Up to the fifth chapter, and no idea what to write. I just hope everyone enjoys.

Chapter Five

When Haru awoke, sunlight was streaming brightly through a gap in the curtains, shining right in his eyes. He rolled over, and then sat up, panicked, as he realized that Kori wasn’t by his side.

Before he managed to go into a full panic, the bedroom door opened, revealing a fully dressed Kori carrying a tray. “Good morning Haru. You looked so cute asleep that I didn’t fell like waking you up, so I thought I’d make you breakfast in bed and bring it to you.” Kori explained, walking over to the bed.

The younger teen blushed as the tray was placed on his lap and a kiss was pressed to his cheek. “Hey, what ya say that after you have breakfast and get dressed, we go out and do something? If you feel up to it, that is.” Kori asked excitedly. Haru nodded. “Sure, that sounds nice to me.” He replied. “Cool. Do you want me to stay or do you want me to just go away while you eat?” Kori asked, sneaking a kiss in.

“Stay, please. I want to talk to you while I eat.” Haru said. Kori laughed and sat on the edge of the bed beside Haru. “So long as you don’t try to eat and talk at the same time.” Kori joked. Haru smiled, picking up his fork and cutting off a small piece of the omelet Kori had made for him. “This is good. Where’d you learn to cook Kori?” Haru asked after having swallowed that piece. “My mom taught me. And my dad wasn’t half bad himself.” Kori replied with a smile. “Well, you must have inherited it from them, because you’re really good yourself.” Haru said, happily consuming another piece.

Kori laughed softly. “Thanks Haru. I’m glad you like it. It just gives me an excuse for me to cook for you more often, and try out new recipes on you.” Kori remarked jokingly. “I can tell you’re being silly, but believe me, if you do, you certainly won’t hear me complaining.” Haru replied, leaning forward to kiss Kori. “Come on now, eat up before it gets cold.” Kori told his young lover, chuckling softly.

Haru just rolled his eyes and stuck his tongue out. “Yes mother.” He replied sarcastically. Kori laughed yet again, but there was a sad glint to his eyes. Haru decided it was best not to ask why.

It was a beautiful day outside; Haru was glad that he had agreed to come out with Kori. It was a beautiful day outside; the sun was shining, it wasn’t too hot or too cold, and the park Kori had brought him too was simply beautiful with blooming flowers.

‘Speaking of Kori, where is he?’ Haru thought, looking around. “Looking for me?” Haru jumped and spun around, only to discover Kori behind him, holding a crepe out to him. “Sorry I startled you. Thought you’d like one.” He explained. “Yeah, thanks.” Haru replied sheepishly, taking it from his lover. “It’s a beautiful day outside, isn’t it?” Kori said, looking up at the sky as they walked.

“You’re going to run into something.” Haru told him jokingly. “Yes, I suppose I might. But it’s worth seeing the clouds.” Kori replied. “Kori? Can I ask you a question?” Haru asked. “Hmm, of course you can love.” Kori replied, smiling. Haru blushed softly. “Most of the pictures in your house show one woman, over and over. Who is she?” The dual-color haired boy asked. “Ah, that’s my sister. My half-sister, that is, which is why there’s not that much resemblance between us. We’re very close though.” Kori explained to his younger counterpart.

“Does she live close by?” Haru questioned, allowing Kori to wrap an arm around his waist and bring him closer. “She used to. She’s ten years older than me, and she moved to the U.S. about five years ago. We write each other a lot, so we’re still as close as we always have been.” Kori explained happily. “I’m jealous.” Haru said sadly. “Oh, why? Your family not very close?” Kori asked, seriously.

“Well, we are, among a small group. But even within that group, there can be fighting, and hatred. We take love whenever we can get it. But we’re still not use to it, so…” “So that’s why you weren’t sure whether I was serious when I said I loved you?” Kori finished.

Haru nodded. “Yeah, that and I had just been dumped by my girlfriend and my other love interest had already found someone. And, I thought that he hated the person that he was with. That’s why I had been running in the rain the night you found me. I felt… betrayed and shocked… my whole body was numb… I didn’t know what else to do… So I ran… But, I’m so happy, and so lucky, that you found me…” Haru said, blushing.

He wasn’t use to saying such mushy things. Kori was quite for a moment. “Haru, can I ask you something?” Haru nodded, unsure of what Kori could possibly want to know. “Well, I don’t typically ask personal questions; I generally let people tell me things of that nature when they feel like it. But, I just have to ask. Haru, I-I get the feeling that there’s something you’re hiding from me; a secret, a big one maybe…” Kori broke off with a sigh and ran his fingers through his hair, disheveling it.

Haru was worried about what Kori was going to say next and gasped when the older teen withdrew his arm from the ox’s waist and grasped his shoulders tightly instead. “Haru, I have to know… It’s driving me crazy… Are you hiding something from me? And if you are, what is it?” Kori asked pleadingly, his face serious. “I-I can’t tell you that.” Haru replied, looking away.

“Why? Haru, please, I’m not trying to bully you… Why can’t you tell me?” The older teen pleaded. Haru closed his eyes tightly. “There is a secret… but, you’d hate me if I told you…” Haru told him, refusing to let tears form. “Haru… I could never hate you…” Kori whispered, kissing the younger teen passionately.

Haru’s eyes opened wide before he closed them again, relaxing into the kiss and wrapping his arms around Kori’s neck. Kori’s hands relaxed and slid from Haru’s shoulders downward, wrapping his arms around the dual-color haired teen’s waist. Haru gasped for air as they pulled away, opening his eyes to meet Kori’s, their normal gray color darker and cloudier from lust.

“Do you understand, Haru? Nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing you can say, nothing you can ever do, will ever make me hate you.” Kori said sweetly. “Kori, I-” “Haru!” The ox gasped and turned his head to the source of the voice, his eyes widening at who he saw standing there.

“Y-Yuki…”
