Title: Bring Up Momma

Summary: A bored Piper wishes for more than she can handle, leaving Chris to clean up her...messes.

Lame summary but Im a sucker for a story with Piper and Chris getting some get-ta-know-ya time...Enjoy

R&R or I wont post the next chapter!

What Piper wouldn't do for a little excitement. A baby crying. A Sister crisis. Hell, she would even take one of Chris' demons. If she asked him she was sure he would be willing to give her something. He did seem to have a never ending list of need-to-be vanquished-s.

Piper laid her head down on the kitchen table. It was official. Piper had hit a new all time low.

Paige had offered to take Wyatt for a while so Piper could get some stuff around the house done. That had kept Piper busy for about...an hour. Turns out things go allot faster when you aren't trying to carry around a baby.

Now, Paige wasn't due back for at least three more hours, Phoebe was at work, Chris was God knows where, and Piper was sitting alone, bored with no where to go.

What's a girl to do?

Suddenly, a beaten down Chris orbed into the kitchen.

"I am so sorry!" Were the only words out of his mouth as he was soon followed by three considerable grotesque demons. The biggest one seemed to be trying to speak as it said something that Piper could barely make out as,

"Dice timed fighter." Which she translated roughly to, "Die Whitelighter."

"What did you do?!" Piper yelled as she ducked under the table to avoid a slimeball thrown her way, forgetting her earlier desire for some excitement.

"What makes you think this is my fault?" Chris looked indignant as he dived down beside her. Piper rolled her eyes.

"Most people don't apologize unless they've done something wrong." She spoke as she turned, lifting her hands up high enough to blow up one of the smaller demons.

"Right." Chris shrugged. "I was just..."

"You were just getting into trouble." Piper turned back to look at him, lifting an eyebrow and giving him a slight smile. "I bet you gave your mother a hell of a time as a child." Before Chris had a chance to answer, Piper grabbed his arm and pulled him out of the kitchen and into the dining room blowing up another one of the demons on her way through the door.

"Where are we going?"

"Higher ground!" Piper nodded towards the stair case. Piper pushed Chris up the stairs in front of her as one of the demons moved in. She was caught unaware as a strong arm came across her throat, pulling her backwards.

"Piper!!" Chris spun around, moving his arm in a motion to throw the demon off Piper. Unfortunately, Chris miscalculated, throwing both Piper and the demon across the room, causing it to fall on top of Piper.

The room was still. Chris couldn't even breathe. It was quite possible he had just killed Piper. His mother. He couldn't even see her beneath the body that lay atop of her. Coming out of a state of shock, Chris ran towards Piper. Seconds before he could get there he heard a distinct ‘Pop!’

The demon was gone and now all that was left was a remarkable unscathed Piper. She coughed and turned her body towards Chris, who kneeled down beside her.

"Are you...you're okay, right?"

"You could call it that." She offered her hand to Chris, who helped her stand. She laughed. "Chris, promise to remind me of this moment the next time I complain about being bored, alright?"

"If you live through it, I promise, I'll remind you of anything!" Chris led Piper to the couch, giving her a little shove to get her to sit down. "You sure you’re not hurt? No cuts, no bruises?"

"I'm fine!" Piper stood and did a small spin. "See, no marks." Chris nodded and sighed.

"Good, good. Uhh…I'll go check the Book; you go...have a drink." With that, Chris took off up the stairs. Piper shook her head, watching after him.

"That kid is so strange sometimes." Piper rolled her shoulder, bringing her hand up to rub her neck. When she brought her hand back down, there was a bit of blood. Piper looked up the stairs to where Chris had gone, but shrugged it off and made her way to the kitchen.

"Piper!" Phoebe threw her coat up on the hanger, looking around to see if she could see her sister. When there was no answer she just shrugged it off. Maybe she took Wyatt out or went to P3.

Then she saw the mess in the conservatory. She groaned.

"Piper's gonna be pissed." Up the stair she heard a noise. She made her way up the stairs, towards the attic. she entered to see Chris in a familiar position, sitting on the chair, cross legged, book in lap. "Do you ever put that thing down?"

"Nope." Chris didn't even look up. Phoebe stuck her tougne at him thinking he couldn't see her. "Real mature."

"Huh." Phoebe said. "I just had a wicked flashback of being 5 years old...only you were my sister." Chris looked up confused.

"What?"

"Nevermind. What happened downstairs?" She sat on the arm of the chair besdie him. "You know what we said about having those friends of yours over." She said, shaking her finger mock-dissaprovingly.

"Demons. Big ones." He flipped the page of the book. "Piper blew'em up."

"So she's here? Wierd."

"Weird?"

"She did answer me. Did she get hurt or something?"

"Yeah. I left her alone to die in the kitchen without telling anyone so I could catch up on some light reading." Chris rolled his eyes. Phoebe smacked him on the back of the head.

"Fine smartmouth. Be that way." phoebe stood.

"She's fine." Chris sighed. "Demons dead. Piper handled hin no problem and was alive in the kitchen, last I saw her. Everything went fine."

"Good. How long have you been looking through that book anyway?"

"No idea." Chris shrugged.

"Come one you. Even whitelighters have to eat."

The both of them made thier way down the stairs and to the kitchen. Phoebe pushed the door open only to back up suddenly, running in to Chris.

"Chris?" Pheobe smiled sweetly at him.

"Yeah?"

"Remember how you said Piper handled the demon, no problem? How you said everything was fine?"

"Uh, yeah. I said it like, three minutes ago." Chris looked up at his aunt confused. Pheobe nodded.

"Well," she said as she turned to open the door to the kitchen. "You think you might wanna re-think that?"

Chris turned to see a little girl, 6 or 7 years of age, sitting at the dinner table, playing with the crayons Wyatt had had out earlier. His eyes grew wide.

"Mom?"
