where are we? what the hell is going on?
the dust has only just begun to fall,
crop circles in the carpet, sinking, feeling.

"Gabriella, wait, can we talk about this?" troy asked sincerly, running after Gabi down the stairs of their 2 story house.

"Now you want to talk troy? fine, lets talk." Gabriella turned, and answered bitterly

"Um, ok...well...why are you leaving?" troy asked, making his way closer to her, then sweetly moving hair out of her face,

Gabriella swatted at his hand, "Are you kidding? She was in our house, in our bed...with you." gabriella said, starting to cry

troy blushed, and looked down

"not so talketive now, are we!" she snapped.

She proceeded into a closest and grabbed a set of pink suitcases. Before troy knew it, she was out the door.

"gabi, gabi wait..." troy said, trying to reason

"wait for what troy? whatever we had, is gone...goodbye." Gabriella got into her BMW ( wanna see it, check my profile! lol)

spin me round again and rub my eyes.
this can't be happening.
when busy streets a mess with people
would stop to hold their heads heavy.

"how can you love someone who lies, and cheats...i wish i knew" Gabriella thought to herself.

She was stopped at a red light. then dazed out...

FLASHBACK

" Gabriella?"

"yeah troy?"

"i, love you..." troy said shyly

"i love you too." gabriella answered, looking over at troy

"gabriella?"

"yes troy?" gabriella mocked

then, troy got down on the ground, on one knee, and was holding a little black box.

Gabriella clasped her mouth shut, happy tears streaming down her face.

"will you marry me?" troy asked, a big smile on his face

"yes, of course!" gabi said, troy pulling her into a hug.

"how could've i been so in love, and now hate him! I HATE HIM, I HATE HIM!" gabriella slammed her head down on the steering wheel.

"i shouldn't have given him that second chance..." she thought again

"i thought maybe, just maybe i could get him back...but i was so wrong."

oily marks appear on walls

the takeover, the sweeping insensitivity of this

FLASHBACK

"Gabi i love you so much" troy said, kissing her

Gabriella pulled away, "i love you too" she said, then, deepening the kiss.

Gabriella pulled herself ontop of troy's lap. Troy began rubbing her back up and down, making his way under her shirt. Gabriella flirtaciously played with his hair. Then, the 2 slowly laid down...(i hate those details...ya'll know what happens next)

Gabriella's now in line at the grocery store.
"Ma'am, that will be $37.95!" the polite sales girl states.

Gabriella fumbles through her purse, then comes accross a little button...

FLASHBACK

Troy and Gabi are walking in a park.

"this is for you!" troy says, laughing at himself

"what is that?" gabriella asked, not as excited.

"uhh...a button!" the 2 laughed.

"what do i need a button for?" gabriella asked, entwining her hand with his free one.

"to remind you of me!" he said proudly, "cuz, im as cute as a button!" troy said, smiling goofily (is that a word? well it is now!)

Gabriella paid, and was walking out of the store. On her way to her car, she carelessly tossed the button on the ground.

"Troy, what is this?" Gabriella asked, referring to a a rinkled up sweater.

"um..im not sure..." troy said breaking into a sweat

"well i found it under the bed while i was cleaning...are you sure you dont know what it is?" Gabriella persisted

"no, sweetie, i really dont know what it is! do you want to go out tonight?" troy asked

"sure, lets go, let me go grab my purse!!" Gabriella replied, smiling.

Gabi was now at home, in her new apartment.

"This isnt so bad..." she kept telling herself.

mm, that you only meant well? well, of course you did.

FLASHBACK

"troy! You lied to me!" Gabriella yelled

" i didnt lie gabriella...i just" troy tried to defend himself.

"i dont want to hear it..." she said throwing a woman's undershirt at him

"how are you going to get yourself out of this one?" she asked sarcastically

"i can...explain that..." troy stuttered

"what did i do to you? why are you doing this to me?" Gabriella questioned

"nothing...its not you, you're perfect, i dont deserve you..."troy said, making his way towards gabriella, that soft expression on his face.

"you're right...you dont deserve me, i deserve better." she answered, pulling herself back

"You have seven-teen new messages" the answering machine chimmed

"first new message, message from phone number, (make sumthing up)

"uh, hey gabi, its troy...look i really messed up...cough, look, if you could just call me back..."

"message erased" gabriella hit the button on the answering machine. (time elapses...)

"Message 10, from phone number (same as above)"

"hey gabi it's troy... again...look, gabi, Gabriella, i love you...i know what i did was wrong, but i cant live without you...please call me back." troy's desperate voice filled gabriella's ears.

"messaged erased"

"well troy...you're going to have to figure something out..." Gabriella sighed as she erased the remaining messages.

" Good evening Mr. Bolton..."

"Gabriella...please dont do that..." troy pleaded.

Gabriella sighs, " here, are the final papers..."

"Gabriella, please..." troy pleaded, reaching his hand accross the, resting his ontop of hers, "cant we talk about this?"

Gabriella hastily removed her hand from underneath his.

"Troy there isn't anything else to talk about, now sign those papers..." troy cut her off.

"i...im still in love with you!!" troy exclaimed, causing many people to stare at them

Gabriella was a bit taken back by his outburst.

"troy...i...don't do this to me." with that Gabriella got up and walked out of the restaurant.

Troy followed her.

"gabi, Gabi please!" he reached out and grabbed her elbow, and pulling her around.

Troy looked deep into Gabriella's eyes

"Gabi...take me back...please?" the desperation was pitiful

"i...cant be without you...i want you back please." Troys goregeous blue eyes filled with tears.

Gabriella felt herself crying, "troy, if you love me so much...why did you ruin it?" Gabriella pulled herself away from troy

She turned, got into her taxi, and drove home.
