A/N: A Gravitation drabble set to Journey's "Faithfully," which is one of the most beautiful songs EVER,in my opinion. When I heard it, I immediately thought of Yuki and Shuichi. The song just seemed to fit their relationship, I think. Anyway...onto the fluff!

Disclaimer: I do not own Gravitation. It belongs to Maki Murakami-sensei.

Highway run... Into the midnight sun... Wheels go round and round... You're on my mind... Restless hearts... Sleep alone tonight... Send'n all my love... Along the wire

Shuichi Shindou gave a deep sigh. Bad Luck was on yet another whirlwind tour. He gazed out onto the roving landscape from the comfort of the tour bus he and his bandmates managed to purchase from all their hard work. He stared blankly, not even caring about which city he was heading toward next. It looked all the same to him; huge stadiums so jam packed with fans that it was even hard to breath, let alone sing.

His heart ached. He was glad that he was finally fulfilling his lifelong dream and all, but he longed to be home. Being on the road for hours upon hours and days upon days, and even weeks upon weeks, eventually wears a person out. He was exhausted of the hustle and bustle he had to go through every day. Tours, a different city every week or even every day(it depends), press coverage, financial status...Shuichi was weary of it.

Most of all, he longed for Yuki.

They say that the road... Ain't no place to start a family... Right down the line ...It's been you and me... And lovin' a music man... Ain't always what it's supposed to be...

Oh, you stand by me... I'm forever yours - faithfully

Fujisaki looked over from his seat and noticed Shuichi moping at the window. 'He looks sad,' he thought. 'Maybe I can help him feel better.'

"Hey, Shuichi!" Fujisaki called, waving his hand to get his attention, "Want to play cards?"

No response. "Shu-" He was interrupted by Hiroshi. "Eh, Fujisaki, I think we should leave Shu-chan alone. He's obviously deep in thought right now."

Shuichi gave his best friend a grateful smile and Hiro returned the grin. He then refocused his eyes onto the window. Another sigh escaped him. 'God, I miss you so much, Yuki,' he mused. The drawback to being the hottest performer in Japan was that Yuki couldn't come to every one of his shows; him being a novelist and all.

Behind him, Fujisaki and Hiro began a quick fire game of poker. Their voices faded into the distance as Shuichi got lost in his thoughts.

Circus life... Under the big top world... We all need the clowns... To make us smile... Through space and time... Always another show... Wondering where I am... Lost without you

"Yeah! That was such a wonderful show!" Hiro exclaimed as they filed out of the stadium. "Another swell performance, Shuichi!" With that, he gave his friend a comforting pat on the back.

Shuichi looked up at Hiro and smiled. "Thanks." As they loaded onto the bus, Shuichi yawned. Rubbing his eyes, he stumbled right to his room. Before he turned in for the night, he glanced back at his bandmates and said in a tired voice, "Hey, I'm going to go to bed. Good night, everyone."

"'Night," Hiro and Fujisaki said in unison.

Once inside, Shuichi flopped down onto the bed, gratefully welcolming the comforting feel of the mattress. His eyes turned up to the ceiling and a smile overcame him. 'Only a few more cities left,' he thought with excitement, 'Then I can go home. I can't wait to see Yuki again.'

And being apart... ain't easy on this love affair... Two strangers learn to fall in love again... I get the joy... Of rediscovering you... Oh, you stand by me... I'm forever yours - faithfully

"I love you, Yuki," Shuichi whispered as he drifted off to sleep. "I really can't wait to see you again. Only a few more weeks of playing. Only a few more weeks..."

Oh, oh, oh, oh -
Faithfully... I'm still yours... I'm forever yours... Ever yours - faithfully
