Well...I did it, I made a sequel. (Sigh) I know it won't be nearly as popular as the first one, but
hey...I'd like to write about my ocs a little more anyway, what's wrong with putting it up for
the people who still want it, right?
Lloyd: RUN FOR THE
HILLS!
Me: Hello Lloyd...
Lloyd: Uh-oh. Why are
you looking at me like that?
Me: Muse.
Lloyd: NOOOOOOO!! NO! NO! NO!
Me: If you behave, I'll have a guest each chapter to help you.
Lloyd: (Groan.) Fine.
Me: Todays guest will
be...hm...Yo Mithos! Get your ass over here!
Mithos: Why me?!
Lloyd: HAH HAH! You're here too!
Mithos: Shut up you-!
Lloyd: 'Son of
Kratos'?
Mithos: Oh COME ON!
Can't you let that go?! Freakyanimegal owns nothing!
Here We Go Again
Poke...poke...poke...
Mithos groaned, "Just a few more minutes..."
Poke. Poke. Poke.
"Mmmegh..." the half-elf put his face in his pillow.
"...You give me no choice..." Sari sighed. "I'M GOING TO BURN MR. FLUFFY!"
"AAAHH!" Mithos jumped upright. "No Yuan please don't-! Wait a minute...hey! I don't have that
freaking toy anymore! And you're not Yuan! You're the daughter of a very attractive man."
"Daddy!" Sari laughed. "Anyway, Regal wanted to talk to you."
"You don't say?" Mithos stretched.
The Yggdrasill's had been staying here and there with the other families for the past few weeks.
Currently they were staying in a room in Altimira at Regal's generousity.
"Oh, and Daddy?" Sari tilted her head to the side. "When are we going to visit Cheresea again?"
Mithos sighed, "We will, we will, but we can't go there all the time you know..."
"If you'd get a job and a house somewhere..." Sari muttered.
"Hey!" Mithos snapped. "I will! All right? Just don't preassure me..."
Sari smiled, "I'll go tell Regal you're coming!"
The girl ran off, leaving her father to drag himself out of bed with a yawn. The man got dressed and
walked out into the sunny streets of Altimira-
"Hi, Mithos!" a voice chirped.
"HOWDY!"
"Oh Origin save me-!" Mithos started.
Before he could move, Malk and Lerek had all but pounced on him. The couple, along with Quet, had
been offered jobs by Regal in exchange for rooms and basic necessities.
The three half-elves were now Altimira employees, Lerek wore the usual male outfit. Malk
however, had downright refused to wear the bunny outfit and instead wore bright colored t-shirt and
shorts, along with a matching visor with the Altimira logo on it.
"HIYA Mithos!" Malk grinned. "'Sup?! Ya goin' to see da boss?"
"Malk, aren't we suppossed to be watching the children in the park?" Lerek asked.
"Ah, they'll be fine." Malk shrugged.
"AAAAAAAAAAAHHH!"
A second later, a man wearing a dog outfit ran by with several little kids hanging onto him, attacking
him and screaming something about tearing the 'doggie mans' head off.
"See? They're fine!" Malk said again.
"Is it okay for them to attak the employees?" Lerek blinked.
"Eh, as long as dey don' attack ME then- hey, where'd Mithos go?"
Mithos had made a break for it while the two clones were disctracted, he's not THAT crazy after all.
"Oh well, back to work I s'pose." Malk sighed. "I hate havin' ta serve drinks!"
"Why?" Lerek glared. "Did some guy pinch your butt again?"
One druken customer had made that fatal mistake a few days prior, Malk almost killed the man but
Lerek got there first and executed every move Regal had taught him on the man's hide. Regal himself
had appeared on the scene and was about to get mad, but ended up complementing Lerek's footwork.
"No, not that." Malk said. "It's just...it's so BORIN ya know?"
"Better than Quet's job." Lerek smiled. "He has to do paperwork!"
Both teens shuddered before sighing and going back to their respective posts.
"One lemonade, please." a woman said.
"Here ya go." Malk smiled, handing one to her.
"A cappuchino!"
"Here it is."
"A lobster!"
"H- 'Scuse me?" Malk blinked.
"There's a lobster on my foot! OW! OW! GET IT OFF!" a man hobbled around.
Malk sighed, "Gawd I hate tourists!"
"Let me help." a voice said.
A boy about her age walked up to the man with the lobster ridden foot. A strange boy, with jet black
hair that was scraggly at the ends, coming down to his shoulders. Contrary to his dark hair, his skin
was freakishly pale, as if it were snow in the moonlight.
"Get it off!" the tourist cried.
"Hold still." the boy grabbed hold of the lobster.
The lobster went limp suddenly, releasing the mans foot. The boy smiled and placed the crustacean
back into the ocean, allowing it to scuttle back in.
"There you go! Are you okay?" he smiled at the man.
"Uh...yeah..." the man eyed him. "Thanks..."
"You're welcome." he nodded.
Malk looked at him suspiciously. Something was off about that boy...even his clothing was strange.
Well, for a place like this. A white shirt with black straps crossing to make an 'x' on his shirt, and black
pants that seemed to be laced up the sides with some pearl-like twine.
The boy spotted Malk, "Excuse me, can you help me with something?"
"Huh? Sure." Malk nodded.
This boy...
"I'm looking for my sister and my friend." he said. "My sister's about...this tall." he put his hand a little
under five feet above the ground, and she has hair like mine, and clothes like mine. Seen her?"
Malk shook her head, "Not seen nobody like that a'round..."
"Oh dear...how about a short boy? About your age? Goldish hair and wearing these old clothes?"
Malk shook her head again, "Say, jist who are ya anyway?"
"Hm?" he blinked. "Oh! My name's Kral, what's yours?"
"Malk."
"Nice to meet you." he smiled. "Are you sure you haven't seen them around?"
"Yup-"
"Waaaaahhhhh!"
They turned to the entrance of the beach, Lerek was leading a preteen girl down to them. She had the
same complexion as Kral and donned a skirt and shirt alike to his outfit.
"Malk!" Lerek cried. "This little girl lost her family and-"
"Majdat!" Kral gaped. "There you are!"
"K-kral!" she cried.
They hugged, then Kral began scoffing at her.
"Are you crying again? Gods, Majdat..." he sighed.
"I-I'm s-sorry!" she wailed. "B-but I was s-scared!"
"Majdat, you're eleven, you're a big girl now." he tsked. "You've gotta stop crying, okay?"
"O-okay..." she sniffled.
"Oh! That worked out nicely!" Lerek grinned his oblivious grin.
"So...who's da other one ya're looking for again?" Malk asked Kral.
"Oh, his name's Salith." Kral said. "He's kind of..."
"He's weird!" Majdat cried.
"Majdat!" her brother scoffed.
Lerek frowned, he tapped Malk's shoulder and whispered something into her ear.
"They feel...weird..." he said.
"Huh? Now that ya mention it..." Malk bit her lip.
The mana exuding from the two strangers was very strange. However, having not much experience in
sensing mana the two half-elves dismissed it. Meanwhile...
"Are you kidding me?"
Regal shook his head, "I'm sorry, Mithos, but I can't provide for you and Sari ALL the time..."
"I know I know!" Mithos sighed. "I'm looking for a job. Just...c'mon, who's going to hire ME? I think
at least half of Tethe'alla knows I'm the 'Leader of Cruxis' by now. Besides, could you imagine what
my resume would be like? 'Former jobs: Age twelve to fourteen, saving the world. Age fourteen to
four-thousand-fourteen, ruling the world. Unemployed since.' Come on, not exactly...credible."
"Good point..." Regal muttered. "Though I know someone who would gladly employ you."
"Who?"
"Seles Wilder." he stated. "After all...heh heh...she'd love an excuse to-."
Mithos glared, "You say another word, and I'll judgment your ass to Derris-Kharlan."
Regal grinned sheepishly, "Just a suggestion..."
--
"Cher'sea! Could you get some water?"
"Sure, Dirk!"
The young Aurion ran out to the well outside. The girl had recovered quite nicely from their last battle,
regardless, Kratos had been watching her closely after Anna's 'warning' of sorts. Dirk had moved in
with them, of course, and he and Lloyd were building a crafting shop beside their home. Lloyd and
Dirk were working on it right that moment actually, and Cheresea and Kratos had been training.
"Here you go." Cheresea smiled, handing her adoptive grandfather the pail.
"Thanks!" the dwarf dumped it on his head.
"..." Cheresea stared. "You definitely are the one who raised Dad..."
"HEY!" Lloyd snapped.
"Cheresea, leave them alone and get back over here."
"Y-yes Grampa!"
Cheresea ran back to her Grandfather, who had been waiting patiently as she accomplished her task.
"Where were we?" Kratos drew his sword. "Ah yes, perform every technique you know."
"Why?"
"To see how properly you can execute it, of course." Kratos stated. "Now...come at me."
"...Right!"
Cheresea drew her sword and assualted her grandfather with every move she had been taught, Kratos
blocked and dodged all of them easily. That is, until the last one.
"HUNTING BEAST!"
Kratos went wide-eyed as he was flung into a nearby tree, before leaping back.
"..." Cheresea gaped. "I...I HIT YOU!"
"..." Kratos looked at Lloyd. "Apparently, I'm not the only one who's been teaching her."
Lloyd rubbed the back of his neck, "Heh heh heh...well...she is my kid you know..."
"WOO! I did it!" Cheresea chirped. "That's the second time in a month! I'm getting good at this!"
Kratos smiled gently, "Don't let it get to your head."
"Heh heh." she grinned. "...Is it lunch time yet?"
Kratos sighed, Lloyd grinned widely.
"That's my girl!" the twin swordsman chirped. "Colette should be getting home soon-"
"I'm home-! WOOPS!"
Colette had toppled over, dropping the bag of groceries she had been toting.
"Oh no! I'm so sorry!" the blonde cried.
"Mom!" Cheresea ran over. "Are you okay?"
The girl helped her mother up, the angel blushed.
"I'm so sorry..." she muttered. "I think I made a mess..."
Kratos picked up the bag of food, he looked in and then shook his head.
"All fragile...Colette..." Kratos tsked.
"I'm s-sorry!" the blonde apologized to her father-in-law.
"Aw man..." Lloyd moaned. "We don't have any food...?"
"Lloyd!" Dirk and Kratos scoffed. "Don't you ever stop thinking with your stomach?!"
The swordsman grimanced, "S...sorry..."
"I'm so sorry!" Colette whimpered. "Now we don't have anything to eat..."
"It's...it's okay Mom. I'll go get some more."
"...I have a better idea." Kratos stated. "Why don't we eat out?"
Everyone gaped at him.
"...What?" the angel asked.
"You're suggesting we do something...fun?" Lloyd asked.
"Woah..." Cheresea gaped.
"..." Kratos sighed. "Why not? I'll pay for it, my treat."
Cheresea raised an eyebrow, "Grampa...? Are you feeling okay?"
"..."
"...Ah...I understand..." Lloyd smiled. "Okay then! Let's go! Dad- Kratos, is paying!"
"Aw right!" Dirk hooted.
"Heh heh." Colette giggled. "Let's go eat then."
The family meandered into town, Cheresea was still looking at her grandfather as if confused.
"Hi, Colette! Lloyd!" a woman waved.
"Hey, Natalie!" Lloyd waved.
"Hi!" Colette waved. "I'm glad we moved back here...everyone knows us, Lloyd. We don't have to put
up with some of the stuff the others do...like getting chased by admirers..."
"Who got chased?" Cheresea asked.
Colette giggled, "The Professor was telling us she was having quite a time dealing with her fanclub..."
"Of course, Chala scared them off." Lloyd laughed.
"She probably would." Cheresea grinned. "Don't tell her I said that, though..."
The family walked into the town's one and only restuarant, which had opened about a year ago. The
Aurion/Irvings walked in to be met by the waitress, Luisa.
"Well well well! If it isn't our local heroes!" she smiled.
"Hi, Luisa!" Colette smiled.
Cheresea looked at her mother and smiled, Colette really had changed since they first meet. The girl's
mother didn't seem to have a trace left of the changes the Nagith forced onto her.
"Family outing?" she smiled. "Okay, I'll take your orders in a minute, please find seats."
Luisa walked off and the family sat themselves down, Dirk however needed to get a booster seat.
Lloyd made the mistake of laughing at his adoptive father, earning a punch from the dwarf and a stern
glare of dissapointment from the red-headed Seraph.
"Hey, Grampa?" Cheresea asked. "Why'd you want us to eat out?"
"...I thought you'd want to." Kratos stated.
"Well, yeah...but why'd you actually suggest it?" the girl asked. "Usually you don't do anything...fun."
"He's proud of you." Lloyd smiled.
"Huh?"
Kratos flushed slightly, giving a rude 'hmph'.
"You got a hit on him, the second time." Lloyd smiled. "He's impressed."
"...Really, Grampa?" Cheresea looked at Kratos.
"...Lloyd, at what age did you actually grow a brain?" Kratos asked.
"HEY!"
"So," Luisa smiled, walking over. "What can I get you all?"
"Taters!" Dirk said.
"Um...Can I have a sandwhich?" Colette asked.
"Steak!" Lloyd grinned.
"I'll have the BBQ combo." Cheresea said.
"I'll just take a yum tea." Kratos stated.
"Oh come on!" Lloyd prodded. "Live a little!"
"Lloyd, I've lived more than a little." Kratos pointed out.
"Hmph, you're no fun."
"Is that all?" Luisa asked. "What about drinks?"
"Lemonade!" Colette and Cheresea said.
"Water's fine." Lloyd said.
"I wanna whiskey!" Dirk said.
"Alcohol? So early?" Kratos tsked.
"I'm old 'nuff ta make my own choices ya know!" the dwarf accussed.
Kratos rolled his eyes as Luisa scribbled down the orders.
"I'll be back in a jiffy!" she smiled as she walked off.
"It was nice of you to take us out, Kratos." Colette smiled.
After a few minutes, the waitress had come back and delivered their meals.
"Have a nice day!" she chirped, then ran off.
"...Tch..." Kratos muttered.
"Don't be grumpy, you're starting to act like Chala." Cheresea huffed.
"Chala acts like Yuan, and Yuan picked it up from me." Kratos countered.
"Speaking of Yuan..." Colette trailed. "Lloyd, have you heard anything from him?"
"Anything about what?" Cheresea asked.
"No, nothing yet." Lloyd answered Colette, ignoring their daughter.
"..." Cheresea's eyes narrowed. "What are you all up to?"
"Um...pardon me?"
They looked up. At their table was a young man, maybe a year younger than Malk. The boy had
golden hair that was cut short at the back, but his bangs were long and shaped the sides of his face.
The boys eyes were a startling green color and his ears were pointed slightly.
"...Hello?" Cheresea said.
"Hi..." he trailed. "Excuse me, but is that man there Kratos Aurion?"
"That's correct, why do you ask?" Kratos looked at him through narrowed eyes.
"...Um..." the boy bit his lip, backing up a step.
"Kratos! You scared him!" Colette scoffed. "Sorry about him, what's your name?"
"My name-? Oh! It's- uh...Salith." the boy stammered.
"...Have...we met?" Cheresea tilted her head to the side.
"Hm? Not that I'm aware of..."
There was a sudden gurgling sound, Salith blushed brightly.
"I-I'm sorry...I didn't eat much this morning..." he muttered.
"..."
Cheresea took a smaller plate and scooped some of her food onto it, she handed it to him.
"What's this?" he blinked.
"Here, I don't like seeing people hungry." Cheresea stated.
The boy gaped at her as if she had just grown another head.
"...For me?" he gaped.
"Uh-huh." Cheresea smiled. "Would you like to join us? You look like you need some fun."
"Cheresea! You can't just go inviting random people to-" Lloyd started.
"Lloyd!" Colette scoffed. "He's hungry! And he looks like he needs it..."
Salith was wearing faded and patched clothes, long sleeved shirt and pants, both white.
"B-but-..." Lloyd paled.
"Lloyd." Colette stated in a final tone.
"...Yes dear..." he sighed.
"Oh...I'm sorry, I should have asked?" Cheresea asked her Grampa.
"...It's usually polite to ask others before inviting another." Kratos stated.
"Oh...I'm sorry...I didn't know..." the girl scratched the back of her neck.
"Hey, it's not your fault...it's not like you grew up knowing that." Lloyd glared at Kratos.
"...Hmph."
"I...don't want to intrude..." Salith blushed faintly.
Cheresea smiled. "It's okay! Mom said you could! Sit down and eat a bit!"
Salith looked at her as if she was some sort of-
"Are you an angel or something?" he asked.
Everyone flinched except for Dirk. (Who currently wasn't sober.)
"What?" Lloyd asked.
"Um...no...why...?" Cheresea trailed.
"I heard stories about angels," he smiled. "That they're beautiful and nice, so I thought you were..."
Cheresea blushed bright red, her cheeks practically burning.
"..." Kratos frowned.
"He...doesn't seem to know about real angels..." Lloyd whispered to his father.
"..." Kratos bit his lip. "That's not possible...everyone knows about angels now, after all that..."
"Um...uh..." Cheresea was blushing furiously. "Please, sit down and eat something, okay?"
Salith smiled. "Thank you so much! ...Are you sure you're not an angel?"
"Of course not! Angels have wings..." she muttered as an afterthought.
"Oh, I forgot, I heard angels have wings." Salith laughed, "Sorry...you're really pretty so I thought-"
Cheresea fell out of her seat, her face as red as Lloyd's shirt.
"S-stop saying that!!" she stammered.
"Hm?" Salith binked oblviously. "I thought that was a compliment...did I say something bad?"
Lloyd and Kratos gaped at the boy. What was he? Lerek's brother or something? They both were
completely oblivious...Salith didn't even seem to realize saying he thought a girl was beautiful at that
age meant they held an attraction to her. Even Colette was suspicious.
"J-just sit down..." Cheresea closed her eyes.
"Oh...thank you." he smiled brightly.
Cheresea jerked. He had the most adorable smile...
"Y-you're w-welcome..." the girl looked away.
Salith sat down and diligently began cutting his food into squares, humming to himself.
What a pecuilar child... Kratos thought.
"Yeah, you can say that again." Lloyd nodded.
Kratos stared at Lloyd.
"...Huh?" Lloyd blinked. "Oh...sorry...sometimes I still have trouble knowing if I 'hear' things or not..."
Kratos nodded, recalling that his son still was a little...strange, after what he had gone through.
Cheresea began to nibble at her meal, eyes on Salith the entire time. Just who was this guy...? Salith,
though obviously hungry, ate his meal slowly and politely.
"So um...where are you from?" Colette asked.
"Me?" Salith blinked. "Um...I'm from...someplace."
"Someplace?" Lloyd raised an eyebrow. "Could you be more specific?"
"Um..No, I can't."
"Why not?" Lloyd glared.
"My friends told me I couldn't say where we were- Oh!" the boy went wide-eyed. "Oh no! My friends!
They should've been here by now! Oh no oh no!"
"Woah woah woah! Calm down, what?" Cheresea asked.
"My friends were suppossed to meet me here..." he whimpered. "I haven't seen them..."
"Your friends?" Cheresea asked. "What do they look like?"
"HOWADY PEOPLES!"
The Aurion's flinched violently, Lloyd swore and Colette braced herself.
"...Hi Malk." Cheresea sighed.
Malk had trod over, grinning brightly.
"Hi ya'll!" the half-elf grinned.
Malk walked over to Cheresea and leaned on her shoulder, not noticing Cheresea had staggered under
the sudden preassure. Kratos silently cursed Pronyma for making that annoying clone.
"Yo, Cher'sea, I need ya help." Malk stated. "Ree-gal asked mah to bring these two ta ya."
Before anyone could inquire, Malk spotted Salith. Malk smirked slyly.
"Aw...Cher'sea? Who's THIS?" she grinned. "Ya boyfriend? 'Es cute, ain't he?"
"WHAT?!" Cheresea roared. "MALK! HE IS NOT-!"
"Salith!"
Kral and Majdat had caught up to Malk, then spotted the blonde boy at the table.
"There you are!" Salith smiled. "I was so worried!"
"You were supposed to be at that other place!" Majdat roared.
"Huh? But she told me to go here..."
Kral looked at the Aurions. Lloyd and Colette were gaping in the newcomers in horror.
"They're..." Colette trailed.
"You! You're from the Nagith!" Lloyd shouted.
All eyes were on Kral and his sister. Majdat whimpered and hid behind her brother.
"..." Kral's gray eyes steeled. "And is that a problem?"
Mithos: First chapter and you leave them with a cliffhanger!?
Lloyd: You're EVIL!
Me: What? What?
Lloyd: And what's with the new ocs?! Three in one chapter?!
Mithos: That's fifteen...sixteen counting Luisa
Me: So? I hate Abigal and Shana, barely use Tepha and Luisa, Rafei is a CAT, so it's eleven.
Lloyd: You're in WAY over your head...
Mithos: And...is it just me, or do Salith and Cheresea kinda...? Have a...?
Lloyd: Oh no. Oh hell no.
Me: We'll just have to see...(Grins evilly)
Cherthe fans: YOU'D BETTER NOT BE-! HELL NO!
Me: We'll just have to seeeeee!
