An Adult Thing

It was her birthday today,she turned seventeen today.Now I am to be an adult,she thought.
She didn’t feel any different,she was still the same person-just one year older.
Maybe she has always been like an adult,so that’s why she doesn’t feel different.
The others didn’t act like adult when they turned Sirius,all he did was drink.A too.
Remus,on the other hand,is an acts like one anyway,he’s very responsible.
How about Severus?He’s an adult very responsible.
Am I a responsible person? Or am I just like the rest? Still a ,I can’t decide this myself .I have to ask someone.
She walked to the classroom where she knew she could find him.
She knocked on the door and the door opened and she saw him standing there.
- Hi Severus.
He leaned out the door and looked he was sure there was no-one else there,he let her in in the classroom.
- What do you want?
- I want to ask you something.
He looked surprised and scared at the same time.
- Am I an adult?
- I beg your pardon?
- Am I an adult? Look,it’s my seventeenth birthday today,but I don’t feel any different.I don’t feel like I am an adult.
- Why are you asking me that?
- Because you’re an adult,aren’t you?Aren’t you?
- Well…I suppose,maybe.I don’t really know.I don’t feel like an adult either.
- Maybe,maybe we are adults,we just can’t feel it.
- That sound very possible.
They looked at each other in complete the young womans face lit up.
- What do adults do? If we do those things then we would know for sure if we really are adults.
- I suppose…well,most adults drink.
- Let’s skip that one.I don’t feel like drinking.
- Well,they get married and have jobs and,and…I don’t know.
The young woman looked puzzled.
- Well,I don’t feel like getting married and jobs are really hard to get right was the second thing you said?
- Having children?
The young man looked nervous.
- We could do that.
- Have children?
She laughed.
- No,I didn’t mean it like that.I meant that we could,you know…practice.
- Practice? What do you…oh…Oooh.
She walked over to him and kissed him gently on the lips.
