Unspoken Words
The sun was shining so brightly, on the one and only copy ninja. He hated sunny days such as this one, but he only liked them for the sun produced to the best light to read Icha Icha Paradise. Yes, he was a pervert, but he liked reading the book for other reasons.
He was sitting on his favorite branch, in his favorite tree, enjoying the overly described book. He suddenly looked down as he heard a snapping of a twig on the ground. He immediately looked down, to see who disturbed him form his book. He was about ready to jump on the disturber and kick his ass. He looked down, and quietly regretted his thoughts. He gazed down at the only person that he, the great Kakashi Hatake, could ever be totally calm with. The brown haired beauty was sitting in the tree’s cooling shade, eating from their bento. Kakashi watched as his brown haired love gently eat every piece of rice with such grace, it made Kakashi want to melt. He sighed as he quickly tried to erase all the thoughts of all the things he wanted to do to the young chunin. Kakashi noticed the young man look around, as if he heard something.
Even though Kakashi had always seemed way too interested with his romance novels, he had always been interested in men. For some reason he preferred them over woman. With men he could know how they felt, but with woman it was so hard. He considered them to have too many mood swings, all of them, especially Tsunade. Talk about weird he would think to himself when ever he was around her. Of course the woman had taken notice to him. (Me: duh who wouldn’t?!) They would always talk about how handsome the Copy Ninja was, or how they would love to get a date with him. Personally he didn’t pay them any attention till they started to notice his love. He would just walk away in utter jealousy, even though he knew they had no chance.
But this one man had caught Kakashi’s eyes. He was none other than the sweet Academy teacher Umino Iruka. Ever since they had first meet, Kakashi had a big crush on the quiet teacher. His brown eyes were beautiful, and his slender body made Kakashi want to give up his books for the teacher. Talk about hots for teacher. The only problem was that Kakashi didn’t know if the teacher would accept his feelings. The thought of such a beauty rejecting Hatake, made him want to cringe. But he vowed one day that he would tell the young Iruka that he loved him, no matter what.
Now was not the time to be fulfilling vows, though. Kakashi elegantly jumped down from the tree, right next to his crush. This surprised the teacher who jumped back in surprise. “Kakashi- san, what’re you doing here?” Iruka asked his face turning…pink? Was that what Kakashi saw? Was the tanned man blushing? He quickly got the thought off of his head. ”Yeah just uh reading, what about you Iruka?” Kakashi asked even though he already knew the answer. “Just eating.” He replied looking down.
After a few minutes of silence, Kakashi said an unwanted good-bye to the school teacher. As he started to walk off, he noticed that Iruka had his mouth open. Kakashi turned around to see what he was going to say, but no words came out.
“What is it Iruka?”
“I uh... I mean... it’s nothing Kakashi- san.”
And with that the Great Copy Ninja was off, leaving the school teacher to stare at the grass with nothing but thoughts of regret on his mind.
The hokage’s office was unusually quiet when Kakashi entered. ‘The hokage was probably stuffing her face.’, he thought, for she was always quiet when ever she was eating like a pig. He checked in her office to see if she was during her job. Or even there at all. Nope, nobody was in the room at all. He sighed at the thought of what he was going to do all day. First it was reading porn in the park, then coming to this dump to see if he had ant missions.
Since there was no one there we decided to get to the academy to check on his crush. He quickly teleported to the academy, right when a full Tsunade entered the room.
There was a loud screaming from the chunin teacher’s room, when Kakashi entered the room. He quickly looked into the room to make sure his, hopefully soon to be, dolphin was alright. He didn’t show it, but he was very concerned. He sighed as he saw his Iruka was alright.
Apparently, Konohamaru found it funny to see if his sensei could catch him, so he started to run around the room. A very angry Iruka could be seen chasing the young kid around, seeming to never catch up. The little kids seemed to be in awe as the copy ninja, just strut into the room and caught the youngster by the scarf making the kid fall back.
Iruka looked to see who had caught the brat. He blushed as he saw it was Kakashi.
“Oh um nice to see you, uh… Kakashi-san.”
“Oi, here’s your student Iruka.” Kakashi said pulling up Konohamaru by the scarf, like he was as light as a feather. All the little girls squealed in delight, and the boys stared as if they had never seen such strength.
“T-Thank you Kakashi-san.” Iruka said nervously. He seemed lost in his own thoughts and a little embarrassed.
“So what are you doing here, Kakashi?”
‘Crap!’ Kakashi thought. He thought up of everything else but an excuse to why he was there. He couldn’t just tell Iruka it was to see him, especially not now. Then a brilliant idea popped into his head.
“I came to see if my team was somewhere around.” He replied coolly. But then another thought came into his head. He forgot his team! He had scheduled a mission for them to do today. Iruka looked at him, curiously, as the other was deep in thought.
“Uh, Kakashi?”
“HN?”
“I saw Naruto and the rest of your team at the bridge.”
“Uh thanks.” He replied flatly. This is what a great jounin teacher does with his students.
As he was about to teleport out of the classroom, Iruka stopped him. The teacher seemed to want to tell the jounin something, but nothing came out, or he was thinking really hard about what he was going to say.
“Thanks again, Kakashi.” Iruka finally said with a cute, nervous smile on his face.
Kakashi smiled back at the chunin, and tossed is hand in the air, as if to signal a bye. Before he teleported using a teleportation jutsu, he could’ve sworn that he saw Iruka blush an even darker red.
Kakashi finally made it to his students, and ignored their complaints, and started on the mission. But the entire time all he could think of was his dolphin.
