Serafina knows after watching Monday Night Raw that John does exist, but cannot bring herself to try and contact him for various reasons. One of which being that in reality she has a husband Kyle, and six month old daughter, Sienna. However, John isn’t willing to let this keep him from the love of his life. But what either he or Serafina doesn’t realize is that Kyle will do whatever it takes to keep Serafina and Sienna in his control. Whatever it takes…
Chapter One
John pulled Serafina up against him in the tall grass, the moonlight cascading over their bodies.
“So, where did you live?” He asked, nuzzling the back of her neck.
“What?” She asked, turning over to face him.
“Where did you live?” He asked again, “I’d like to know more about you. Since we’re hitched.” He joked.
“Oh, so you want a schpeel, huh?” She teased back, kissing the cleft in his chin, “Okay, here goes. I’m twenty-four, my last name is Travis; I lived in Butte, Montana; I had several health issues as you know. Good enough for now?”
“Yeah.” John smiled, “For now.”
Serafina heard a loud, persistent beeping then and shot strait up.
She was back in her bed. Her alarm had awakened her.
“I dreamed the whole thing?” She groaned, grabbing her head, “Geez. It was so real, how do I know this isn’t a dream?”
And why on earth had I dreamed that I still lived with Mom? She wondered, and on top of that, I couldn’t even remember Kyle and Sienna, in order to tell John about them.
John? I’m really losing it! Like the guy probably even exists, she thought.
But even as she thought it, she could still feel his lips on hers.
“Well, I guess the question of his existence will be answered tonight since it’s Monday. At least Kyle is on one of his twenty-four hour shifts at the hospital.” She rolled her eyes as she got out of bed and pulled on a pair of jeans and a pink t-shirt, “That way he won’t be suspicious of why I’m watching wrestling.”
Geez, girl. You have GOT to stop talking to yourself! She thought.
“Back to my unhappy life.” She sighed, twisting her long, dark hair into a french braid. Then she heard Sienna start crying for her morning feeding and went to tend to her.
As soon as she lifted her daughter into her arms, she felt horrible for calling her life “unhappy”. Even though Kyle had turned into someone she couldn’t love, he had given her a beautiful daughter. Sienna had Serafina’s blue-gray eyes, fair skin, and dark mahogany hair. Not to mention, the single dimple in her right cheek.
Serafina’s mother had once asked her, “If you don’t love him anymore, why not divorce him?”
The answer wasn’t that easy. Sure, she’d fallen out of love with Kyle a year before, but she viewed divorce as a sin seeing as how she’d read many times in the Bible that a man or woman who divorces their spouse and then remarries is an adulterer.
No, she wouldn’t divorce him. Marriage is a vow that is made to God. She would not break that vow. Unless of course her life became endangered by Kyle.
She didn’t realize her thoughts were very near to coming true.
“Till death do we part.” She said wistfully, cuddling Sienna to her chest.

“Dude, you are totally trippin’ over a girl from your dreams?” Randy Orton chuckled, backstage at Raw.
He’d come to see Raw that night and was hanging out with John in his dressing room. Who’d happened to confide to him his dream.
“Man, shut up.” John grumbled, “I’m not crazy. It was so real. I want to check into it and see if I can find her. I’ll know her if I see her.”
“Would you listen to yourself?” Randy said, as John did some chin-ups, “You’re talking crazier than a nuthouse patient!”
“Do you know how many times I thought that this morning?” John demanded, sitting down beside Randy, “But I still get this nagging feeling that I should look into it.”
“Okay, can you recall any information on her so that you would even be able to research her?” Randy demanded, “You know how when you wake up from a dream, and you can’t remember specific details-?”
“I know her first and last name and where she lives.” John interrupted him, “Satisfied?”
“Uh…yeah.” Randy said a little surprised, “Skeptical but satisfied.”
“We’ll see who’s skeptical after about a week.” John said determinedly.

“Goodnight, sweetie.” Serafina leaned down into the crib and pressed a kiss to Sienna’s cheek, “I love you.”
Sienna cooed happily and smiled sleepily up at her mother. Her smile always caused Serafina to smile. Her baby’s happiness was her top priority, “I’ll see you in the morning, See-See.”
She left the baby’s nursery and went downstairs to the den. She knew it was time for Monday Night Raw. And she was looking for an excuse to not watch it.
“He probably isn’t real. And even if he is…what can I do about it? I’m married for crying out loud!”
She found herself flicking the television on in spite of herself, “And besides he probably figures I’m not real either. IF he’s real.” She flopped down on the large sofa and watched the opening credits. She nearly jumped out of her seat when she saw a flash of a man that did resemble John.
“Chill woman. Sheesh. He had brown hair and blue eyes. Lot’s of men have those attributes.”
She rolled her eyes at her jumpiness. Finally the opening sequence ended and a series of fireworks went off.
She stood up and went into the kitchen to grab a diet soda, when she heard from the television
Well, folks tonight is the night we’ve all been waiting for! John Cena is defending his title against Kurt Angle in the main event. Will he remain champion or are we going to crown a new champion tonight? Stay tuned for Monday Night Raw and find out!"
Serafina spewed soda all over the blue-tiled counter and ran into the den to see John’s picture on the screen holding up his title proudly. She grabbed hold of the doorframe to steady herself. Memories of her dream flooded her mind and she instantly recalled the feeling of John’s arms around her.
“Oh, my Lord.” She whispered, putting a hand to her head. She didn’t realize what she was doing as she made her way to the television, turned it off, and went in the kitchen to clean up her mess. Then she headed upstairs and sat down on the bed bursting into tears.
“God, is this my punishment for marrying the wrong man?” She sobbed, covering her face with her hands, “Seeing what I could have had? Experiencing a little piece of what could have been mine?”
She knew now that Kyle was not the one for her. He had become distant, unkind and unloving. Not the man that she thought she was marrying. He spent all his time at the hospital and she understood that. She really did. He was a doctor after all. But he acted as if she had no right to miss him. To want him. So they had grown apart. In only two years time.
But, she also knew that she would not divorce him. If there was to be a sin committed it would be Kyle’s doing, not hers.
She lay down on the bed. And not knowing what else to do, cried herself to sleep.
