A touch of frost in the air.

Eyes white, glowing, gleaming snow.

Too cold. Too cold. Oh please, stop-

Crystals form. Spiky, jagged. Pain grows

To bursting through. Rip apart my flesh

For your ghastly purposes, I care not.

Kill me with this ice, your freezing blizzard--

Hands red raw with clawing.

Meltwater? Tears? My heart frozen, crying.

Curled up to escape this freak storm,

This snowstorm. It will bury me.

My eyes - colourless! Chanting strings of words

That I do not know, nor will ever know.

Heat up the ice around me. Eyes blazing fire.

I see it in my soul; ice turns to water,

Running down in rivulets and pools. Like me.

Always running

Running

running

run
