A/N: Meh. I think this sucks. The fic didn't quite play out as good as I had it in my head.

Who Knows? Who Cares?

"You know, without the Asgard beaming technology, this would be a lot harder to manage every week."

"Hmm?" Jack asked, looking up from his food to his dinner companion.

"I said without the beaming technology on the Odyssey, this would be much harder," she repeated. "We'd have to take planes instead, and spend a lot of extra money."

"Mmm, yeah," he said somewhat distantly, nodding fractionally. "Gotta love those Asgard."

"Jack?" Sam prompted, raising an eyebrow. "Something up?"

"Oh, I was just wondering who knows that you've been coming to Washington to see me every weekend," he answered, leaning back. "Who knows about us."

Sam sighed. "Probably everybody by now. You know how people are. Especially people at the SGC." She then turned a smile back across the table at him. "But I don't really care who knows anymore. Do you?"

Taking Sam's hand in his, Jack returned her smile. "No, I don't."
