Larxene12: I decided to write a cute, emo-filled, NaminexZexion one shot.
Fans: Oh, because you wanted to show off your true emoness?
Larxene12: Yes...
Fans: Are you -gasp- depressed?
Larxene12: Yes...
Fans: Why?
Larxene12: Like you care...
Fans: Why are ending all of your sentences with '...' ?
Larxene12: ...
Exist... Nobodies don't. We're not supposed to feel, and yet, we do. These very words haunted Namine's thoughts. It just... didn't make sense at all. She couldn't sleep, and she needed to clear her mind.
Namine treaded the dark hallway to the library, hoping that Larxene wasn't hogging it because she couldn't sleep either. To her dismay, a dim light plastered the wall outside of the library.
"Oh no..." she thought before she walked into the room.
"What's wrong?" the Organization member muttered.
"N-Nothing, nothing," Namine said, getting a good look at the night owl. "But... you're never up this late, Zexion."
"Yes, I am," Zexion replied, "I may not be here, but I hardly sleep at all. I'm up somewhere..."
"Oh... I see. I didn't--" Her voice trailed off.
"Exist... Nobodies don't. We're not supposed to feel, and yet, we do." Namine cringed at the echo of her thoughts.
"Something is bothering you," Zexion cut in, "Don't tell me that I am wrong. Your pulse is going up, and I can sense your worry."
"Zexion, you're really, really smart and maybe you can solve my problem," Namine whispered. "We are not real, but what is real...?"
"... Real isn't what you are, it's how much someone cares about you that makes you real, and being loved by someone else should be it's own reward."
She giggled slightly at what Zexion had just said. It just wasn't like him to say something like that.
He scoffed. "You find that humorous?"
"No, it's- Well, it's just," Namine stuttered. She didn't want to speak her mind, but she couldn't find anything else to say. "You have never been so passionate in the way you talk before. And... No one loves me. No one that I know anyway."
"..."
"But, thank you for answering me honestly," She said as she bowed politely towards him. "I'm going back to my room now. Good night." Namine left the library and walked back to her room in the darkness that lurked the hallways of Castle Oblivion.
"...You are so wrong about that, Namine. You're real to me." Zexion muttered.
Larxene12: ... -sigh-
