Chapter 12-Hidden
"Ew."
Sara whispered, wiping her lips on her sleeve. She looked down at her arm and realized that she had put lipstick on that morning, and, since it was the cheap stuff, it was now smudged all over her arm, not to mention her face. She glanced back at Grissom and couldn't help but giggle at the sight. His face was covered in ruby red lipstick. Obviously he hadn't noticed, because he was still staring at Sara, shivering slightly because let's face it, the warehouse was cold. Sara finally closed the door and tried to wipe the red off of her face, then realized that some of it wasn't lipstick. She moved her tongue around her mouth, trying to figure out where the blood was coming from. Then she found the hole in her lip. She'd been smiling so big in an effort to not up-chuck that she'd split her lip wide open, causing a lot of blood to flow from the wound. She kept trying to wipe the red away, but it was pointless. She spit a mouthful of blood/saliva onto the ground and started down the stairs. Warrick and Catherine looked up to see Sara with the key hidden tightly in her palm, her clothes in disarray and her face looking pale under the smeared lipstick. As she walks down the stairs, Warrick wolf-whistles at her. She grimaces, disgusted at what she'd just done. How could she have sunk that low? Would she ever be able to get this situation out of her mind? Not likely. This night would haunt her forever. She passed the keys cautiously to Catherine, making sure they were out of Grissom's line of view. Warrick looks her up and down, then asks
"Hey,
Sara? Why is half your face red?"
He was being stupid and
naive again. Damn him.
"Because
I just had to make out with Grissom so we could get our butts out of
here!"
Warrick ponders.
"Wow. I don't think I could make out with Grissom just to save our butts."
Catherine rolls her eyes.
"Why
the hell would he want to make out with you, anyway?"
The man
becomes defensive.
"I
don't know! Maybe he swings that way. You never know! It could
happen! Stop looking at me!"
Sara went over and smacked
Warrick.
"Pull
yourself together, man!"
She cried, and somehow, slapping him
made her feel better, so she smacked him again. Warrick scowls at
her, rubbing the sore spot on his head.
"Oi! What was that one for?"
Sara scowls at him.
"Because I felt like it!"
Warrick takes his hand away from his head and nods.
"Okay. That's good enough for me! Now lets get out of here!"
He grabs the keys from Catherine, an so, since they didn't really have a choice, Sara and Catherine run after him. By the time Grissom realized what was happening, it was too late, his captives were no longer captive. And he would never get to 'finish' with Sara. Too bad, so sad. Finally, Catherine, Sara and Warrick were free. As soon as she was outside, Sara's gag reflex got the better of her. The contents of her stomach (which included a lot of blood that she'd swallowed ) were on the ground in a matter of seconds. Catherine called the police and the paramedics, but by the time she'd convinced Brass that they actually needed help, Grissom was long gone. Turns out there was another door, a small, hidden one. Okay, so it was a garbage chute, but same difference! And as if Catherine and Sara would get there hands dirty climbing through that! So Grissom got out through the garbage chute and got away, never to be seen again. Or would he be seen again? THERE WILL BE A SEQUEL! MER HER HER!
THE END...FOR NOW!! MWAHAHAHAHAHA!!
