FINAL. CHAPTER.

YAYYYYY!!

Final Disclaimer: I'm not pleased to announce that I still don't own CSI's sexy characters. But, I do, however, own the characters of myself, Gage Michael, Juliana Catherine, Eric&Casey Parker((Adrienne's parents)), Carla Cunningham((Cassie's birthmom)), Cassie, Adrienne, and Jenny&Mark Cunningham((Cassie's stepmom&birthdad)). Yeah, bitch. Be jealouss!

Jordan and Greg’s baby was born on April 24, four months later. Jordan went into the hospital the day before she was due. She had insisted on going to the hospital early because Greg was either sleeping or working most of the time. The baby was born two days after she was due. His name was given to him by Adrienne, who made sure Jordan liked the name Gage Michael, which she loved. His last name was Sanders, by Jordan and Greg’s agreement months prior. He was rather small; he weighed two pounds less than the normal birth weight for a boy. Two days later, they were all home and starting the stressful new life of having a baby.

For three months after that, Jordan was still staying home and Greg was still working. No one but Cassie and Adrienne’s families had seen Jordan since the day before she had Gage, and everyone wanted to see them so badly. They had taken pictures and Greg took them to show everyone, but they all begged to come over and see him. Grissom and Sara had already seen her, and bragged to the rest of the team about it to. Sara was now 9 months pregnant, and not working. Everyone had found out after shift on the day that ‘all hell broke loose,’ thanks to a little poke in the stomach from Greg. Close to three and a half months after that, she went on leave. No one had seen her since she went on leave either, except for Jordan. Jordan always went over to Grissom’s townhouse to stay with Sara to keep her company. That’s one of the only reasons Grissom and Sara had seen Gage and no one else had.

Today, Catherine and Warrick were going to be the fourth couple to see Jordan and Gage. It was around three pm and there was a knock on the apartment door.

“Jesus God woman! Did you really have a baby three months ago!?” Catherine exclaimed as she entered and hugged Jordan.

“Yeah, seriously. You’re skinny as hell!” Warrick said as he to hugged her.

“Yes, I did indeed. Hours upon hours of labor wasn’t just for the hell of it, let me tell you. Hah. Would you like to come see him?” Jordan smiled and led Catherine to the couch where Greg was holding Gage.

“No, I just came over here to stare at the wall. No duh I wanna see him!” Catherine laughed and followed her. When she and Warrick laid their eyes on the baby, they both said in unison “Awww,” and Greg smiled.

“He’s so cute.” Warrick said.

“And tiny.” Catherine responded.

“Mmhm.” Jordan said. Gage stirred in Greg’s arms and woke up from his sleep. He looked up at his parents and their friends and giggled. A chorus of ‘aw’s rang and he giggled again.

“Eh! Eeeeeehhhh!” Gage held out his arms toward Jordan, indicating he was hungry.

“Okay, just don’t start crying.” She smiled as she took the baby from Greg’s arms and went to the kitchen for a bottle.

“No breast feeding?”

“Hells no. I don’t do three in the mornin, Hun. I’m sorry but I don’t get up that early for no one. Hell, I won’t even get up at seven. Eight o’clock is around when Gage wakes up. He already learned not to wake his momma up earlier then eight.”

“Smart kid.” Greg agreed.

“Greg, he looks almost exactly like you!” Cath said.

“Except for his eyes.” Warrick noted.

“His eyes are mine. His hair’s gunna be like mine to, I can tell.” Jordan said. “I had the blondest hair you can ever imagine up until I was like six or seven. Then it went brunette and it turned a little blonde durin’ the summer. But, it's definatly gunna grow in Greg's classic style.” She explained with a laugh as she held the bottle in place and Gage made an attempt to hold it on his own.

The four sat and talked about how the past few months had been, since Catherine and Warrick hadn’t seen Jordan since the day before she had Gage. In the middle of their conversation, Greg’s cell phone rang. He picked it up. “Hello?” there was a pause. “Oh, man that’s great! Congrats! Can we come see her?” there was another pause and a faint, yet familiar, voice was heard in the background.

‘Grissom?’ Jordan mouthed. Greg nodded. “Oh, alright. Well we’re here with Cath and Warrick so we’ll bring them along, if that’s okay. Sure, Griss. Alright. Congratulations, again. See ya.” He flipped his phone closed and smiled. “Sara had her baby.”

Later on, at the hospital, the whole team was waiting their turns to go see the baby. All they had heard was that her name was Juliana Catherine Grissom, and she was perfectly healthy. The Graveyard Shift CSIs and their two new arrivals all lived in harmony after that, the perfect ending to a crazy story.

End.
