Disclaimers: Muse, did you check the couch? How about the bottom of my purse? Nope, no money found. Supernatural characters were not harmed in the writing of this piece of fiction. Sorry guys, no money made in using these characters either. Supernatural and the CW are still raking it in. Thanks for asking.
All I Want To Do Is Make Love To You
Heart
It was a rainy night when he came into sight
Standing by the road, no umbrella, no coat
So I pulled up along side and I offered him a ride
It figured my luck. It was cold as hell and pissing down rain so hard that I could barely see through the windshield. My mind was barely on my driving. So much so that it was just sheer dumb luck that I didn't hit him.
He trudged through the pouring rain. Dark hair plastered to his head, hung low against the driving rain. For a moment I even considered leaving him out there but I wouldn't leave my worst enemy out in this weather. I flipped a U-Turn and went back for him.
"Need a lift," I yelled through the window.
His narrow, lean face swung around in my direction. "Yeah." He yelled back suddenly straightening from the slouch that he'd been walking in.
I felt a brief stab of fear at his size but he gave me a dimpled grin and loped across the deserted street. I flipped the lock as he tossed his things into the back seat. He slid in next to me with a rush of wind and rain.
He accepted with a smile so we drove for a while
I didn't ask him his name, this lonely boy in the rain
Fate tell me it's right, is this love at first sight
"Thanks for stopping," he said with a friendly grin, his dimples once again on display for my enjoyment.
"What are you doing out in this weather," I asked as I pulled back on to the road.
He sighed for a moment and glanced out the window.
"On my way to school," he told me quietly. His words held a private pain. He shifted a little in his seat.
"School," I raised an eyebrow at him. He looked like he was still in high school but we still had a few weeks before classes started.
"College," he glanced sideways at me almost shyly. "I got a ride to Stanford." There was a faint note of satisfaction in his voice.
"Wow,' I grinned at him. "Prestigious."
"Not too bad considering," suddenly he was all dimpled smiles again.
"Considering?" He hesitated a moment with a frown. "That I'm hitching across country to get there," he finally finished.
"Your family couldn't help you?"
"I wouldn't have made it this far without them."
Please don't make it wrong, just stay for the night
All I wanna do is make love to you
Say you will you want me too
All I wanna do is make love to you
I've got lovin' arms to hold on to
There was a sadness about him that tugged at my heart. He shifted a little as his shivering finally began to ease. He was quiet and self-contained. He was friendly enough when I spoke to him but didn't volunteer information.
He asks me to pull into an old motel. He grabbed his things as I parked. I watched as he did a quick count to make sure that he had everything.
"Thanks, again." He nearly bent himself in half to speak to me through the open window. The rain had finally stopped but the air was still heavy with more rain to come.
"Sure," I smiled up at him. "You take care of yourself."
He ducked his head with a faint blush. "I always do," he actually winked at me and was gone.
So we found this hotel, it was a place I knew well
We made magic that night. Oh, he did everything right
He brought the woman out of me, so many times, easily
And in the morning when he woke all I left him was a note
I sat in the car watching him through the window of the office. I was so lost. Everything came crashing down around my ears and all I could do was stare at this beautiful child/man. I pulled myself free of my seatbelt and all but stumbled out of the car drawing in a raged breath.
"Hey."
His hand settled lightly on my shoulder as I struggled to regain my composure, to still the panic.
"Are you okay?"
His voice was soft with concern. I made the mistake of looking into his stormy blue eyes. Eyes that only held worry. He worried for me. I didn't think. I just reacted.
My lips settled over his in a light caress. For a moment our breaths mingled. He froze under my mouth. I pulled back feeling the bitter sting of rejection and shame.
"Oh god," I stammered. "I'm so…"
I told him I am the flower you are the seed
We walked in the garden we planted a tree
Don't try to find me, please don't you dare
Just live in my memory, you'll always be there
Whatever I was going to say next was swept away under the assault of his lips. He danced his mouth across mine, a damp flicker of his tongue. First asking, then demanding entry that I was only too willing to give him. Gone was the shy boy that I'd shared my car with.
His large hands reached up to gently cup my face. His thumb against my cheek was a gentle caress against the urgent demand of his mouth. He stole my breath way until all I could do was moan against his onslaught. He eased back taking in my flushed face.
"You could," he cleared his throat and glanced around for a moment.
"What room?"
He led the way. His backpack slung over one shoulder, leaving his other hand free for his duffle. He silently let us into the room.
"If this is," he cleared his throat. "I mean…"
"I want to make love with you," I whispered and stepped into his space.
All I wanna do is make love to you
One night of love was all we knew
All I wanna do is make love to you
I've got lovin' arms to hold on to
Oh, oooh, we made love
Love like strangers
All night long
We made love
If he had any hesitation they had died when my hand slid over the smooth clean lines of his face. I threaded my fingers through his rich dark curls to pull his mouth against mine.
He was sly. With every stroke of his hands another article of clothing disappeared. I pulled back and gasped in shock to find myself pressed bare skin to bare skin. Teeth scrapped my throat as I was being lifted. My legs automatically wrapped around his lean waist. He was strong enough to carry me as if I weighed nothing.
My over heated skin hit the coolness of the bed quickly followed by the heated press of his large body. I expected him to be clumsy. He wasn't. I expected him to be rushed. He wasn't I expected him to be unsure but he knew what he was doing.
He gave me what I needed. He answered my moans with tender teeth and lips across my body. He made me moan my pleasure. Sob through my completion. Left me aching with my needs. There was nothing left for me except the feel and taste of his skin.
He rewrote reality with a hard snap of his hips that made me claw at the taunt muscles of his shoulders and back. The steady pounding of his hips became the world. The sounds of his gasp and groan the music to which we danced.
It was a dance that neither of us was able to break away from through the night. We'd reach for each other to tease and torment. I burned his face into my memory as he lay under me. His eyes dark and shinning, the cords of his neck stood out in stark relief. His lips twisted in a feral grimace, evidence of his pleasure. His large hands teased and tormented my breast. Our hips moving together until we were both too sore to move, to sated to do anything more than to curl against each other.
That was the memory that I carried with me. My secret that I'd pull out in the dark days ahead, when the weight of what I'd done came back to torment me. He'd lived on inside of me. For months I'd feel him beating just under my heart.
Then it happened one day, we came round the same way
You can imagine his surprise when he saw his own eyes
Eating at fast food restaurants was never a pleasure. They were filled with noise and chaos. Things that I tried to keep out of my life. This time was different at least I had live entertainment. My attention had been drawn to the guys standing at the counter.
One had leaned against the counter. His dark hair cropped close to his head. The severity of his cut highlighted his high cheekbones and slender nose. He flirted with the counter girl with a practiced ease. He flashed a charming smile that made her giggle and blush.
His friend never turned around. His dark head reminded me of someone. Maybe it was in the quiet murmurs of his soft voice as he teased his friend. There was something familiar about him, something that I couldn't put my finger on.
It wasn't until the counter girl went to put their order together and he turned around that it all came flooding back to me, the scent of his skin, how he stroked me through the night.
His friend caught me staring and nudged him. Drawing his attention to where I sat with our daughter. He glanced at me curiously. A faint frown formed as he gaze swept over me. Time had given his lean face maturity. His eyes drifted past me to the center of my world. His eyes took her in with the same curiosity, until something snapped in his eyes. His gaze hardened as he moved towards our table.
I said please, please understand
I'm in love with another man
And what he couldn't give me
was the one little thing that you can
"Sam?"
He ignored him to stand in front of me with accusations in his eyes.
"You just left."
It wasn't a question. It was an accusation of my crime.
"I had too," I fought to keep the tremor out of my voice.
"Why?" He demanded. "I looked for you but you were just gone."
"I'd asked you not to," I dropped my eyes away from the guarded look in his eyes.
Emma smiled up at the stranger suddenly in her midst. She offered him a French fry with a baby chubby hand and a dimpled smile. Her dark curls tumbled over her forehead with wild abandon.
He reached out and lightly touched the dark curls with a trembling hand.
"Oh my god," he whispered. He knew.
"God, please," I gripped his hand in panic and glanced around. This was a small town. Everyone knew everyone's business.
His face tightened in anger and frustration. I scrambled to gather up our things. My thoughts and pulse were racing a mile a minute.
"You have to forget that you ever saw us," I muttered as I swept Emma's lunch into a bag. His companion strolled over with an easy smile. His green eyes full of questions.
"Forget?"
His voice was full of shock, confusion, and hints of anger. I picked up my daughter and held her close and took a deep breath.
"You gave me something that,' I paused. "She's everything," I rested my nose against the baby softness of her neck. "I can't regret that night. I won't but you have to forget about her."
"She's my daughter," he growled out softly.
"No," I backed away from his anger and the shock look on the other man's face.
"Dude," he sputtered. "What the hell?"
"She has a father," I told him. "Had a father, who loved her more than life its self. That's what you gave me, peace of mind."
I turned and rushed out of the restaurant. Determined to regain my composure before I broke down and cried. I snapped Emma in with frantic fingers and scrambled to pull out before he could follow. He stood watching us leave.
All I wanna do is make love to you
One night of love was all we knew
All I want to do is make love to you
Come on, say you will, you want me too
All I wanna do is make love to you
One night of love was all we knew
All I want to do is make love to you
Say you will, you want me too
All night long ...
