The Alliance Part 3

A/N: My fellow readers, this story was a victim of a cruel flamer known as Skyterror. I didn’t think my story wouldn’t get flamed. Pardon my language, but this bth will not stop me from doing my story. I like to thank those who read and supported this story, and it will continue no matter who said It’s sht. Now enough talk, time to move on! The end of the Alliance saga.

Myrrah’s beauty shocked even Regret and some of the Jackals and Grunts when they first laid their eyes upon her. However, this did not affect the very important matter at hand, the making of a powerful alliance.

Myrrah, and the Prophets properly introduced each other, as Tartarus got rid of the Jackals and Grunts, but as the Queen like to call them distractions. Tartarus returned to witness the meeting.

“So great Queen,” Truth began looking at the Queen with interest. “I see you rule the great and powerful Locust Horde, which almost wiped out the demon and his friends.”

The Queen nodded her head, “Yes Truth, I like to know why you’re against these humans and this Demon?”

The Prophets then frowned, as they thought how the humans assaulted the land of the Forerunners with their vile presence. Tartarus joined in as well.

“We owe the humans much for our grief and anger in many ways, especially the Demon!” said Regret who became angry, while shaking his fist.

“How,” The Queen asked the prophets with interest in this knowledge.

“The humans have vile our gods with their presence in their own land, we considered them the Devil, and have vowed a holy crusade against them! This demon is what we call a person by the name of Chief, a human that destroyed Halo, now the Great Journey has been postponed.” Truth replied.

The Queen wanted to laugh at the prophet’s silly excuse for a war against the human race, but she refrain herself from doing. However, one thing did stone her.

“I see why the humans have angered you so much, but what is Halo, and why is it so important to you, that made you angry at this demon that destroyed it?” Myrrah asked in interest, again wanting to know the things out there, outside Sera.

Mercy closed his eyes, and put his hands up as if he was doing a ritual, “Halo the sacred Ring that’ll bring salvation to us all!”

“The Sacred Ring was made by our lords, we believe once it is activated, the Great Journey will begin and those who are worthy enough will join our lords in eternal salvation.” Truth added.

“But the Demon destroyed it, and all is lost!” Regret shouted in anger.

“Now, Now, Brother,” Truth tried to calm down Regret, “We were all stricken with grief, but according to the prophecy left by our lords, there are more rings to be found, thus preserving hope that the Great Journey will begin again.”

“True,” Regret replied, calming down.

The Queens absorb all the information that she could, Kryte thought that the Covenant belief was weird, but remained silent about it to avoid hostile repercussions.

“Now you see why,” Truth said.

“I see,” Myrrah replied, “Though is not as bad as our story. You see it all began when the humans started importing all of our resource, Imulsion from our underground homes. As you can see we strive on Imulsion for survival, but the humans took almost every drop we had, and it used for their own needs, and we were left on the verge of starvation.” The Queen took a moment to gather her thoughts, which proved right now, showed endless prejudice and hatred toward the humans.

The prophets and Tartarus also absorbed the information, though unlike the queen, who thought that there excuse for war was amusing, they felt her hatred for the human race.

“Though I knew war with the ground walkers was a likely answer to end our suffering, but we waited because I knew lesser nations of the world would fight each other, and when they were tired we strucked on Emergence Day. On that day my forces lead by Kryte and RAAM annihilated a quarter of the population of the planet, but the humans fought back with powerful laser satellites from the sky that decimated all of our forces.” Kryte if you do the honors!” Myrrah turned to her general.

Kryte nodded his head, “Yes my Queen, soon the humans located to another location on Sera where emerging proved impossible, but General RAAM lead an offense against them, and at the same time me and my forces attacked a scientist who was snooping around our underground networks. 14 years later, we were still sighting the humans when the vilest human ever to walk Sera appeared!” Kryte said, while cracking his Locust fists, “Marcus Fenix!”

“Marcus Fenix? Who is this Fenix person?” Truth said with concern.

“One of the human soldiers on Sera who are called Gears; he is the leader of Delta Squad, which destroyed the greatest Locust General ever! RAAM! Not only had that, about a third of the Locust were lost thanks to this human and his Squad! But me and the Queen mobilized our remaining Locust and I was in charge of finding Fenix and his squad. As you can see Fenix already, have history with me! He just does not know it yet.” Kryte chuckled.

“I see this Fenix person is an abomination to you as the Demon is to us,” Truth said with a grinned.

“That’s right, the only way to rid of the humans for good is to team up against them, and I know how to crush the Human resistance on Sera, since it’s so weak. But first we must assault them in one location, and then strike the plateau!” Said the Queen with a grin, the attack on the Jacinto Plateau was going too happened again.

“Okay Queen, but in return we want our Holy Capital High Charity, and all of our Fleets right located right above your planet.” said Regret.

The Queen took a moment to think about Regret words, “Okay my friends you can come, as long as I have equal leadership of the Covenant as you do!”

The Prophets were stunned, for years, the Three Hierarchs and the Council always ruled the Covenant, but they agreed to the end.

With that, the massive High Charity and the massive Covenant Fleet slip spaced to Sera. Myrrah joined the Prophets in the Sanctum; she was amazed of its sized and quickly learned of all of its alien races of the Covenant. The Council agreed to have Myrrah take leadership with no argument. Tartarus and Rtas ‘Vandumee an Elite Spec Ops commander wearing Silver armor, took Some Brutes, Elites who range from the Minor (Blue) to the Ultra (Silver), Grunts, Hunters, and Jackals to the underground world of Sera to meet with Kryte to plan the attacks on the Plateau and the other target.

There the Locust were amazed by the weaponry there new allies have with them. The Drones got new Needlers, Carbines, and Plasma pistols. The Snipers also got new Beam Rifles courtesy of the Jackals. The Theron Guards got active camouflage from the Elites as well as new armor with shields, armor that match there size and heads, Elite Plasma Rifles, Brute Grenades, as well as the Energy Swords.

The Covenant were greatly baffled by the gigantic creatures the Locust had. They could not believe how big the Brumak were, it rivaled there Scarabs in power and size. Kryte taught the Covenant how to ride and use the Brumak. All of the Grunts were scared at the Corpser, as it astounded the Covenant with it might and glory. Rtas taught Kryte and the Locust army how to pilot a Banshee, Ghost, Wraiths, and Phantoms and other Covenant vehicles. Soon Kryte and Tartarus became commanders of the newly formed army.

With the Alliance Forged, the Covenant and the Locust set out to destroy mankind for good.
