Looking At You

(I haven't really edited this just another one of my random emotional poetry moments. But this is Guild-Wars related.)

When I look at you emotions flood through my body like in a cascade
Every day I wonder if I'm doing this right
I want to believe you and understand but we're so different
I hate how you seem to not care
You hate how I hide my emotions
Is this really love?
Or is it a chemical reaction like I've been telling myself all along
Just so I can run
So I won't be stabbed in the back again
I don't want to repeat my mistakes
So looking at you I smile
I lie
Looking at you will be the end of me but I'll hold on to this false hope for as long as I can.
