Jack “Fly the Coop” Sparrow: Wanted criminal for robbery, drunk driving, and kidnapping (even if it was only his best friend’s wife.

Elizabeth Swann-Turner: Will’s wife, works as a waitress at a nearby diner, always fakes her name, hiding the fact that she’s the mayor’s daughter.

James Norrington: Police Lieutenant obsessed with trying to get Jack behind bars.

Weatherby Swann: Town mayor, hates Will because he knows about him housing Jack and doesn’t want his daughter involved with that situation.
