my POV

We were aligned in a horizontal straight line for the checking of attendance in the military school my brother entered me in…

“Frizwalt!” uttered the commander loudly…

“Here sir!” said Frizwalt

“Girdrin!” uttered loudly by the commander…

“Present sir!!” said girdrin…

“Hyukagi!” uttered the commander loudly

“What??” I answered coldly…

The commander stopped in front of me and gave me an annoying stare… I looked at him coldly… I don’t like the commander very much…. He keeps on shouting and being strict…

“The captain wants to see you sergeant hyukagi…”

“Report to her immediately!”

“hn.” I answered coldly…

I then, walked away towards the office of our captain… I reached her office and knocked on her door 3x…

“Come in!”

I went in and closed the door behind me… the captain looked at me with a smile on her face (as usual..)

“Hi kouji! )” she said with a cheerful smile on her face…

I just raised a brow at her…

“I heard that you’re going to resign as a soldier here??...” she asked as she bowed her head…

I nodded…

“Why?!” she immediately looked at me and asked demandingly…

“It’s really boring here and I also wanted to go back to a normal life, studying…, playing…” I answered coldly…

Relia (the captain’s name) is 15 years old... she has blonde hair and hazel brown eyes… happy go lucky and weird girl… she often blushes whenever we make eye contact…

She bowed her head and held her hands together….

“So this is goodbye??”

“Huh??”

“Are you really serious on your decision, kouji??” she asked sadly…

“Affirmative…”

“Hmmm…….,”

She then went near me then blushed… I raised a brow at her…

“I’m going miss you sergeant…”

“……………”

She clenched her hands when I didn’t answer…

“Why do you want a normal life?! When you, yourself is NOT normal??!!”

She answered angrily… I just stared at her coldly…

“Kouji, YOU have powers!! That is NEVER normal!! That is why you belong here with us…. With me…. Here in the ship!!”

I smirked…

“You think you can convince me into staying in this boring ship?? Think again…., just because I have powers it doesn’t mean that I can’t live a normal life…. My sister and brother have powers and they’re living a normal life…”

“But your power is really dangerous!!”

She looked at me sadly…

“What?.. dark fire is already dangerous to you??...”

She just stayed quiet….

“my powers are very easy to control though it is categorized in the ‘most dangerous of all’… I can handle…”

“but…. I…”

I cut her off……

“look, you’ve been working here in this stupid ship longer than I have… I bet you also want to take a break or even resign right??...”

I looked at her with my brow raised… She just nodded….

“then you know how I feel….”

I then looked away…

“but I…… ?!”

I again, cut her off…

“you think I could resign that easy?! The truth is they gave me a job, a job where I could live a normal life in high school and at the same time guard a princess!!”

I answered angrily…

“a princess??”

She asked innocently… I just stayed quiet and looked away… then relia smiled…..

“you want to know her status??? “

I just looked at her as she ran to her computer in joy… she turned on her computer and started pressing the keyboard…

“Click… tack… click… tack…. Click”

I went near her and looked at the file she found…

Relia blinked twice…..

“that’s all her information??”

She asked confusingly…

“she’s a PRINCESS…, of course they won’t give information in the internet just like that…..”

At some point relia looked at me blushing and smiling….. which is really weird…

I looked at her with my brows raised…

“what???”

“nothing…”

She then again smiled then finally turned to the computer and started to go to other links of that site she entered…

I got impatient and just went to the pile of books…… I began looking for something to check out….,

reLia’s POV

“‘I should thoroughly research about this girl very well…, because kouji is actually going to guard a princess which means I will eventually have a rival for kouji’s heart…..!!!!! I know princess falea, everything she wants, it needs to be in her hands no matter what!! Hmmmph!!! No one and I mean no one could steal kouji away from me… not that he’s mine or anything…, sigh…, I know he doesn’t like me and he only treats me as a captain… but…. i….,’” “HUH?!”

I suddenly looked at kouji… I immediately blushed…

He was near me and is also looking at the screen… his left arm wrapped around my chair and his right hand near mine… im so happy..

my POV

Falea….. princess….. hmmmmmm…..

“hmmmmmmmm…….. huh??”

I looked at relia and I saw her blushing again…. Sheesh… she’s one weird girl for a captain…

Then my phone rang… I got it from my pocket and answered it…

“what?”

“is that your way of anwering a long distance call from your little Sister?!”

She asked demandingly…

“micka????”

“what?! NO!!!”

“keara??”

“yeah…., you forgot me already?!”

She asked furiously…

“hn….”

I answered coldly…

“so, I heard you were going to stay here in shibuya now, huh??..”

“yep…”

“have you controlled your power yet?! Haha!!!”

She asked insultingly…

“shut up!!”

I answered coldly…

ah?!?! Rude much?! Ugly?!!!!

“I don’t even know why you called…”

I answered back coldly…

“I just wanted to know if your fine!!!!!! hmph!!!! And can see that!!!!!! Hmph!!!!!”

“hn.”

Then I hang up… I went back to look in the computer….

“uhm… who was that???”

I looked at her coldly…

“my sister…”

She giggled…. Then commander went in relia’s office…. We looked at him… he looked at me formally…

“sergeant hyukagi, your ride is here…”

“aihyt… well, see you around captain!!”

She looked away sadly… as I was about to go out the door, relia spoke up…

“uh, wait!”

We looked at her…

“uhm.., commander…, may I speak with sergeant hyukagi PRIVATELY??”

He first looked at me then looked at kouji then nodded… then he went out…

I looked at relia as she went near me…

“what??”

She bowed her head… then raised her hands to give me something…

“what’s this??”

It was a gift with a pink and purple wrapper with a red ribbon on the top…

“it’s my gift for you…. Please keep it… )”

I looked at her as she smiled at me sweetly… I had no choice…

“I’ll….. uh….. treasure it……”

With that she bowed her head again… and now she was sniffing…

“what’s up with you??”

I asked annoyingly… Then suddenly she looked at me with tears falling down her cheeks from her eyes… then suddenly she jumped to me then embraced me really tightly…

“h-hey?!?! D-don’t cry and hug!!!!”

But it was no use… she was crying her heart out… I better think on something fast…I pushed her away from me gently…

“uh… relia?”

I tilted up her face for her to look at me…

“don’t cry… I assure you we’ll meet again…”

“promise??”

“I can’t promise you that…”

Then I let go of her gently… then I walked out the door… when I’m outside her room I stopped then looked at her…

“but I think we will meet again…”

And with that she smiled cheerfully as I went to the plane… it was a 1 hour ride for the military jet plane… we arrived at shibuya, I went out of the plane…

“sergeant!”

I stopped from walking then faced the commander… I looked at him coldly…

“you take care of your job on protecting the princess…”

“hn…”

With that I walked away…
