"Oh, Gakuto, it would seem you've still decided to attend this class," Fuji said with a small smile, as Gakuto took his seat in Mr. Kunimitsu's math class.
Gakuto turned to only glare at Fuji, he did not appreciate the amount of conversation they were having recently. He tolerated Fuji at tennis practice, (and thank God, it was not tennis season yet...) but he saw no reason to converse with him anywhere else, "Whoever said I was quitting this class?"
Fuji took his seat, thinking that perhaps he was off and maybe Gakuto was not visiting his guidance counselor yesterday. Or maybe he was just upset because Mr. Inui would not allow him to change it.
Fuji wondered if he should push the topic, when Eiji came dashing into the room.
"Ah, Kikumaru. I'm glad to see you joined us today, on time, no less," Mr. Kunimitsu commented without looking up from his papers.
Eiji glared, but took his seat in between Gakuto and Fuji. He turned to face Fuji and whispered, "I hate him. I seriously hate him. How cold-hearted can you get? I was only a few minutes late last class, and it was the first day."
Fuji laughed, "He's not that bad of a guy Eiji, he's a bit strict, but you'll learn a lot." Especially in my case, Fuji thought.
"Ah! That's right, you've had him every year since you were a freshman right? Even when you doubled up on math classes last year?! That's pretty rare considering how many math teachers there are," Eiji said.
"Well, I -did- request him. Mr. Inui seemed to agree, and thought it was fine if I stayed in his math class," Fuji said calmly. Fuji did have to admit though, it was odd, but he certainly wasn't about to complain.
Eiji stared, "Why on earth would you request to be in this guy's math class?"
Fuji smiled, "As I said, he's not that bad of a guy, he's strict, but you learn a lot." Fuji could not tell Eiji the real reason he continued to request Tezuka. Not even his best friend would understand that.
The bell rang shortly after and true to his word, Mr. Kunimistu walked over and proceeded to lock the door to the classroom.
Fuji looked over past Eiji and past Gakuto, it appeared Yuushi would not be in class today. How boring, Fuji thought. He looked back over to Gakuto, who appeared to take no interest in the missing body at all.

Five minutes until passing time, Tezuka unlocked the door to the class room. A messing looking Oshitari Yuushi stumbled into the room, he bowed his head, "Sorry I didn't make it to class, with the door being locked and all."
"According to my list, you were not called out. Therefore, there was no need to let you in," Mr. Kunimitsu asked looking displeased.
Gakuto watched, taking a small amount of pity on the guy, but hey - he was not about to defend anyone against the wrath of Mr. Kunimitsu. He wouldn't even bother to defend -himself- against the guy, let alone stand up for some new kid.
Yuushi smirked, "Guess you ought to check that list again. But in the mean time, hand me my papers, will you? And in the future just let me in, I assure you I have my ways of getting the cut cleared." Oshitari held out his hand waiting for Mr. Kunimitsu to hand over his papers.
"Sorry, but I can't do that," Mr. Kunimitsu said, "It's almost time for my next class. Next time go to the office and have them call my room so that I can know if your telling the truth or if I'm counting on 'your word'. I'll check to see whether you were called out later."
Oshitari started to let out a sigh, but the bell rang. Fuji turned to Eiji and said, "Sorry, but there's something I want to check on. See you later, Eiji. Oshitari! Wait up a moment."
Fuji bowed at Mr. Kunimitsu and mouthed something to him, but Gakuto did not see it. Gakuto focused his attention on himself, he had to walk ALL the way to the science wing. He quickly threw his papers into his backpack and began the long trek.

Yuushi followed Fuji out of the classroom, "So, what is it that you want?"
"I want to know what this is," Fuji said with a smirk. He was holding up an envelope addressed to Oshitari Yuushi with Fuji's home address from their school.
Yuushi snatched it, "Obviously it's a letter to me." He didn't open it, but instead tore it to pieces, "I'm giving you permission to do the same, if you get anymore of these, they must have mixed up the address." He began to walk off.
"And how am I supposed to ignore it when the school starts calling my house because you've cut classes and Jiroh was unable to cover it for you?" Fuji called out after him.
Yuushi stopped for a moment, with his back facing Fuji, as if thinking of a response. Then, without a word, he continued walking through the hall, onto his next class. Fuji pouted, the result was not as fun as he'd expected it would be. Oh well, there would be a next time.

A few days later, Gakuto got into school a many minutes later than usual. He still had a few minutes before his first block class, but darn, he thought, his Mother did not give him a chance to use the Boy's room before dragging him to school.
There was nothing he hated more than the school bathrooms. They were nasty! He doubted that even God knew what could be found in those places. Gakuto especially hated them because every single teenager stereotype is able to be found in the bathroom.
Seriously.
And that pissed Gakuto off, there was nothing he hated more than being grouped in with a bunch of idiots who couldn't do a thing right (according to every adult), but if you entered his High School bathrooms you'd get it.
Even he didn't think the stereotypes were valid, and then his freshman year he made the foolish mistake of going into a bathroom. He quickly learned the stereotypes weren't as cheesy and overdone as they seemed. Of course, he wasn't exactly an angel himself, but he was born with class and therefore wouldn't be caught dead doing anything wrong of any sort during school hours.
Gakuto wasn't sure if the shock of that time or if knowing what to expect in the bathrooms was worse. Either way, he wouldn't be going to the school bathrooms if he didn't have to.
He avoided the staff-bathrooms as they were 'one-person', and Gakuto was pretty sure even the staff avoided them, afterall that was where the sex was thrived. Gakuto still wasn't fully recovered from the time some stupid kids forgot to use the lock. Why the hell would you go into a bathroom with a lock and then forget to use the thing? Oh well, lesson learned for him.
He headed to the theater wing to use their stall bathrooms. Those were definitely the best ones. Every theater student knows that there is always a theater ghost. And someone decided that the theater ghost lurked in the theater bathroom or something, probably after reading Harry Potter. The real reason was that the theater bathroom was the only bathroom that hadn't been redone in the remodeling of the school ten years ago. Custodians figured kids would be using the new ones, especially since there were new ones just down the corridor. So, the custodians never cleaned the old ones and no one ever entered them, well, except to give them the general do-over, like adding light-bulbs. But, cleaning was never done.
Those were Gakuto's favorite bathrooms, because the way he saw it was that, whatever had been done there, was done over ten years ago and therefore he could not see it right in front of his face. So pretty much no worries, well, aside from the whole cobweb factor, and all the other creatures that lurked around inside that place.
Gakuto was never surprised to have 'company' in there, but he was surprised to see a human. The human appeared equally as surprised to see Gakuto.
"Strange, every rumor I heard told me that this bathroom would be vacant," the boy sat up on the floor and pushed up his glasses,"Though, I suppose It shouldn't surprise me to find you around here, after all, we seem to end up in all the same places," Yuushi greeted Gakuto.
Gakuto sighed, first his tennis wall, and now his bathroom?! "Well, yeah, I just...it's kind of weird to explain. For some reason, I think of these as the safest bathrooms in the school."
"I went exploring yesterday, in reality, it's not that much of a surprise," Yuushi shrugged. Gakuto figured the guy had come across the same discoveries as he had, "and besides, I've slept in worse places than here."
Er. Did he say slept? Gakuto did not want to get involved with the guy, but...sleeping in a school bathroom...how could he not at least offer a temporary home? It was then Gakuto noticed the clear lack of shaving. He briefly wondered how long it had been since Yuushi had a shower, "So...er...how did you manage to get into this school with...well, no house?"
Gakuto figured he would curse his curiosity.
"I gave them Fuji's address," Yuushi replied with a shrug.
Gakuto nearly had a heart attack. What the hell?
And speaking of hell, why the hell hadn't he been able to go to the bathroom this morning? Damn it, Mother, if you had given me five more minutes, I wouldn't have walked into this so early in the morning, "Temporarily setting aside my curiosity, because I have a feeling it's better I don't know, if you ever need a place to crash, uh, you can come to my house."
Yuushi's eyes grew big, he quickly rose to his feet, and pushed Gakuto against the bathroom wall, "Do you mean that? Really? I'll do anything, I used to cook for my sister. Oh," he offered, appearing to not realize the severity of what he was saying, or maybe he just did not care, "and I'll fuck you anytime you want."
Gakuto raised an eyebrow, he had nothing against gay guys, hell, he'd been called a princess in the past (naturally, he beat the life out of anyone who did), but still it was an interesting thing to offer so lightly, "I'll, uh pass. We have a chef. And just think of it as a favor from a friend. Or something. We've got a guest bedroom. I don't care to get involved in your issues, but you can live with me temporarily if you want."
Yuushi let out a deep sigh of relief and released his grip on Gakuto, "Thanks, I'll get a job to pay my way."
"It's not as big of a deal as your making it, we've got plenty of room in our house. I mean, it's not like a five star hotel, but it's better than living inside a school bathroom," Gakuto said looking around the place, mentally noting that even this place had been compromised and should be added to his list of "Places To Avoid".

Fuji sat on a chair in his living room. Today had been particularly borring, but there was one thing he could not get out of his mind. It bothered him for some reason. When he saw it, he thought nothing of it, but then it clicked to him.
He saw Gakuto and Oshitari walk in to class together. Normally it would not matter for Fuji to see two people walk into class together, but today was the first day Yuushi came into Tezuka's class on time. Oshitari was not the morning type, it could only mean one thing - that Gakuto knew where Oshitari was going when he disappeared, and that Gakuto had awoken Oshitari in time for him to get to class.
Fuji desperately needed to talk to Gakuto about this, but as he reached for the phone, it began to ring.
Tezuka was calling him? That was rare.
"Hello?" Fuji asked, wondering why Tezuka would call him out of the blue.
"Fuji. I want to know something. Today, I was going though the cut slips I had to mail, and I addressed them. But there was something strange about one of them, Oshitari's, is he living with you?" Tezuka asked.
Fuji wondered how long that had been biting at Tezuka. Secretly hoping Tezuka was jealous, even if there was nothing to be jealous of, "No, he's not."
"Why is your address under his name?" Tezuka asked, probably more confused than before.
Fuji did not want to tell Tezuka that it was Jiroh that had given it to Oshitari. That would only bring about more drama, and so, he used Oshitari's excuse, "It's probably just a mix-up in the computer. He mentioned it to me as well."
"Fuji, I -" Tezuka cleared his throat, "I hope that is the truth. I hope you aren't involved with Jiroh anymore."
"I doubt that. It would give you a way to hook-up with Atobe again," Fuji said before he could stop himself.
Tezuka growled into the phone.
Fuji realized he has gone too far, "Sorry. I just-- we are not dating right now, I realize now, you probably thought we never were. It's not like you can be jealous of him, Tezuka, you left me, that is if you ever loved me. If you want to just have sex with me, then fine, I don't care anymore. I still love you, I'll do whatever for you. But, don't expect me to just act like I was never hurt."
He hoped Tezuka wouldn't take that the wrong way. He didn't blame Tezuka. He blamed himself. He blamed himself for trusting in Tezuka, for so easily falling in love with Tezuka. He also hated himself, he hated himself because it was a love he could not get rid of.
"Fuji," Tezuka paused, "I want to go out with you. We had something before. We just, no, I just messed it up. I'm not sure if you want this again, but Fuji Shuusuke, will you go out with me?"
Fuji dropped the phone in shock.

A/N: Ahhhh, it feels good to have written again :D. Hope you all enjoy it. Hope it makes sense, I read through it a few times, but I'm a tad tired so I'm not sure if I editted it well...Loooong week. Would have had it up sooner, but...meh, that whole school thing had other plans. Anyway, this week is midterms week, which means plenty of writting time (when I'm not studying), so I should have another chapter up this week. If not, most of the chapter will be done and it will come in the near future.
Oh, and about the Harry Potter thing, I was not referencing Harry Potter when I came up with that idea. I was FAR too asleep to be referencing anything. It's true though, all theater's have ghosts. Me lubs theater.
