Disclaimer; I Do Not Own Prince of Tennis.
Note; Prince of tennis with Ouran high school host club twist.
“WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!” Eiji bounced into the host club in unusually high spirits.
"Today is such a wonderful day," he chortled as he danced around.
"Eiji is in a good mood isn't he?" Kawamura asked Syuusuke.
"Saa ne," replied his sarcastic companion.
"What's so wonderful about today?" Momo asked, slightly grumpy. Oishi had claimed that he had to study and was not present.
"Look outside," Tezuka said, gesturing grandly to the huge windows.
Curious, Takashi, Kaoru and Takeshi looked in the direction he was pointing.
"It's just the tennis courts," Kaoru said.
"No, no, no." replied, waving a finger in his face. "Look at the courts, can you see a boy with a white cap?"
"Are we going to copy what he’s wearing?" Kawamura asked.
Tezuka clapped his hand to his head in an overly dramatic gesture. "Mother, you explain," he said.
Inui adjusted his glasses. "Recently a new transfer student just joined our school. Tezuka believes that he should join our host club," he said simply.
"Oh, why didn't you just say so, my lord," Kaoru said.
"I did," replied Tezuka.
"Is he the Prince of Tennis that everyone has been talking about?" Kaoru interrupted.
"Yes," replied Inui.
"Then why would he give up tennis for hosting?" Takeshi pointed out.
"Because," Tezuka said, and smirked.
The Seishun High School tennis club had just finished practice. The members had gathered in one court to watch the end of a match between Ryoma and their captain and talk. Suddenly an unfamiliar voice rang out. "See aren't they perfect," it said.
Everyone turned to confront a group of strangers. "Greetings," the light-brown haired in front exclaimed, dipping into a graceful bow, "I am Tezuka Kunimitsu, my companions are Inui Sadaharu, Kikumaru Eiji, Kaidoh Kaoru, the Kawamura Twins Takashi and Takeshi, Fuji Syuusuke and finally Shuichiro Oishi. I have come here to ask you Echizen Ryoma to join the host club."
All this he said without pausing for breath and while gesturing grandly. The tennis club members stared at him for a moment. Then Echizen spoke, "What's a host club?"
"Ah," Once again Tezuka dissolved into a whirlwind of gestures and grand words as he explained, "This elegant game unique to this super rich school."
There was a long pause, then “No,” Ryoma flatly replied.
Oishi exchanged glances. "Can you think about it first then give an answer tomorrow?" Oishi asked.
"Yes, what an interesting idea," Tezuka replied.
"I refuse," Ryoma again said.
Kikumaru heard the negative. "But," he began.
"Definitely not," Ryoma said.
Tezuka dissolved into a little moping ball. "He’s doomed," Takeshi muttered to Takashi, who nodded in agreement.
Tezuka slowly lifted his head and turned his devastating puppy eyes on the reluctant Ryoma. Ryoma felt his resolve slipping then Ryoma said. "I will give it a try," was all he said. Faced with overwhelming defeat.
"Wonderful," Tezuka grabbed Ryoma and spun around. He released his kouhai and turned back to the group.
"I will see you in the empty music room tomorrow. For now adieu." With an elegant wave of his hand he led his club back to the school. Syuusuke stopped Inui briefly. "I have a feeling that it will be very interesting from now on." Inui smiled, "Of course.”
"WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! "
“You know Tezuka," Inui commented as they walked,
Tezuka smirked. "You could say I got an early birthday present this year," he said and waved a hand.
