This is my third story. This was on mind for the longest time and now I’m going write it down. Good for me and I may open up the anonyms review option after I’m down reediting Totally clueless Hinata. I’m also will be updating each of my fics after each one has two chapters after that I’m going to update at lest once a week. My mom and older sister helped beta this story, I have horrible grammar and now I need a beta so if your interested send me a review or private message with the previous work you have done in the past so I have a reference.

A boy sits in a field of flowers in the springtime with his eyes closed and a smile on his whisker-scarred face. The boy in question has spiky blonde hair. If they were open, he also has brilliant blue eyes. His clothing of choice is an orange jump suit with a red swirl on the back. The boy’s name is Uzumaki Naruto

“Hmmm… I love this dream,” thought Naruto.

This was indeed his favorite dream, because the girl he is in love with, Haruno Sakura is in it. This is how the dream goes: Sakura calls out to him. Running though the flowered field, Naruto moves towards her. When they are close enough they jump into each other’s arms, and wildly kiss.

“I love you Naruto and I’m sorry that I went after Sasuke-teme!” Sakura proclaims, as they continue making-out.

Then the pleasant dream ends.

Sakura has long pink hair with a bow to keep up her hair. She has green eyes and wears a red dress with an “O” on the front flap with another one on the back. She also has black shorts.

Naruto decides to change the pace of the dream; he gets up and turns to see someone running toward him, but he can’t identify the figure, although he can tell that the person was female. So Naruto guessed it was Sakura. Naruto and begins to run toward her, loving this dream as much as the last dream where she was also running down the hill. As he was ready to jump having a very bright smile and about to yell “Sakura-chan,” he saw that the person wasn’t Sakura--it was the weird dark girl from the ninja academy; it was Hyuuga Hinata.

Hyuuga Hinata has indigo-midnight blue hair with bangs at the side of her face and has lavender pupil-less eyes indicating that she has the Byakugan. She is wearing a large thick tan jacket over her body with two flame crests in a yellow circle on her shoulders and blue capris.

Naruto was shocked to see the girl that he never really paid attention to. He thought of her as a shy dark weirdo because she would always look away every time they looked at each other, and she would faint every time he said something toward her or they touched. However, she was always so kind toward him, and he has noticed that she was the only one not to laugh at him or say negative things about him and always was supportive of him. Right now he was wondering why of all people that he had to have a dream about her and she was crying. Why she was crying, he may not know the reason, but he hated seeing others cry so he went and comforted her as she ran into him.

Hinata cried on Naruto’s shoulder for what seemed like hours. Naruto held her rubbing her back cooing smoothing things like “it’s going to be okay.” After awhile Hinata calmed down enough to speak.

“Hinata what happened?” asked Naruto with concern, “What’s wrong?”

“The village--it’s gone, everyone’s dead,” Hinata sobbed.

Naruto was again shocked by this and wanted to know if it was Iwagakure or Kumogakure because those two hidden villages were Konoha’s biggest enemies. “Who did this: was it Iwagakure or was it Kumogakure…?”

But Hinata cut him off. “NO!! It was something and it was looking for the Kyuubi, no Kitsune because it kept demanding it and went on killing everyone but the Kyuubi is dead. But it didn’t listen and people kept saying horrible things about you like ‘the demon brat should have died’ and that you were the Kyuubi in human form. That’s a lie, they’re all lies, and you’re not the Kyuubi your Uzumaki Naruto the next Hokage.” Then she kept sobbing.

Naruto was sad and shocked by this news. He just learned about the Kyuubi being sealed inside him after Mizuki-sensei revealed it to him just to get the Scroll of Sealing along with killing him, but he learned kage bushin no jutsu had beaten up his former sensei and now he at least knows he has someone that believes in him but his home was destroyed because of the Kyuubi. He looked in the distance to see a gigantic form of smoke guessing that was where Konoha was. Then a shadow loomed above them and Naruto looked up toward the shadow.

Hinata shivered with fear then clung to him saying, “That’s the thing. It followed me, now it’s going to kill us; it wants to kill us. I don’t want to die, I don’t want to die like this, and I don’t want to die now!!!” She stared sobbing. “I love you Naruto. I wish I told you earlier,” Hinata said, and then went back to sobbing in fear because she knows their lives are going to end.

Naruto was too shocked to respond to what Hinata had said, but stared at the thing that caused the shadow. He held Hinata more tightly as she did the same.

“I love you too,” Naruto said with tears in his eyes, sad because he finally has someone to love and accepted him for who he was and not what he wasn’t. Even if it was short time he knew he would at lest die happy.

When the shadow was close and tall enough to block out the sun, they could not see the thing clearly to make out what it was except its red eyes and giant wings.

The Thing’s POV:

My vision is that of a normal human but everything has a tint of dark red in it. I looked around for the energy source that I saw moving toward this area when I saw what I was looking for in the first place when I was destroying that populace. I looked down at not only the energy that I was following, but also the red energy that I was looking for, but it was different from what I remembered. The energy was mixed with blue energy, but it does not matter--my goal was close to being complete. The very same thing that I wanted my revenge.

“I HAVE FOUND YOU NEMESIS,” I screeched, causing the physical forms to shiver in fear. “KYUUBI!” I added, and then I lunged at the two to end their existence.

End of dream

Naruto bolted up screaming in a cold sweat.

AN: yes the whole chapter was a dream until the end of dream part. The chapters of this story will be short until the plot starts to pick up which it wont be until the Chuunin exams so I don’t over load myself.
