Meaninglessly, the words spew from my mouth and I can't help but continue on, staring at him only.

This wasn't supposed to happen. Not here, not tonight, not in a bar while singing karaoke.

Tonight was supposed to be for Rory. This song supposed to be for Rory.

And now he's grinning. He knows I'm a fool. He knows I'm an idiot who still can't control her feelings.

He knows I love him.

And so does the entire town.

But this isn't meant for him, I remind myself sternly. It's for Rory, not Luke, Rory.
