Skies: A Pilot's Perspective

I've seen people come and go through the years. I've seen people come on board one day and not enter the next. I've seen FBI agents for the past twenty years. But I have never seen a team of people so close.

Special Agent Aaron Hotchner seems like a scary guy. He never smiles. When I first saw him, I thought he was a murderer instead of an FBI agent. Throughout the years, I've come to realize that Aaron Hotchner isn't as frightening as he appears to be. I found out he has a wife and little boy. Imagine that…

Spencer Reid is another oddball that belongs to the BAU. He must be a genius because I hear him give lectures all the time. After years of listening to that, I can probably be considered a well-qualified genius myself. I think he's a little socially awkward because one time, his older co-worker had to help him to get a date with this girl name JJ. I don't know if anything came out of it because they don't seem any closer, but hey, what do I know? I'm just the pilot! JJ is cute if I don't say so myself…lucky guy that Reid is…

There's this older man named Jason Gideon that acts just like Reid's father. He seems to be the oldest one out of the bunch. I don't really know much about this guy. He doesn't talk a lot about his personal life. He doesn't seem to get mad often; just disappointed which is exactly what my father does. He could practically be my father…well, except for the fact that my father is dead…

What's that other agent's name? Derek Morgan as I recall. He's an all around nice guy. I think he's had a rough past, but he is very caring. He often jokes around with Reid. With all of his good inner qualities, he seems to have good outer qualities as well. My female co-worker can't seem to keep her eyes off of him…

One woman I haven't seen in months. This happens often with FBI agents. Sometimes they get killed in the line of duty. I'm not sure if that's what happened, but I haven't seen Elle Greenaway in a long time. No one talks about her anyone. It's like she never existed.

As soon as Elle Greenaway disappeared, another woman started coming on my plane. Emily Prentiss. I don't really have an opinion about her yet. She's cute, like that JJ, but other than that… I dunno. She seems a bit lonely…

Like I've said before, I've seen these people for the longest time. They truly care for one another. That is a very unique quality for a team. I hope to see them all walk on board tomorrow…and not stop coming like Greenaway…
