Just You and Me
by: Angel del Silencio
in this little house,
made of straws and bricks
supported by sticks
of multicolor dreams
from which the sun gleams
And I cry every time I see
those eyes of black crystal orbs
that reflect the darkness of the sea.
I loved you much
I truly did.
With fire in my heart
I swear this true…
Just You and Me
sitting in two chairs of ebony bones
reflecting the ever growing storm
of bright blue flashes of thunder and snow.
Together we are one whole
though together we kill each other slow.
Just You and Me
sitting in this grave of charred bones.
Smelling the repugnant scent of falling stones.
So black our hearts have grown.
Lost in that reflected sea of your eyes
with no beacon of light to guide me home.
Just You and Me
in this lonely place
Just you…so dead
lying in my arms
and me…all covered with blood.
