We’ll See

“Let go Yagami-kun.” Light was clinging to L’s arm with death grip strength. Even with L pulling and struggling, he could hold him in place. This game was getting interesting. L’s wrist was cold underneath Light’s grip. He was always cold and pale. Despite this, Light was going to take L, whether he agreed or not.

“No.” This abrupt and silencing word was followed by a kiss. It wasn’t a kind gentle thing; it was a rough dominant fight. L put his free hand against Light’s chest and tried to push him off, for Light was leaning on top of him. And he couldn’t kick. Light’s adrenaline was pumping through his veins and this struggle was exciting him. He kept his mouth onto L’s and it was pure static. He grabbed the hand L was trying to defend himself with, and pulled it to the side. He was moving his lips in pure animalistic nature.

Meanwhile, L was beneath him, stunned and fighting. Though he was pretty much Light’s equal in both brains and brawn, he couldn’t get away. He did manage to turn his head away from Light’s assaulting lips. He was breathless and a mix of emotions. For the first time in his life, he was scared. He was scared of what was happening and...of Light. He looked out of the corner of his eyes at the younger man on top of him. He expected to see hate and lust in Light’s eyes. Instead he saw conflict.

Light was fighting with himself. He was looking down at the pale man benieth him and inside his head Kira and himself argued.

"You don't really want to hurt him. Do you really Light?" Himself said.

"Yes!!! Make that bastard pay for all he's done and force him to show some goddamn emotions!!!" Kira screamed.

"You know that you don't want to hurt him. You know that you really want to seduce him, go slow and gentle with him."

"NO!!!"

"Yes. You love him."

"I HATE HIM!"

"Love."

"HATE"

"Love."

"HATE!"

"Love."

"HATE!"

"LOVE!!!" With this last love, Light pulled himself off the detective, releasing his arms with a rough huff. He began pacing the room, his head in his hand. He was busy muttering to himself. L meanwhile was forcing himself into his squat-like sitting position. He straightened his shirt and simply watched the other boy. He also took deep breathes, trying to calm his heart. He studied Light as he muttered to himself and refused to even look at him. L could tell by his body languge that he was upset, most likely at what he was about to do.

He paused for a moment in his pacings. He could feel that cold stare on his back, he knew he'd have to look at L...the man he almost raped. L had regained his composer and was waiting for Light to regain his. Light inhailed deeply, getting up the courage and turned to meet L's gaze with all it's intencity. L was for once confused when he saw Light's face. Regret, sadness, and self lothing filled Light's brown eyes. Again Light inhailed and said quietly, "Forgive me." L didn't speak. "I don't know what came over me." L nodded and said with true sencerity,

"I forgive you. You're my first friend Light-kun. I forgive you." Light then said something that threw L off his so carefully constructed gaurd.

"I will have you." L perked, something like uneasiness filled he stomach, he kept his face schooled.

"What do you mean Light-kun?"

"I mean that, though I won't force you, I will have you. I'll seduce you and make you feel the way I do when I look at you." Light let these words fall from him in a sexy undertoned whisper, a small smile on his lips as L swallowed slightly and said,

"You will fail." Light smiled.

"We'll see."

Author's note: Welllllllllll...what do you all think. I know that in the summary it says Light/Raito...but that is to accomidate everyone looking either for Light or Raito. I hope you want me to continue!
