He regrets waiting so long to tell her how he felt, regrets watching her go through failed relationship after failed relationship and saying nothing. (But the waiting made it that much better when he finally did).

He regrets the fight at her parents “wedding”, regrets ending things in Doose’s Market. (But their reconciliation was so amazing, it was almost worth it).

He regrets not telling her about April right away, regrets keeping them apart once he finally did. (But his relationship with his daughter is so important, and it’s turned out so well he’s not sure if he’d do it differently given the chance, just in case).

Mostly he regrets not realizing how serious she was when she said “now or never”, regrets just standing there and watching her walk away. (And no matter how hard he tries, Luke can’t seem to put a positive spin on this one).
