“Ichigo’s Little Vacation”

Pairings: Ichigo x Rukia

Summary: Rukia sees how stressed out Ichigo is, so she takes him to a little special place. But watch what happens when Byakuya tries to ruin their vacation.

Setting: To avoid any spoilers, the setting will not be revealed.

NOTES: I have just started watching Bleach on “Adult Swim”, but it looks like something I will watch. Rukia and Ichigo do look like they are meant for each other.

-A little OOC, especially with Byakuya and Renji, since he hasn’t shown up in the anime yet. And no, I don’t read the manga (yet).

-This is the first time I have done a Bleach fanfiction, let alone a Rukia x Ichigo fanfiction, so please do not hate me if for some reason the story sucks.

It was a normal October day in Western Tokyo. Ichigo walked into class, looking very exhausted. Rukia was in class and saw how tired and beaten up he was. She walked up to him. “Hey Ichigo,” she said.

“What do you want?” he asked, rather angrily.

“Whoa, excuse me, Mr. Attitude!” she said.

“Sorry Rukia, it’s just that…I was up all night fighting Hollows. Then, I realized that I forgot to do my math homework, so I spend up ‘til 6:15 trying to finish it!”

Rukia noticed that he had bags under his eyes; he was crankier than he ever was before, he slept during classes, and he started more fights at school (A/N 5 fights to be exact). Ichigo started a fight during class, so he was sent to the principal’s office. “Damn it, Ichigo!” said the principal. “That’s the fifth fight today! I’m tired of seeing you in my office!”

“I’m tired of seeing you in my face!” Ichigo responded back. The principal was pissed off. “Ichigo, I had no choice but to call your father.”

“Why the HELL did you do that?” asked Ichigo. Just then, Isshin (Ichigo’s father) came through the door. “Damn janitor…” Isshin whispered.

“Ah, Mr. Kurosaki, come in!” said the principal. “I was just telling your son about the recent fights at school.

“Fights?” asked Isshin. “Boy, why are you starting fights?”

“Because….” Ichigo hassled for an excuse. “Because...he was…trying to…touch Rukia…in a bad place.”

“Oh, there you go,” said Isshin. “He was just trying to protect his girlfriend.”

“Not my girlfriend,” Ichigo added.

“Oh yes, except that’s not what the camera says,” said the principal. He turned to a TV.

He popped in a security tape. The video showed that Rukia was eating with Orihime. Ichigo was getting his lunch, when another person tapped his shoulder. He must have insulted Ichigo and Ichigo punched his face. “See, Rukia was nowhere near you or the other person. What do you think Mr. Kurosaki?” asked the principal.

“Damn Ichigo,” he replied. “You must have knocked out his teeth.”

“Teeth? I knocked out his jaw!”

“Atta boy!” He then saw how pissed off the principal was. “But I am very disappointed in you!”

“Unfortunately, I have no choice but to suspend him from school for 4 days,” said the principal. There were a few minutes of silence. “I thought you said you are going to punish me, not give me a vacation,” said Ichigo.

“Don’t you be a smart mouth with me!” the principal yelled.

After the really long lecture, Ichigo and Isshin went home. That night, Rukia was hanging out in her closet as usual. She had a small TV in her “closet” because she was usually bored and cramped. Ichigo was trying to finish up his homework. “Ichigo,” she said.

“What do you want now?” asked Ichigo, angrily.

“You seem angrier than usual today.”

“Will everyone get off my back!” he yelled.

“Whoa, sorry,” she responded, sarcastically.

“I’m sorry Rukia. It’s just too hard to deal with real life and Hollows,” said Ichigo. Rukia was surprised. The real Ichigo would never…ever…ever…apologize to her.

That night, Ichigo was finally able to sleep. Rukia was still watching her little TV. “Ichigo has been working very hard defeating Hollows. Plus, he still finishes his work even when it deprives him of sleep,” thought Rukia. On her little TV, there was a commercial on Hong Kong Disneyland, which portrayed their newest attractions (A/N Stitch Encounter, Autopia, and UFO Zone). Rukia then had an idea. “Of course, Hong Kong Disneyland…” she said softly. Just then, there was a loud bang against her closet door. “Rukia, turn off your TV and get the HELL to sleep!” screamed Ichigo.

The next day was the start of the weekend. Rukia and Ichigo were just hanging out in his room. “So, how long are you suspended for?” asked Rukia.

“Damn principal gave me a week,” said Ichigo.

“Oh well, since you can’t go to school for a while, how about you take the time to relax?” asked Rukia.

“Relax?”

“Yeah, like, what do you want to do for the next week?” asked Rukia.

“Well, you know, just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet,” said Ichigo.

“Well, I want to take you somewhere. It’s very relaxing and you can have fun there too!” said Rukia.

“Where? Chappy-land USA?” asked Ichigo.

“No! If there was such thing, maybe. But, I’m talking about this!” She then held up a poster that (she found on the street) advertised Hong Kong Disneyland. “Hong Kong Disneyland?” asked Ichigo.

“Yeah, it’s fun, they have rides, and it’s relaxing,” explained Rukia.

“I don’t know. Isn’t that the place where some little kid was pissing near the flowers?”

“I’ve been there before! It’s nothing like that!” she yelled.

“Okay, but still…they don’t have any good rides!”

“So…Space Mountain isn’t a good ride?”

“Okay, well, Space Mountain is pretty bad-ass. But, they don’t have good rides like the Haunted Mansion or Pirates of the Caribbean.”

“Well, now you can take time to soak up the atmosphere.”

“I don’t know,” said Ichigo.

“Please Ichigo…I can’t return these tickets,” said Rukia. She then brought up two 2-day passes to Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. “You already bought tickets?” asked Ichigo.

“Yeah, and I got us a room at the Hollywood Hotel.”

“Well…okay, why not. It’s not like I got anything else to do.”

“Great! Get your stuff and meet me downstairs. The plane to Hong Kong leaves in 2 hours.”

“2 hours?!? I can’t pack that fast! And what about my family?”

“I already told them. Your father thinks it’s a good idea. Now pack your clothes and let’s go!”

Meanwhile, at the Soul Society, Renji overhead about Rukia’s vacation. “Rukia is going to Hong Kong Disneyland…with Ichigo?!?” he asked. “No, Ichigo must not get Rukia!” He then ran off to see his captain, Byakuya Kuchiki. He was packing for his own vacation. “Byakuya, we have a problem!” said Renji.

“What is it?” asked Byakuya.

“Your sister is going out with Ichigo!”

“Yeah and…” said Byakuya.

“Well, don’t you care that your sister is breaking the rules?”

“What rule?”

“Uh, the rule…that…says…a shinigami cannot date or mate with another unless approved by a higher power,” said Renji.

“That’s me, and I have met Ichigo. Even though I don’t like him, I have no say into who Rukia chooses as her boyfriend,” said Byakuya.

“Well…okay than. Just out of curiosity, what would make you hate Ichigo?” asked Renji.

“If Ichigo would do something impure or perverted, then I would slice his head off. That’s how much I care about my sister.”

“So…if he like touched one her breasts, then…”

“Look I don’t have time, I got to take my vacation!” said Byakuya.

“Where are you going?” asked Renji.

“Somewhere, see you in a week!” said Byakuya, taking his suitcase. Renji then had an idea.

Narutofreak14: how was it? Remember, this is my first BLEACH and Rukia x Ichigo Fanfic. I think this story isn’t going to do well, but…if I get at least 4 reviews, then I’ll continue it. Hey, HKDL isn’t that bad.
