children, go kill the others,” ordered The Harvester.

The uber vamps left the room. Lilah and Gunn shimmered away, “Hmmm….” sighed Angelus, “Power.”

“Yes, something you know of,” stated The Harvester.

Angelus then quickly punched the Harvester in the face. The Harvester hit a wall and ice came down from the ceiling. Angelus punched The Harvester again. Then again and threw him out of the chamber. The Harvester slid across the floor into a column. The column broke.

Angelus smiled, “Incase you’re old damned skull didn’t get the picture, this is my town.”

The Harvester stood up, “You’ll pay dearly.”

“No,” smiled Angelus, “I’ll kill you.”

Angelus ducked out of the way of The Harvester’s blows. He was too fast for him. He swung around quickly and punched the Harvester in the head. Once, twice, three times, The Harvester could shed blood.

“How!” demanded The Harvester blocked Angelus’ blow.

Angelus jumped up and kicked him in the face, “You didn’t know, well,” he said hyper, “Thanks for letting me be the one to lock her away, you could have had that power from that apple, from her body.”

The Harvester angered threw a punch at Angelus’ head. Angelus ducked out of the way. He slammed his fist into The Harvester’s stomach then punched him across the face. All of a sudden Angelus was behind The Harvester and he side swiped him.

The Harvester went through a column into another one and he fell to the ground. The Harvester stood up and punched Angelus in the head, more then once. Angelus blocked another punch than punched him back. The Harvester picked Angelus up and tossed him into his throne chair. Angelus fell from it.

He rolled onto his back and flipped back onto his feet. Angelus went to kicked him in the face but he was flipped by The Harvester, “VAMPIRE SCUM!” Angelus was dropped the to floor. He caught himself and stood up weakly.

“Oh, no,” he said sarcastically, “The name calling, oh, no!”

“You laugh now,” roared The Harvester, “You pay for that betrayal.”

Angelus punched him in the face, “Make me.” Angelus ducked a blow and flipped up onto the throne jumping off and kicking the Harvester in the face.

The Harvester grabbed Angelus by the shirt and slammed his hand into the vampire Angelus’ chest. A light was soaking into his chest. Angelus yelled in pain as the wind flew through the room. Those uber vamps weren’t there to help.

Angelus weakly grabbed The Harvester’s face and shoved his finger’s into the demon’s eyes. They both yelled in pain. Angelus’ eyes turned red like The Harvester’s. That red thing was starting to go on with Angelus’ body.

He dropped The Harvester. The Harvester was now Hamilton. Dead on the ground. Angelus held his arms out, his voice was rough, like two voices talking at once, “You have to take over alive body to be in it!”

A large black light shot out of him and into the shine’s ceiling. The ground shake though nothing was really damaged. The uber vamps came back into view. Angelus took in a break relaxing. He was normal again.

“I even have to save the world when I’m evil, pure evil,” sighed Angelus.

Angelus looked to the crowd, uber vamps. Not going to attack him but what came in. Stood before him was, Buffy, Faith, Wesley, and Conner.

“Hi,” smiled Angelus.

“I bet that really pisses you off,” said Faith, “Still evil, doing good things for the world.”

“More than you think,” replied Angelus.

“WHERE’S EMMA!” demanded Conner.

“How about you find her,” said Angelus backing away, a couple more of the vampires formed.
Angelus back away into the 1st chamber. Thinking for the time being he’s just watch. The vampires surrounded them. More had appeared from the torture chamber. Only 10 of them surrounded the gang.

One went at Buffy. She twirled around and stabbed it with her sword, but that wasn’t much for work and she pulled away. The vampire through punched at her and ducked jumping up and kicking it in the face.

She elbowed it in the face and swung the sword around swiftly cutting it’s head off, to another one. Conner punched on in the head, dust flying through the air. Conner went up on his hand and spun around quickly kicking two in the head. They hit the ground Conner slammed his leg down on one head and it turned into dust.

He did it to another one and ducked the blow of another. Faith kicked one in the stomach, it blocked her sword swipes with it’s arms and roared a lot. Faith spun around and kicked it in the head then punched it in the chin. It fell on it’s butt.

Then she used the sword and off with it’s head. Wesley wasn’t doing very good till he got help from Faith. Faith sliced the head of the one that was going to bite Wesley. Conner walked to Angelus, “You won’t see the light of day!”

“Hmm.. Long time no see son,” said Angelus.

“Where’s Emma?” sneered Conner.

“Well I just can’t say,” stated Angelus.

Conner went to punch him but with strength he’d never been seen with and speed Angelus Quickly ducked behind Conner and put his arm around the neck and twirled him into the ice wall, “COOL!” he said energetically.

Angelus was amazed by his own strength. Conner went to punch him but he got flipped to the ground. Conner flipped back up onto his feet back kicking Angelus against the wall. But Angelus was quickly back,

“That’s not gonna kill me.”

Conner then punched him in the face but Angelus grabbed Conner by the throat and threw him into the wall, “You’re too strong, how!”

He jumped up off the ground and kick Angelus. Angelus ducked and jumped up twirling around he kicked Conner against the wall then went up to the boy and started punching on him with great speed.

Conner flew into the wall behind him. Ice chipped off onto Conner. Angelus then kneed Conner in the face. And punched him then grabbed him by the shirt and threw him up against the wall.

Blood came out of Conner mouth as Angelus shoved his hand into Conner‘s gut. Conner punched Angelus off. Then he slammed Angelus against the wall. The wound in his stomach hardly healed. Angelus kicked him across the face and he hit the ground.

Conner stood up when Angelus then Kicked him in the stomach flipping him onto his back. Then Angelus slammed Conner against the wall again the room shaking with the power shown between them.

“Bet you didn’t know that, naturally, you could only be killed by yourself,” said Angelus.

Angelus punched Conner in the face, “You’re not like me.”

Angelus smiled though, “I stole Emma’s powers though.”

Angelus flung Conner against the wall and punched him over and over again quickly. Blood from Conner splattered on the ground.

“I thought you’d be more of a challenge, hmm… She was when I put it to her,” he finished.

Conner saw everything differently now. His anger grew stronger. He slammed Angelus off of him and kicked Him across the head. Angelus flipped back up on his feet and Conner now healed stomach, wise, ducked Angelus’s throws.

“HOW DARE YOU TOUCH HER!” Conner understood what Angelus had done.

His strength changed. Conner started punching Angelus in the face repeatedly. He kicked him in the crouch. He jumped up and twirled around punching Angelus. Then he twirled around and kicked him across the face.

Angelus picked up the sword Conner had dropped and tried to cut his head off, but at the swipe Conner grabbed the blade and broke it. He then kicked Angelus against the wall and punched him. Angelus pushed him back.

Angelus was now bloodied up badly. Conner was healing at every shot he threw at Angelus. Conner then punched him in the face. Angelus laughed through the blood on his face that healed, “Come on, she hit me harder when I put my hands in her pants.”

Conner kept punching him, “THIS IS FOR EMMA!” roared Conner, Conner shot a stake out of his shirt sleeve and stabbed Angelus in the crouch with it then in the heart. Angelus looked at him wide eyed. He went to dust.

Conner sunk down on his knees feeling the dust fly around him. He looked straight forward nothing on his mind. Emma locked away. He felt her cold, body like she was there, right before him. Her soft heart beat. He didn’t know where she was.

Buffy walked into the chamber not seeing Angelus anywhere, just Conner, she was followed by the others.

Silence all around them.

The End…… Till the next season.
