(Now Ulrich is ready to face the most Diabolical villain he's ever met, Franz Hopper the being of Darkness.)

Where we last left off, Ulrich defeated the possessed William and used his Dark Keyblade to release Yumi's heart, upon doing so turned him into a Heartless, but that was the least of their worries for Franz Hopper in his true form appeared and tried to finish was his pawn was meant to do, unfortunately the little essence of William held him back long enough for Yumi to escape with Jeremie and Odd. When they reached the Entrance Hall they ran into a Heartless, but Yumi could tell that it was Ulrich, wishing he could return to normal Ulrich's body was restored, so they went back to help the princesses seal the Final Keyhole with the aid of Leon and the others of Traverse Town. With the Final Keyhole sealed, Ulrich must now finish Franz Hopper before the world is swallowed up by Darkness.

We now find Ulrich taking Yumi to the secret waterway for safety and so he could talk to her.

"Uh guys, give us some space." Ulrich said to his boys.

"Right." Jeremie said leaving.

"Take all the time you need." Odd added hoping to get a blush out of them.

"Don't listen to them." Jeremie said.

So Ulrich and Yumi noticed a light on the wall that turned into a Navi-Gummi.

"A light at the end of the tunnel..." Yumi began.

"Oh, your grandma's story, right?" Ulrich asked.

"That's right. We were together." Yumi said.

"You know what's funny?" Ulrich asked, "I looked everywhere for you, but you were with me all along. Finally, we're together, Yumi. Now, it's time to get William back.

"But you think it'll ever be the same again between us?" she asked, "I mean William's lost his..."

"When I turned into a Heartless, you saved me, remember?"

In Ulrich's memory...

"I was lost in the darkness. I couldn't find my way. As I stumbled through the dark, I started forgetting things-my friends, who I was. The darkness almost swallowed me. But then I heard your voice-your voice."

The memory ended.

"You brought me back." He said thanking her.

"I didn't want to just forget about you, Ulrich. I couldn't."

"That's it!" he burst, "Our hearts are connected. And the light from our hearts broke through the darkness. I saw that light. I think that's what saved me. No matter how deep the darkness, a light shines within. I guess it's more than just a fairy tale."

"Well, let's go." Yumi said

"But you can't go." Ulrich butted in.

"Why not?" She asked disappointed

"Because it's way too dangerous." He said

"Come on, Ulrich. We made it this far by sticking together. You can't go alone."

"Yumi, even if we're apart, we're not alone anymore. Right?" He asked.

"So you're saying I can't help?"

"No offense but you'd kind of be in my way." He said hoping not to get a clonk on the head.

"Okay. You win this one." Yumi said and reached into her pocket and pulled out a star shaped item she created and gave it to him, "Take this. It's my lucky charm. Be sure to bring it back to me." She commanded.

"Don't worry. I will." He promised

"Promise?" she asked

"Promise." He promised holding out his pinky finger, and they did a pinky promise.

"Don't ever forget. Wherever you go, I'm always with you." She said to Ulrich as he left to join his friends.

Ulrich received Oathkeeper key chain. After that, Ulrich's group proceeds to the First District and talks to Cid.

"So you found the Gummi?" Cid asked.

"Right here Cid." He said holding out the Gummi.

"Al right wait here and I'll fix up the ship." He said leaving the group and coming back later, "It's installed, so get going and good luck." He patted Ulrich on the back and him and his group took off to find Franz Hopper.

Elsewhere in Darkness we see William wandering around with only his footsteps making noise, until he dropped to his knees.

"Is this… the afterlife?" he asked himself looking around, until tears started coming down his face, "Ulrich…Yumi… I'm so sorry… If only I could see you two again."

Suddenly a voice called out to him.

'William, can you hear me?'

"Who's there?" he asked.

'Your heart defeated the darkness, but you lost your body.' The voice began, 'That's why your heart was left behind on this side of the darkness.'

William stood up and looked around to see the source of the voice but saw nothing.

'You acquired the other Keyblade-on this side.'

"Keyblade?" He asked.

'Yes, to close the door of darkness from both sides, you need two keys and two hearts.'

"And you want me to be that other heart huh?" he asked.

'Maybe you were destined to come here just like me.'

Meanwhile back in the real world, we see the group landing in the final dimension which was all one little world practically ready to tumble on its axis.

"Whoa, is that all that's left of the worlds taken by the Heartless?" Odd asked looking around the place

"Those worlds will be restored if we beat Franz Hopper, right?" Ulrich asked his companions.

"You bet." Jeremie replied.

"But if we do beat him and all these worlds become restored and disconnected, what's gonna happen to this place? And to us?" Ulrich asked sounding like they'll die.

"Well, uh..." Jeremie tried to find the right words

"Well this is a Heartless world, so maybe it'll just disappear." Odd said.

"Huh?" his companions asked.

"But no worries. Even if this place goes poof, our hearts ain't goin' anywhere. I'm sure we'll find our pals again. Yep, I just know that we will." Odd said with no worries.

"Yeah, you're right." Ulrich said with a smile and looks at the lucky charm that Yumi gave him. "I'll return this. I promise."

Ulrich's group proceeds to the next area. In the next area...

"Now I wonder where that Franz Hopper guy went?" Odd asked.

"Dive into the most dangerous place and we'll find him!" Jeremie recommended.

Ulrich's group then reached another area where they fight series of Heartless from previous worlds. And after the first barrage of Heartless they were already worn out.

"Looks like every area is dangerous!" Ulrich said breathing for air.

"Hey what's that?" Jeremie asked pointing to some thin smoke erupting from the ground.

Ulrich step forward to take a look at it, "It's some kind of smoke." He said touching the smoke and he peeked his head in and saw Traverse Town. "Traverse Town."

"And there's Konoha." Jeremie said looking at another.

"This place is like a prison for worlds." Odd said.

Soon they traveled through the portals until they made it to a doorway, but before Ulrich could open it

"Huh?" Ulrich gasped.

"What's wrong?" Jeremie asked.

"Don't you hear something? There!" Ulrich shouted

'Careful. This is the last haven you'll find here. Beyond, there is no light to protect you. But don't be afraid. Your heart is the mightiest weapon of all. Remember, you are the one who will open the door to the light.'

"I don't hear anything." Jeremie said.

"Strange... That voice was so familiar. Maybe it's just my imagination." Ulrich said

"Maybe you'd better take a rest!" Jeremie suggested.

"No way, it's time to end this!" Ulrich commanded as he opens the door to an area that resembles Kadic Academy.

"Is this... Is this my home?" Ulrich asked himself.

"Well where do we start looking?" Odd asked.

"There!" Ulrich pointed to his secret spot. Ulrich's group approaches the area where the Secret Area used to be, until...

'This world has been connected.' Franz Hopper's voice echoed throughout the place.

The objects on the Academy start to disappear.

"Guys what was that?" Odd asked feeling scared.

'Tied to the darkness...soon to be completely eclipsed. There is so very much to learn.'

The ocean turned from sparkling blue to black.

"Whoa, the waters turning black?!" odd cried.

'You understand so little. A meaningless effort. One who knows nothing can understand nothing.'

The place changed and looked like a complete wasteland. They looked around to find the source of his voice until Ulrich looked into the distance and saw William in his dark form looking out into the black sea. So they raced to him only to hear Franz Hopper's voice coming out of the body.

"Take a look at this tiny place." William's body began with Franz Hopper's voice, "To the heart seeking freedom this island is a prison surrounded by water. And so this boy sought to escape from his prison. He sought a way to cross over into other worlds. And he opened his heart to darkness." He finished turning to face the heroes and then revealed his true form.

"William!" Ulrich cried.

"Don't bother. Your voice can no longer reach him where he is." Franz Hopper began, "His heart belongs again to darkness. All worlds begin in darkness, and all so end. The heart is no different. Darkness sprouts within it, it grows, consumes it. Such is its nature. In the end, every heart returns to the darkness whence it came!" He then appeared in midair floating behind Ulrich's group. "For you see, darkness is the heart's true essence." He pumped his arm up.

"That's not true!" Ulrich snapped.

"You deny it?" Franz Hopper asked.

"I admit the heart may be weak. And sometimes it may even give in." Ulrich began, "But I've learned that deep down, there's a light that never goes out!"

Franz Hopper rises up a little and crossed his arms in disappointment. "So, you have come this far and still you understand nothing. Every light must fade, every heart return to darkness!" He shouted as some dark figure appeared behind him.

"All right guys, no mercy, YAHHH!" Ulrich shouted a battle cry as him and his team charged at him.

"Come Guardian!" Franz commanded and the creature shield him form their attacks.

"We have to attack while that thing isn't blocking." Jeremie told them.

"Sounds like a plan!" Odd shouted readying his arm shooter, "Laser Arrows!" he shouted as he fired arrows at Franz in his arm.

"Direct hit!" Ulrich cheered.

Franz just looked at his arm and pulled the arrows out with ease, "Not good enough." He replied.

"Then try this on for size!" Jeremie cried launching fire at Franz.

"You insolent little!" Franz began but was whacked by the Keyblade and Ulrich.

"That was for threatening my friend." Ulrich began and then charged at Franz for another blow, "And this is for William!"

Franz then took the blow pretty hard, but still showed no sign of giving in. "You still confused?" he asked Ulrich, "Then perhaps this will enlighten you!" he said as the whole place faded into Darkness.

Soon our three heroes found themselves floating in Darkness and they looked ahead and saw a giant white door in the distance.

"What's that?" Ulrich asked.

Suddenly Franz's voice echoed throughout the Darkness.

"Behold the endless abyss!" Franz began, "Within lies the heart of all worlds: Kingdom Hearts!"

"Kingdom Hearts?" Odd asked.

"The Heart of all worlds?" Jeremie asked.

"Look as hard as you are able. You'll not find even the smallest glimmer of light. From those dark depths are all hearts born. Even yours." Franz began, and Ulrich looked up and saw him perching on top of a battleship composed of darkness. "Darkness conquers all worlds!" he ranted.

Then Ulrich and his friends began falling into Darkness until someone gave some words of wisdom to Ulrich.

'Giving up already?' William asked, 'Come on, Ulrich. I thought you were stronger than that.'

"I'll show you how strong I am William!" Ulrich cried as he activated his hover soles and flew into the air followed by Jeremie and Odd. "Al right guys this is it, for Yumi, for William, for the King, for all worlds!" Ulrich shouted readying his Keyblade, "CHARGE!"

"We're with ya!" Jeremie shouted holding his staff.

"Yeah, so let's get him!" Odd shouted reloading his arrows.

So they flew at Franz who attacked them with a lance weapon.

"Laser Arrows!" Odd shouted firing arrows at Franz who deflected them with his lance.

"Still lame tactic." Franz replied.

"I'll show you lame!" Odd shouted, "Now Jeremie!" he commanded.

"Roger!" Jeremie said firing numerous magic spells at him giving Odd time to launch his arrows and this time Franz couldn't block them.

"This is for all the trouble you've caused to worlds everywhere!" Ulrich shouted slashing Franz with the Keyblade.

"Why do you even care about what happens?" Franz began, "You who were just an normal little boy who knew nothing and still knows nothing decide to help people you barely even know?"

"That's simple, you messed up my world and I wanna help these guys get our worlds back!" Ulrich shouted to him.

"That's touching but dumb." Franz replied.

"I'll show you dumb!" Ulrich cried slashing at Franz more and more until he looked like he was beginning to run out of energy.

"You really shouldn't use up too much energy like that." Franz said.

"Hand on Ulrich, Cure-." Jeremie began but him and Odd were knocked away by Franz darkness blasts.

"Looks like you're on your own now boy."

"You're wrong Franz, I'm never alone." Ulrich began, "Everywhere I've gone, everyone I've met, their spirits reside in me, and that's where truth strength come from, "Friendship!" he shouted as a strange light surrounded him.

Meanwhile back in worlds like Traverse Town, Konoha, China, Jump City, Amity Park, everywhere Ulrich traveled to, their residents saw a light beacon in the sky, and they knew where it was coming from.

In Konoha Naruto and Sasuke got down on one knee and a light shinned out of them and shot into the beacon. Meanwhile the same thing happened everywhere else, Omi, Rai, and Clay did the same as the ninja's flowed by the KND, Danny, Sam, and Tucker, Ben, Gwen, Max, even the Teen titans.

"Take whatever power our spirits can provide Ulrich." Leon said.

"Use my light Ulrich." Yumi said.

"Good Luck Ulrich." Naruto said.

"We believe in you Ulrich." Sasuke said.

"Do it for all of us Ulrich." Numbuh 1 said.

"Save our world Ulrich." Rai said.

"You can do it Ulrich." Robin said.

"Don't mess this up Ulrich." Ben said.

Soon everyone's light transferred into Ulrich and he powered up the Keyblade.

"What's happening?" Franz asked in fear.

"Sorry Franz, but your time is up!" Ulrich shouted as he swung his Keyblade back and launched a beam of light from it and it struck Franz destroying the battleship

"We did it!" Odd cheered.

"Wait look!" Jeremie cried pointing to Franz Hopper who was weakened but still alive.

"It is futile." Franz said weakly, "The Keyblade alone cannot seal the door to darkness." He said turning to Kingdom Hearts and reached for it, "Kingdom Hearts! Fill me with the power of darkness..." Kingdom Hearts' doors open with dark smoke coming out. "Yes, Supreme Darkness..."

"You're wrong Franz Hopper.' Ulrich began, "I know now, without a doubt. Kingdom Hearts...is light!" he shouted

Light emerged from Kingdom Hearts doors. The lights illuminate Franz Hopper weakening him.

"Wha- Lights?" Franz said in pain, "But why...?" he asked as his body disappeared for good.

Ulrich and his friends floated down when they realized what happens.

"Wow!" Jeremie and Odd said in awe.

"That bright light is what really lies in everyone's hearts." Ulrich said to the dead Franz Hopper proving his point.

With Kingdom Hearts' doors partially open, Ulrich's group approaches them and begins closing it.

"Come on!" Ulrich cried as they tried to push the gates shut.

"Man this thing weighs a ton!" Odd strained as he stopped to look inside.

"Stop staring and keep pushing!" Jeremie commanded until he looked in, "Huh?"

Suddenly, Jeremie and Odd saw more Heartless through the doors of Kingdom Hearts.

"The Heartless!?" They shouted in unison.

"Hurry!" Jeremie cried.

"I can't..." Ulrich said negatively.

Just then a pair of hands grabbed the gate from the inside of Kingdom Hearts.

"Don't give up!" A voice called form inside Kingdom Hearts.

Ulrich gasped as he saw William trying to help them close the gate from the inside.

"Come on, Ulrich! Together, we can do it!" William encouraged him.

"Okay!" Ulrich agreed as the boys tried to close it

Ulrich's group and William tries harder to close the doors, but the Heartless are approaching.

"Oh it's hopeless!" Jeremie cried.

"Not yet it's not!" a voice called from inside Kingdom Hearts.

Suddenly, the Heartless was eliminated one by one. Then, Odd and Jeremie saw something bright coming out, suddenly someone leaped up, it was what appeared to be a teenager the size of a small boy, he had spiky hair composed of the colors red, black, and yellow, his clothing included blue pants, and a jacket, under his jacket was a black shirt, and hanging around his neck was an upside down golden pyramid with an Anubis Eye Symbol on it.

"Your Majesty!" Jeremie and Odd cried.

"That's your king?" Ulrich asked.

King Yugi raised his own Keyblade high, "Now, Ulrich! Let's close this door for good!" he commanded

"Close it, quick!" Jeremie commanded Ulrich.

"But what'll happen to you two?" he asked.

"Don't worry." Yugi began, "There will always be a door to the light."

"Ulrich, you can trust King Yugi." Odd assured him.

"Now your majesty!" William cried, "They're coming!"

"Jeremie, Odd, thank you." King Yugi said to his comrades.

Ulrich's group closes the doors. But just before they shut.

"Ulrich, I have one last request of you." William asked, "Take care of Yumi."

"Can do Willy." Ulrich joked as he and his group close the door.

Then, Ulrich and Yugi uses their Keyblade to make Kingdom Hearts disappear. He then flashbacks about all the fun times he's had with William back at Kadic as well as the number of times they competed against each other to prove who's the best. After that has been done, Ulrich saw Yumi, who is about to go back to her world. Jeremie tried to follow Ulrich, but Odd stopped Jeremie before he could do anything. Ulrich runs to Yumi.

"Yumi!" Ulrich cried running to her.

"Ulrich!" she cried as he reached her.

"How'd you get here?" he asked.

"I don't know, one moment I was with—Ah!" she cried as the surface below them began to separate raising Ulrich up while Yumi remained down, but they still held hands.

"Yumi. Remember what you said before?" he asked, "I'm always with you, too. I'll come back to you. I promise!" he promised

"I know you will!" she cried.

Ulrich and Yumi unable to hold each other's hand any longer. Once they're let go of, Yumi is separated.

Yumi turns and notices Kadic returning to normal

Yumi looks up in the sky as all the stars returning which means all the worlds have been restored as well.

When the Academy returns to normal Yumi enters the Secret Area to remember the scribbles she and Ulrich did.

The daily things
that keep us all busy
all confusing me that's when u came to me and said,
Wish i could prove i love you
but does that mean i have to walk on water?
When we are older you'll understand
It's enough when i say so,
And maybe some things are that simple

When she saw the scribble of her and Ulrich giving a star to her, Ulrich appeared scribbling and looked at Yumi smiled before he disappeared.

Yumi smiled and tears came out of her eyes as she remembers this. Then we now see the same scribbles, but this time, another star was shown and given to Ulrich.

Regardless of warnings the future doesn't scare me at all
Nothing's like before

We now see at King Yugi's castle, Queen Isis and Aelita are reading a letter from Jeremie and Odd. While back in the Hallow Bastion Library Leon is discussing to the girls about what to do to restore their home until Cid came in with Cloud who looked at Aerith and gave him the exact look in return, While at Geppetto's Pinocchio has turned into a real boy and jump around in excitement while his father beamed with happiness. Back in Konoha Sakura runs to her team and embraces Sasuke who was clearly embarrassed, she then turned to Naruto with his head hung over feeling left out, so she smiled and embraced him to, which made him feel better. And in China Kimiko runs to her friends and embraces them all and pulls Rai into a passionate kiss while Dojo tried to cover his eyes, but peaked a little, all were unaware of someone watching them and flew off using an object on his back. While back at Kadic, Herb and Nicholas were fooling around while Sissi sat back and watched them make fools of themselves. Then we see the remaining Princesses of Hearts: Frankie Foster, Renee Roberts, Motoko Ayoama, and Kari Kamiya presenting themselves.

Then later on we see Ulrich's group with Jeremie and Odd in casual attire walking on the road while Ulrich had his hands on the back of his head relaxing.

"Well, now what do we do guys?" Jeremie asked.

"We've gotta find William and King Yugi." Ulrich answered.

"But, uh, where do we start lookin' for that door to the light?" Odd asked.

Ulrich's group looks down as if clueless. Then, Ulrich saw Kiwi appeared with something he's holding in his mouth.

"Kiwi?" Jeremie asked.

"Hey, Kiwi. Where've you been boy?"

Jeremie looked at what Kiwi had in his mouth "Hey!"

Odd looked and saw the note with the Anubis Eye seal on it "Hey, that's the king's seal!"

"Hey, have you seen King Yugi?" Ulrich asked Kiwi

Pluto leads the way by running.

"Guys, let's go!" Ulrich cried.

Ulrich's group ran after Kiwi who is showing the direction as their adventure is to be continued. While a voice was heard from the sky but the group was unaware of it.

'Remember, Ulrich. You are the one who will open the door to the light.'

(Finally I'm done, it took me all summer to write this, and might take me longer to do Chain of Memories or 2, so I'm holding off on those two.)
