deep red

pool

feelings I can’t

fully

understand

I

was

never

like this…

never

bothered

by such

relentless

thoughts of

when I’ll

see

you

next…

and whether it

is not

soon

enough…

the

whispered words

that stay

with me

throughout

the day…

the soft

caress

that I

cannot

forget…

I

wonder

how I

fell so

hard

that I

didn’t

realize

I

was

in

love

until

it was

almost

too

late…
