Big Battle!

S.P.F. vs. TSD

Oh yeah, now we’re getting somewhere! After meeting up with Dan, we got into the inner area of the fortress, and found the lab where the others were in danger of getting mind-controlled. But we managed to subdue the security system that Dr. Graymatter set for us, and with shocking results, managed to free Chun-Li from her thought control prison! Now after finding our way out, we set out to get Bison and Edge!

Part 1

Bison: “Hmm… soon victory will be ours…”

Edge: “Yeah, that sounds good! So, uh, what’s your plan again?”

Bison: “With the added assistance of Ryu, Ken, and those other individuals, along with… the others…”

Edge: “You mean… them?”

Bison: “Yes. As I was saying, with all their power behind me…”

Edge: “This world will be a snap to conquer! Ha, ha, ha!”

Bison: “It’s a shame Shadow Lady had already dispatched that T person…”

Edge: “So what?! That twerp and his misfit band of goody-goodies wrecked my plans!”

Bison: “I’d have liked to test his skill one last time…”

Edge: “But that was in the past! It must’ve been a while since those brats have seen him, and by now, they probably have a ‘different way of thinking about him’ now!”

Bison: “Most likely, yes…”

Dan: “Man, I am beat!”

T: “Please try and keep up, Dan. I know that fight tired you out, but we gotta keep going!”

Sakura: “You sure we can’t just leave him here?”

Cotton the Bunny: “(Be nice, Sakura!)”

Sakura: “I’m just joking!”

Morrigan: “Say T, about that man in the lab coat…”

T: “You mean Graymatter? What about him?”

Morrigan: “Clearly he seems to be frazzled about something.”

Cotton: “(How can you tell?)”

Ken: “Look at the way he’s running! Looks like he had the crap scared outta him!”

T: “And I bet I know why! We’re comin’ after his boss and that Bison, so they can get what they’re owed!”

Ryu: “A beatdown?”

T: “Nothing but! Let’s go!”

We ran off, following the distressed Doc.

Bison: “Ah yes… their power is better than I thought.”

Edge: “I can hardly wait to…”

Graymatter: “S-sir! Sir!”

The Doc an up to Edge, out of breath.

Edge: “Hey, I thought you were back at the lab! What do you want?”

Graymatter: “It’s…(huff) It’s about…(puff) about T…(wheeze) T is…”

Edge: “What about T! He’s gone now!”

Graymatter: “T is… alive!”

Edge: “WHAT?!?”

WHAT?!?

WHAT?!?

WHAT?!?

Edge’s shocked yell echoed through the whole area!

Edge: “(Freaked out) W-what are ya saying, man?!? Where is he? Where is he???”

Ryu: “He’s right here.”

Edge: “What?!”

Bison: “Hm?”

The others, standing in front of me, stood aside to let me stand in front.

Edge: “I don’t believe this! Didn’t that Shadow lady chick get you?”

Chun-Li: “Do you mean me?”

Bison: “So, you got her back to normal, did you?”

Graymatter: “That’s not the half of it! They trounced my A.R.G.U.S. security, but before that, that… that…”

He pointed at Dan.

Graymatter: “That… bumbling fool destroyed the Mind Manipulator!”

Bison: “That’s a minor setback… but I still have the power I need…”

Edge: “What? Hey, that’s the same guy that set off my big bomb and kept me from destroying them all!”

Sakura: “What did he say?”

Chun-Li: “So Dan did help us back then…”

Dan: “Told ya!”

Edge: “How is it you keep on coming back? Why are you always thwarting my plans?!”

Cotton: “(That’s just the way it is! You never should’ve become a bad guy in the first place! Right, T? Uhh, T?)”

Chun-Li: “He’s spacing out again… did we find another of his friends belongings?”

Tessa: “In your absence, we’ve found quite a few. But he isn’t holding one…”

Sakura: “So why won’t he respond?”

Felicia: “Look!!!”

Felicia pointed forward and they found the answer. I had stopped because in the first time in a while, I saw people with familiar features… one with spiky hair, one with green hair, another with blue hair, and one holding a pink hammer… oh, you know who I’m referring to! They were all looking in our direction.

T: “I… finally found…”

Ryu: “Is that them?”

Hsien-ko: “(Takes a look at my picture album) Yep, it’s them!”

Yep, all nine were standing right there; Eiji, Kayin, Sofia, Ellis, Tracy, Sho, Sean, Rick, and T-na!!! And they all looked perfectly okay! Except…

Eiji had no headband…

Kayin’s cross pendant was gone…

With nothing to hold her ponytail, Sofia’s hair was down… looked kinda nice, though…

Ellis’ dress was lacking a pretty bow…

How could Tracy even call herself a cop if she had no badge?

Sho didn’t look as intimidating without his cape…

Sean and Rick’s heads were looking kinda lonely without their respective caps…

And like me, T-na is nearsighted, but where was her glasses?

All the items they needed were stowed away safely in my bag, but I lost track of that for a moment…

Bison: “What’s this, a reunion? I assume you know these children?”

T: “(With a sudden frown) Silence goob! I’ll deal with you later! Now then…”

As the smile returned to my face, I walked slowly towards them. Suddenly…

ZAP!

Sofia fired a thunderbolt, which landed near my feet!

T: “Yow! Oh, there must’ve been something there… Hey! Wait! Waaaaaaaaaaait a minute!”

Hsien-ko: “Something wrong, T?”

That’s when I realized…

T: “Back at the Organization base, she did the exact same thing… then that’s when I was told that they were being controlled! If that’s the case… (Sigh) Okay…”

I walked up to them as they stood there, as everyone stood in their tracks!

T: “Alright, where are they? Where’s the Soul-Control Apparatus? Come out, Come out, wherever you are!”

I jumped from left to right, looking at each of their backs, cause that’s where they were last time.

Sakura: “Should he… really be jumping around them like that? Won’t they get mad?”

Tessa: “It already seems they don’t look too happy to see him.”

T: “Alright Doc!”

I grabbed Graymatter by the collar.

T: “Spit it out! There’s gotta be some way you’re controlling them!”

Graymatter: “N-no! Honest! I don’t have anything to do with this!”

T: “Ah, you’re all talk this time…”

I tossed him aside and stood in front of Sofia. I put my hand on her shoulder and said,

T: “Well, it doesn’t look like they’re controlling you. Maybe they ambushed you on the way to the tourney. Let’s go kick the tar outta them, and then go home.”

And that’s when things turned weird.

Sofia: “What are you talking about?”

She knocked my hand away!

Sofia: “I would never help an evil person like you!”

T: “What?”

Sofia: “I know it was you! You stole my memory!”

T: “What the heck are you saying? Guys, are you hearing this?”

Ellis: “Shut up! Tell me what you did with my father! Where is he?!”

T: “Aw Ellis, not you too… Hey Eiji, did these two bonk their heads or something?”

Eiji: “So you’ve finally decided to show your face, you coward!”

Sho: “We’ve been training for this day…”

Kayin: “So now we can pay you back for all those crimes you caused!”

Tracy: “Your next stop’s a jail cell!”

Rick: “You’re gonna get it for trying to misuse my family’s Magic Power, just because you wanted to screw with the weather!”

Sean: “You’re the reason my time won’t come back to me! My Eclipse Bomb will delete you!”

T-na: “If you think you’re trying to take my family’s fortune to build a fortress, you’re wrong, dead wrong!”

T: “I… don’t… get it! What the H, E, double L are you talking about?! I don’t get it!!!”

Sofia: “Then get this!”

Sofia knocked me into the air with a thunderbolt! Then the others threw as much attack at me before I landed back in front of Ryu and the rest of the S.P.F. Gang!

Morrigan: “Um, it would seem they’re a little steamed at you.”

Sakura: “Ya think?! They toasted you, T!”

T: “I’ll admit, that hurt; A LOT.”

Tessa: “Is all that stuff they’re accusing you for true?”

T: “Heck no! But why are they saying all that stuff???”

Edge: “Maybe that’s because I told them to!”

Cotton: “(What did you do this time, you jerk!)”

Edge: “Simple, rodent; seeing as the TSD Kids are all fighters, they had to have gotten invitations to the tournament, right?”

T: “What of it?”

Edge: “Guess what? THERE WAS NO TOURNAMENT!!! It was all a trap, and these fools fell for it, hook, line, and stinker!”

Hsien-ko: “You creep! Why’d you do such a thing?”

Ryu: “And even if they were fake, how come you never bothered to make one for T?”

T: “Yeah, that hurt…! I… think…”

Bison: “He said he knew that you would no doubt suspect something. You must be a bright lad, to track them down here. But no matter, it won’t save you now! Edge said this was the best way to get some strong fighters to support my cause, and he wasn’t lying. The machine that fool there smashed worked wonders on them!”

T: “You mean you… you are controlling them!”

Edge: “Oh no, no! I’ve only… shown them the ‘truth’!”

As we silently fumed, Edge went to them and continued talking.

Edge: “As you’ve probably heard from their outbursts… broom-head and his sword-swinging buddies want to get rid of you for all the chaos you’ve spread, like taking a town hostage for the Stones… Sofia wants her memory back; you really oughta give it to her… the same goes for Ellis’ dad! Tracy wants to lock you up and throw away the key, but not before kicking you up and down this field! Sean can’t get his ‘lost time’ back from you, but maybe seeing you hit with arrows will ease some of his pain… Rick wants revenge for what you did to him and his family back at the Weather Tower… and T-na’s going to whack you before you can take her family’s fortune and build a giant castle, just like that fat oaf Wario! Put simply, it sounds like you’ve been a bad boy, T; for shame!”

T: “Hey! First off, don’t you dare dis the greed-man! Wario rules! Wario is great! Secondly, those are all lies! Dirty lies!”

Edge: “Exactly! That’s the point! Graymatter, you were right; it would be sweeter watching his own ‘best friends’ kick the crud outta him!”

Bison: “Edge, you’re a motor-mouth. As for you TSD Kids, please do away with those pests so I can focus on my goal. Those people behind T have been helping him with his evil deeds.”

Sakura: “That’s another lie!”

Eiji: “So you had helpers, too! We’ll take them all down!”

They started to advance on us!

Ken: “Whoa, this ain’t good!”

Felicia: “That’s the understatement of a lifetime!”

Dan: “I hope my training has prepared me for this!”

T: “I didn’t come this far just to fail! You guys may have your way of thinking all mixed up, but if you want a fight, it’s ON!”

And so it begins. The S.P.F. Gang vs. The TSD Kids… ever since I read that last letter I had a feeling there’d be trouble!
