The Village.

At Lily’s house.

‘Lidia! What am I going to wear?’ Lily whined to her best friend Lidia Caracella.

They were preparing for a giant sleepover with Sirius Black and James Potter.

They hadn’t planned much, they though that they should watch horror movies for a week straight, well if they could take it…

Lily’s mother, father and sister had gone on a holiday to Rio de Janeiro, they had bought Lily a ticket but she had Lidia staying with her.

Lidia was disowned from her family, so the Evans’ had taken her in.

They were unaware that Lidia needed somewhere to stay in the holidays so didn’t buy her a ticket.

Lidia grinned at Lily.

Lidia was already dressed and ready for the sleep over, well the beginning when they just talked and ate food.

She had her dark brown hair loosely tied back and a green t-shirt and black short shorts on.

‘Just help me Lidia before I jinx you!’ Lily said as her friend fiddled with her hair.

‘I can’t help you, well, maybe I could give you some advice…’ she said, her brown-green eyes lighting up.

‘! I don’t know James as well as you know Sirius, I don’t know what he wants me to wear…’ Lily said jealously.

She was jealous that Lidia seemed to get all the attention from the guys.

‘Just go casual, James loves casual.’ Lidia said, as she was friends with the Marauders, seeing as she was one, the fifth one herself.

‘Ok, you could of told me that earlier.’ Lily said jealously.

‘Oh come on…’ Lidia said, her eyes lighting up as the door bell went.

‘THEIR HERE!!!!!!!’ Lidia screamed excitedly, she and Sirius hadn’t seen each other for a month.

Lily followed Lidia down the stairs and walked to the door after a running Lidia.

Lidia swung the door open and screamed, ‘SIRIUS!!!’ and flung her arms around his waiting neck.

James laughed as he watched Sirius trying to pry Lidia off him, and more so at beautiful Lily’s face which was chuckling at the two.

‘Sirius I missed you so much!’ Lidia said into his neck as he hugged her.

‘Missed you too love, but can we continue this conversation inside?’ he asked her making Lily and James pretend to throw up behind him.

Lidia saw this and said, ‘OI! You two! Stop!’

James looked around himself, pretending to be puzzled and said, ‘what?’

Lidia rolled her eyes and stuck her tongue out at him.

He then walked forward and hugged her in a friendly way, ‘hey Talons, how’ve you been?’

‘Fine Prongsie boy. What about you?’ Lidia asked as they walked inside.

‘Oh, you know, fine, I’ve had to put up with your boyfriend pining for you. And that is unpleasant.’ James said.

‘Oh ha-ha.’ Lidia said grinning as Sirius put an arm around her.

‘So Lils, what’s for dinner?’ James said hugging a laughing Lily.

‘Um, I was thinking that we should get some pizza delivered.’ Lily said happily.

‘Yeah, great idea darling.’ James said.

‘Um, Jimmy are you feeling ok?’ Sirius said in a voice of concern.

‘Yeah I’m fine my friend.’ James said.

‘No your not mate. What did Evans give you?’ Sirius said, looking at his friend concerned.

‘I am perfectly fine! Lils didn’t give me anything!’ James said.

Sirius sighed and shook his head.

‘Lily?’ Sirius began,

‘Yeah?’ Lily’s voice came from the kitchen.

‘Where do we put our bags?’ Sirius said.

‘Just in the lounge, Lidia will show you.’

Lidia smiled happily.

She was finally back with Sirius after a month apart.

Many pizza boxes lay scattered around the lounge room.

Lily was in her room on the phone to her mother, James was having a shower and Lidia and Sirius were on the couch making out passionately.

Lily walked into the lounge room, phone on her shoulder and then she saw Lidia and Sirius wrapped tightly around each other kissing furiously and let out a little ‘eew!’ when she saw them.

Her mother who was talking to her said, ‘what is it my darling?’

Lily just muttered ‘nothing, nothing.’

Soon James walked down the stairs and Lidia and Sirius were no longer making out as Lily said that they were going to watch a horror movie.

‘A horror movie?’ Sirius said confused.

‘Yeah… don’t you know what that is?’ Lily said wondering how someone couldn’t know what a horror movie was.

‘Nope.’ Sirius said as Lidia made herself comfortable on the floor with his arm over her.

‘You’ll find out. It’s just what muggles think is a scary movie.’ Lidia said, having a great idea of what it was as her mother was half blood.

‘So it’s um, supposed to be uh, scary?’ Sirius said, feeling slightly nervous.

‘Um, well most muggles think that anyway.’ Lily said kindly.

‘Hmm…’ Sirius said.

Lily held out a DVD case.

‘Ooh! Ooh! Ooh! What movie is it?’ Lidia said jumping around, scaring the shit out of Sirius.

‘The Village.’ Lily said simply.

‘Oooooh!’ James said.

‘Sounds so scary Lils.’

‘what’s a movie?’ Sirius asked, still having no idea about muggle things.

Lily sighed in a defeated way.
