AnD Shadowers

Prologue

Long, long ago, there exist Angels and Demons. Humans weren’t born at that time, as it’s too old back then. At that time, Angels and Demons were just as Light and Dark. They couldn’t let each other survive and a war started cruelly. Angels and Demons fought with each other under the Heaven and above the Hell. That’s earth.

They fought and fought without any mercy. Angels lost their kindness through the horrible war, and Demon gained more and more evilness. Merciless killing from both sides had made a pair of legendary rescuer born.

Shadowers.

A’s Shadower and D’s Shadower held hands, surrounded by an enormous aura. An aura of dark and light. The aura of shadowiness.

They let their aura engulf the whole place and they stopped their movements. Demons growled in pain cause by pureness and Angels gasped in pain of evilness. The aura let Demons’ and Angels’ evilness and pureness out and slowly, painfully, disappeared.

“Now both sides have the same kind. No more purity and evil in your body.” A’s Shadower spoke quietly.

“You’re now same. Have wings and same organism. The differences are your powers and living place.” D’s Shadower waved his hands and a grey aura slowly covered the whole place “And I shall wash these painful memories of the cruelty of war.”

They howled in pain as the memories left them and vanished into thin air. Slowly, their eyes changed into softness.

“I shall separate both sides, creating humans.” A’s Shadower waved her hands and a gust of silvery grey aura formed a human “With Angel’s and Demon’s characteristic.”

“They shall live under the heaven and above the hell.”

And suddenly, a gust of evilness strike on A’s Shadower. She gasped slightly as the power suddenly enclosed her.

D’s Shadower, which’s her soul mate, felt the pain and their aura slowly faded. A’s Shadower stared at them that slowly can move and gathered her aura.

“They shall make the earth smiles.”

“They shall bring out the best of all of you.”

“Born!”

Both of them sealed the prophecy and slumped down. The gust of evilness was getting bigger as a dead body decayed and sent its power to it.

“It’s the monster of evilness, Grition. He already sealed for 30 thousand years before. No wonder he is strong…” D’s Shadower whispered to A’s Shadower, “Let’s seal him for 40 hundred thousand years.”

“Could we?” She breathed in and out as the arrow shaped wound bleed more quickly “Let’s try.”

“We could died and reborn in the process, Sakura.”

Sakura smiled slightly “I wish that I can meet you again… in the future. We’re still the legendary soul mate, right? Syaoran?”

“Um.” Syaoran’s cold features softened with a slight smile “We will meet again.”

They gathered their aura and stood up abruptly. Sakura held both of her hands up and shouted “Seal for 40…” Shit! She had forgotten what to say!

“Hundred Thousand years!” Syaoran knew her clumsy personality and continued for her with a more powerful shadow aura.

“We pay with our lives! Contract!” Both shouted.

Grition growled loudly and tried to free himself form the contract but no avail. Slowly, he disappeared and flew away with the fleeting dust.

Both of them looked at each other and found themselves dissolving slowly.

“Send Demons to hell!” Syaoran shouted, and waved his hand to the earth. Demons seized and vanished into the ground.

“Send Angels to heaven!” Sakura muttered weakly, and pointed to the sky. Angels vanished to the sky with a gust of wind. And then, it's silence and dead body around.

“I am scared.” Sakura suddenly whispered and lay on Syaoran slightly, breathing heavily “So many dead bodies glaring at me…”

“Don’t be scared.” Syaoran grumpily replied with a slight flush on his cheeks. Sakura stared at him and found they’re dissolving until their shoulders now.

“Syaoran.” A tear came dropping down “I really, really want to be with you.”

“Me too.” Syaoran looked at her seriously “If we aren’t Shadowers at the future, we will live happily forever. That's a promise.”

Sakura blushed slightly and muttered softly “Umm.”

Slowly, their neck vanished, their mouth, nose…

Sakura and Syaoran stared into each other’s eyes, and Sakura slowly spoke her last word.

“We will meet again, right?”
